Google
In a rush and needed a quick meal and coffee. We were at the end of A terminal and nothing close by. Lucky we found the Lavazza within a short distance. Picked up a sandwich, pastry and coffee, service was quick and very friendly. Sandwich was very good, so was the pastry and coffee.

Google
Employee was kind, but I after eating half of the $6 bagel I bought I looked and noticed the bottom was covered with mold.

Google
I got an americano with honey and cream!!! It came piping hot and tasted really good! 👍🏽 not the bitter flavor that Starbucks has, but a smooth taste! It was $6.50 for a small 12 oz!

Google
Quick grab of delicious coffee, there are good number of options for bakery, snacks or fruits as well. Very convenient and close to Terminal A

Google
Well they obviously read their reviews because my burrito is scorching hot. Too bad it’s poor quality - not even what I would call a breakfast burrito. Doesn’t taste completely horrible just can’t identify what’s in it.

Google
I bought a cinnamon raisin bagel and hot cocoa . They toasted it but no butter. Dry and icky. Cream cheese didn’t help. The hot cocoa has zero cocoa in it. Just warm foamy milk. What a waste of money.

Google
While I enjoy their product, their website, customer service, and logistics SUCK! I spent 20 min arguing with a rep for assistance. She repeatedly wouldn’t cancel my subscription, couldn’t not get a supervisor, and put me on hold for more than 5 min on multiple occasions. Don’t waste your time, spend your money with a company that will follow thru with what they say, and will stand behind their product.

Google
Ok, it was 5am, so it was early, how could my coffee be old and burnt? Terrible, Horrible, Bitter cup of coffee. Worst cup of coffee I ever had. I would have brought it back if I did not bring it onto the airplane. I held it for 2 hours just to ask the flight attendant to throw it away.

Yelp
I don't like when they say authentic Italian or whatever ethnic place then it is a disappointment. Stop using ethnic authentic if it's not. Food. The pastry was not nearly fresh, it was dry and didn't have any taste. The so called cappuccino was nothing but American coffee, but water down. Service. The server seemed like she didn't really care about giving good service. Ambiance. Well, it's an airport ambiance.

Yelp
The iced mocha was good and started off with a lot of chocolate flavor, transitioning more to coffee later (maybe mix it if you want something consistent, but this worked for me). The chocolate croissant wasn't bad, but it didn't taste fresh and wasn't very soft. I'd try something else next time. The person working was friendly and processed us quickly.

Yelp
Carried my coffee to the gate, went to open the little spout on the lid to drink it, and saw that there were a little black hairs in all the creases of the lid which fell into my coffee as I tried to open the little spout. Thanks a lot, Lavazza

Yelp
Great service. The service was efficient and I was created with friendly staff. I would recommend. Good food

Yelp
I am a huge fan of Lavazza coffee so this was such a pleasant surprise! As always, Lavazza coffee was fantastic, staff was fast and efficient. It is connected to another bar so you can grab some food as well or just take a seat by the window and enjoy your coffee before the flight. Overall, I would highly recommend Lavazza coffee compared to the other coffee places in this Terminal as it is a much higher quality and a better value for the price.
google avatar

Yelp
Better than not coffee. Medium size large. My Americano was standard readymade coffee with some hot water and small packets of honey. Enough said.
google avatar

Mark N.

Yelp
Approached the line, watched the barista take her selfie while others waited, opted not to try the coffee. If customers are waiting for staff photo shoots, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Yelp
Best latte! Definitely recommend...service was good; ambiance was typical for an airport

Dominique TheWay E.

Yelp
The rudest and no customer service etiquette whatsoever. Horrible experience with them.

Yelp
It is so hard to find a good cup of coffee in the US, but especially when running through airports. I just found Denver Airport's redeeming quality...a Lavazza coffee shop!!!!! And it's apparently been here for 20 years. For an excellent coffee I recommend you visit on your next trip through Denver, it's in Concourse A around gate A35-36.

Yelp
First of all, why, why is it cheaper to buy a 16oz latte with 2 shots than a 12oz latte with two shots?? As I scrummaged for change and handed the cashier 10 cents so I could have a dollar instead of 95 cents (yes I gave her 5 cents extra and she didn't give me the change), she said, I closed the drawer it's too late, so I waited for someone to pay with cash in the line. It continues. They then decided to serve the person after me (who also ordered a latte) before serving me, and then said, "you need to go to the other side to grab your drink" when the man behind me with his latte was standing in the exact same spot as me. It gets worse. This is the worst latte I've ever had. Milk is completely burnt. Beans taste like dirt, and there was a good three inches of cappuccino foam on top of my burnt milk. Don't go here!!! Workers are rude and don't know how to make a latte, at last at 9am on a Thursday. Go to caribou coffee like 5 feet away. I just wasted 4 dollars on a 16oz latte when all I really wanted was a 12 oz latte with 2 shots and creamy non-burnt milk.

Yelp
Extremely happy when Starbucks is not the coffee option, given how much I can't stand it. I was delighted to catch a glimpse of the Lavazza sign located at a gate in Consourse A. We had plenty of time to pass here in the DIA. Stopped in for a small soy latte and brown sugar gluten free rice krispy treat :) Yum! Friendly service and plenty of sitting room with televisions nearby where we were able to watch some of the Summer Olympic Games.

