"The Koch family business has virtually all of your needs covered, with its lovely accommodation on the Marktplatz, terrific food and ever-obliging service. Owner Jürgen Koch and his wife Sabine have made it their mission to champion regional cuisine in their modern and elegant dining room with its distinctive natural stone barrel vaulting. Prepared using top-notch seasonal produce, dishes eschew frills and fancy flourishes in favour of finesse, harmony and plenty of flavour. There are fine wines from the Tauber Valley, Franconia or Baden-Württemberg to complement your meal. The wine list also features a selection from France, among other countries. Insider tip: head to the Hohenloher Märktle to stock up on some nice ingredients to take home with you." - Michelin Inspector

A lovely hotel with small but well appointed rooms with a wine theme. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived very close to the time the restaurant was to close for the evening, but I was able to have an outstanding meal without a hint of being rushed. Not only was the dinner and wine superb, the breakfast was the nicest i had during a week in Germany.

An excellent hotel it is. Very nice service since check-in to check-out; the breakfast is great, we got the special hot local food in the morning. It is more and more than our expectation. Dinner quality is fabulous, too. There is one food store just next to the hotel which it belongs to the hotel, we bought some good red wine and white wine when we left away.||By the way, my colleague and I took one more night here when our business visit was done.||I will come with my family to enjoy it definitely.

A decent hotel at the center of a small town. Room is more spacious, cleaner and brighter than a 3-star hotel room in Paris. The design made me feel cozy. Breakfast is enormous with multiple choices. And one special thing is that the people of Weikersheim are so so friendly. What a beautiful memory! Greetings from Vietnam.

I've stayed there September 2014 for several nights. It was just a wonderful experience.||Hotel rooms are modern & cosy (particularly nice is the suite on the 3rd floor with terrace||& view over the wineyeards)....and you've a great breakfast buffet. Weikersheim is lovely.||Attached to the Hotel is a star restaurant & a nice little shop with for ex. the unmatchable tasty||confitures you get at the breakfast buffet.

We stayed here on a walking holiday in the region. The hotel is right in the centre of the town and a stones throw from the Schloss and gardens. It is a quality hotel with a Michelin Star restaurant and so the eating experience for dinner and breakfast was excellent although clearly not cheap. The room was stylish but quite small. This was the only hotel on our trip where the bed was pushed against the wall on one side. Despite that we would throroughly recommend it.

I've been at Laurentius many times during this year as I go to Weikersheim for short business trips. The hotel is in an ancient building on the medieval square of the nice town. The rooms are not so many and each one is different; all of them are beautiful. Everything very clean. The view from the windows and the peace are very relaxing. Both restaurants offer high level food, with different choices at different prices. ||Highly suggested.

A very nice hotel. Cosy, family driven and with a few rooms. Very well decorated and even thoygh it was only for one night, it was different experience with a special funky design and concept.||||They had a great breakfast which exceeded our expectations. ||||I believe they do a good a la carte, but we did not get to try that.

The rooms are small but very well done with mirrors and clever design touches to make them feel spacious. We went for the one star restaurant and found the town itself with castle and beautiful square was the star attraction.
