Small, cute, clean hotel which is located in a so-called "shopping triangle", near Spanish steps. Francesca is great, really helpful and always with a big smile. Metro line A is close, 5-6 minutes by foot. Breakfast was ok (not some enormous quantity of food, but enough for the start of the day). I felt really safe at this accommodation and in the neighborhood. WiFi was ok.

Francesca and Marco are the most amazing host! The place was nice n clean, the location is prime - walking distance to everything. We walked everywhere. Buzzing street. Only thing - Shower is a bit dodgy, but overall experience is great.

Marco and Francesca are lovely and very helpful. Laurina 33 is perfectly placed to walk EVERYWHERE to visit the tourist sites and also for shopping. The room is modern, great rainfall shower and very comfy bed. Definitely recommend Laurina 33 as a place to stay ❤️

A lovely hotel. Both of the hosts, Marco and Francesca, were excellent and very helpful. The room was cleaned every day and very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a great part of the city, ten mins from the Spanish steps, 20 from trevi fountain. Breakfast was in a small cafe next door and was a perfect start to the day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a little gem and in a perfect location for everything.|We had the superior double bedroom and it was amazing. Nice tall ceilings, great sized bathroom and very light and airy with the addition of a small balcony.|On arrival Francesca could not have been more helpful. A bubbly personality and nothing was too much trouble. Francesca arranged the transfer from the airport too so it was hassle free and I would recommend doing this as the taxi queue was long when we came out of the airport!!|Room was cleaned every day which was nice and well done.|Marco took over from Francesca for our 2nd and 3rd nights and he was just as impressive and helpful.|Didn’t manage to see everything in Rome as only there for 2 full days so will definitely be back and definitely stay at Laurina 33 again.|Well done Francesca and Marco :-)

Nice place to stay in the heart of Rome 💚 many thanks to Marco and Francesca for the comfortable stay. Especially Marco, cause he was 4 days with us in our 5 day stay. The location is perfect - all sights, parks, boutiques, mall are in walking distance. We even didn’t use taxi as everything was so near. Definitely will come back when be in Rome 💚🤍❤️

My wife and I had never been to Rome and we searched so many properties. We went with Laurina based on it's location and how others had raved about Francesca's hospitality. We were so pleased with our choice. First, this is a guest house property, so there is no one at a front desk around the clock. Francesca is there during the day and she is available by phone after hours. I think the whole property was renovated a year or two ago. We liked the size of the room, how modern and comfortable. The oversized rain shower was awesome. The bed we had was really comfortable and the AC kept us cool. I'm always concerned with outside noise, but when the windows are closed, we couldn't hear anything. As for location, couldn't have been more centrally located to the most city sites and the main shopping district. Two blocks from the metro and taxi stand. A stay that we won't soon forget.

I agree the hotel hosts are very very nice. Kudos to their hard work . Unfortunately I found this hotel still way below 4 star and way too expensive for what it provides. First of all the sound isolation is shockingly bad. I can hear downstairs talking and watching TV. Almost every single word. I never heard things that clearly from a hotel room before considering they are not talking in the corridor but in their own room. On second which is the part I mind the most is the hotel cleaning. It consistently didn't meet the standard. It had a damp smell in the room all the time cos of the shower drain has a bit angle problem ( also some black stain in toilet that could be mold) and the water couldn't go down. Then the bathtub they definitely don't clean from day 1 to day 2 considering I still see my hair from yesterday inside. Also similarly with the floor. Has my hair from yesterday. Toilet not sure brushed inside. Attached some photos. Honestly word to management, maybe switch up the cleaning crews a bit. The coffee machines are not washed with huge stains. Also forgot to mention the electronic curtain is not very functioning. We struggled to close it and don't dare to touch it afterwards. For 400+ euros per night price. I expected more.