Elissa L.

Yelp
Latte tasted muddy. Plain bagel was dry and breaddy, not bagelly. Would not recommend. I know selections in terminal A are sparse.. but Go to Caribou instead the wait will be worth it

Yelp
After the barista finished her five-minute personal conversation and finally acknowledged me, I handed her my reusable cup and asked for a mocha. She started to make it in a disposable cup. I asked her to please use the reusable cup. She looked confused and said "this cup?" despite the fact that I handed the cup directly to her when I placed my order. She still proceeded to try to make it in a disposable cup, explaining that she was going to pour it into my reusable cup. I told her that if my drink involved throwing a cup in the waste, I didn't want it at all. She complied with my (very, very reasonable) request and made my drink, but was sure to use her eyes and body language to tell me that my concern for the environment was not welcome there. Mocha was sub-par to boot.

Yelp
I visited on 04/21/2019 on my way out of Denver International Airport excited to get a strong coffee that wasn't Starbucks, and I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The employees (despite being VERY busy, I mean, it's DIA it's always busy) were super friendly! It was two women managing the entire place that busy morning, and they were efficient, friendly, and having a good time working. I ended up ordering a large (16oz) double shot chai tea latte (I was exhausted), and they only have two sized cups (12oz or 16oz), but the lady charged me for the 12oz size plus the two shots which I thought was an awesome move! The latte itself was delicious and smooth, and came out very quickly. Overall very happy I stopped here this morning around 8am, a nice hot drink and genuinely friendly customer service.

Yelp
I had a lovely experience. The cashier working the evening of5/27 was so friendly! She was very sweet and was interesting to talk to. I ordered a drip coffee - nothing fancy - and it tastes very good. A nice thick smooth taste.

Yelp
I don't really expect much at five in the morning, honestly. I ordered a blueberry muffin and an iced mocha. There were two staff members working, which shockingly was too few for this hour. They were friendly enough considering the long queue waiting for morning caffeination, and were clearly working as quickly as possible. The blueberry muffin tasted like all airport blueberry muffins: stale mediocrity and yesterday's newspaper. To be fair, they had other options like bagels, danishes, bananas, pre-packaged sandwiches, packaged yogurt, and a few others. I also ordered an iced mocha. The mocha wasn't anything like I expected. I expected sugary sweet, and was pleasantly surprised by the strong espresso flavor and smooth texture. I'm honestly not actually sure what was in the mocha or what gave it its thickness. Sorcery, perhaps. It was likely an unhealthy chemical cocktail, but such an early hour, I was just glad for the energy boost. I wouldn't seek out Lavazza Coffee (is it even a thing outside of airports?) unless necessary, but it did the trick in a pinch.

Yelp
My most regular airline has moved to Concourse A. This is the best coffee out here in this rather deserted space. Big win is the fresh scone. I've been out here for 2 trips recently and they had a different flavor each day. The decaf espresso is quite drinkable, even if not my regular choice brand. The staff is friendly but they still put in more water than I requested. I will try to be a little more explicit with exactly how much space to leave in the cup the next time. They use 2 shots of espresso in a larger volume cup than I am used to and I do like mine strong. And I don't add anything else to it so the flavor matters. I have found this to be a problem at a lot of places, so they are not alone. If I was more of a regular, I would hope they could consistently do it. But I'm not, so I'll give them credit for at least trying. It may be months before I fly again from this gate area, but I will definitely visit at that time. Currently, you will not find this coffee shop on any of the DEN airport website info listings, in categories such as coffee shops or dining because it is licensed in some way under the Blue Sky Bar and Quizno's operation. But it is down at the end near the new relocated Delta Gates.

Yelp
The staff was nice but my $6 Carmel latte had no Carmel in it and was lukewarm at best.
google avatar

Denise F.

Yelp
Ordered the dbl macchiato with soy milk and it was strong and delicious. My gf ordered the iced chai latte and it was very tasty. Manager on duty was friendly and made us laugh wholeheartedly.

Yelp
As I kicked back with my Lavazza non-fat latte and my feet propped up on my carryon I felt a resounding sense of happiness in every molecule in my body. I was headed home after a whirlwind business trip, and had my very most favorite coffee, which I only have maybe three times a year. As I sipped my beverage and scrolled through my text messages there was one from Chun P. that read "if you're stopping in Denver, you've got to get a Lavazza coffee - expensive but worth it! Xoxo." This was definitely meant to be!
google avatar

Christine G.

Yelp
The far end of Terminal A was a crowded mess when .I flew out of Denver on a bitterly cold day. I had never had to fly out of this end of the terminal and o was keeping my eye out for a caffeinated magic elixir. That's when I spotted Lavazza. It's small and tucked away next to a tavern. With glee, I ordered a non-fat latte. It arrived steamy and foamy, and was served with a smile by the barista. She offered some cheerful small talk as well as wishes for a safe flight. So, the latte wasn't the only thing that was warm. ^_^ The latte was nice and smooth, and it lacked the bitterness or excessive acidity of other airport coffees. This little pit-stop made sitting in the gate area a lot more tolerable!
google avatar

Richard H.

Yelp
I've been known to schedule flights through Denver, to be able to have a cup of Lavazza. Illy is good, but Lavazza is my favorite. Minus 1 star for occasionally subpar service, and cups that burn my hand.
google avatar

Andrew H.

Yelp
This was underwhelming to say the least. Very slow service. And my drink was a candidate for the worst iced mocha I've ever had. Avoid this place.
google avatar

Lisa T.

Yelp
Always good coffee! Airport staff well they can always use better attitudes!! But definitely good coffee.
google avatar

Rucha K.

Yelp
I am disappointed with this coffee shop. The line was long and the coffee that was prepared was absolutely tasteless.
google avatar

Nicolai K.

Yelp
Always was a fan of Lavazza coffee. This place is not something you would expect from a regular coffee shop. Coffee is good, that's all you need when taking 6am flight.
google avatar

Lura G.

Yelp
Crazy slow line and unfriendly staff at the counter made this a pretty unpleasant experience. The coffee is ok - although when we asked for extra hot, we did not get it, and got a very rude response to a request to heat it more. In general, 4 stars for the coffee, 1 star for the service. We will plan to get coffee at another place next time we are on concourse A.
google avatar

Kent C.

Yelp
One star is a reach. Not only did I get charged .54 for a small thing of cream cheese, my bagel was burnt and hard as a rock. The only taste my mocha had was that of dirt. On top of all that they were very rude and unpleasant. Very bummed I spent $11 here.

Yelp
Solid cup of Italian coffee... especially for an airport! I'd pick this place over Starbucks any day
google avatar

Eryn P.

Yelp
Lavazza...delicious italian espresso. the perfect pick me up after an emotional airport goodbye. Thank you, Italy.

June P.

Yelp
Properly made cappuccino! I dislike how Starbucks burns all their beans to toast so always seek for other options when possible. Can't decide if I prefer lavazza or illy. Very happy to discover this place in terminal A.
google avatar

Shane R.

Yelp
It's at one end of Concourse A, but well worth a walk. I had a latte, which was smooth and rivaled solid lattes from higher end independent shops - not bitter or burned. This was one of the best airport lattes I've had thus far...
google avatar

Ron C.

Yelp
This was the first time I have tried Lavazza coffee. I ordered a latte and found it to be good. Not bold, like the coffees I get in Portland, but not acidic like some other big chains. I don't like scalding hot coffee, but mine was not served hot enough. 3 stars.

Zach K.

Yelp
Extremely rude cashier. I politely asked for a 16oz. Hot Tea. Incredibly simple order. I was instead charged for a $4 latte. I explained that I wanted a Hot Tea, not a latte. She looked at me dumbfounded, as if I had asked for a cheeseburger. It's the second item on the drinks menu! After repeating myself three more times, I was met with an impatient eye roll and no verbal confirmation that the $4 mistake had been refunded from my card. I asked "Was my order refunded?" Her response: "You drink is around the corner." They made me an iced tea. This will be the first and last time I ever visit a Lavazza. Try to hire some more friendly people! The employees at the McDonalds down the hall sometimes have a line of 50-100 people and they are nothing but efficient and polite...
google avatar

Viva C.

Yelp
Typical airport concession. Not horrible, but not great. Bottom line, you get what you need. A bite to eat and something to calm that hungry little monster in you while waiting for a flight.
google avatar

Karen L.

Yelp
Lavazza coffee is delicious. If you're in the mode for something else, try their Chai Latte. The best part? Lavazza has large tables with charging stations! They also share an area with a nearby bar, loaded with large TVs. Great place for you to recharge and fuel up if you're waiting for your flight!
google avatar

Sarah H.

Yelp
Love lavazza and was excited to get some coffee but super disappointing experience. Poor quality steamed milk and didn't even put foam on my latte. Bummer!
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
First time here I had a cappucino and it was great. Next time I came 7/18 it tasted like they forgot to put the coffee in it.

Brooke M.

Yelp
Needed a coffee and a couple bagels before getting on 6:30 am flight. Didn't want them toasted because I was in a hurry. They were half frozen!! You think the counter person would have told me so considering she probably loaded the bins! A little simple training of your staff please! (Doesn't matter now though-will walk on by to another vendor...)

John B.

Yelp
On a quick flight from Lisbon to Porto, after some interesting 3rd World type of confusion at the airport in an otherwise premier class country, we were able to kick back and enjoy the flight. Wheels up, the Portuguese flight attendants, beautifully friendly and attentive, opened the food service. The passengers, a mix of many nations, mostly younger tourists, countered with their own packaged breakfasts bought from airport kiosks. Coffee was served. Lavazza! Our introduction to this Italian brew couldn't have been better scripted. The excitement of our trip to Porto, Europeans to the right of us, Europeans to the left, a breakfast of pasteis and nata on our food tray, and a Lavazza to make our meal and our flight complete. I can't say if the coffee is that good on its own or if we just got caught up in the moment, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and now look for Lavazza in other airports.
