I tried the Chantilly, Quadratino al Cioccolato, and a coffee-flavored mini pastry. Each was delicious, with the Chantilly being light, creamy and soft, the chocolate pastry rich and satisfying (MUST TRY) and the coffee pastry perfectly balanced in flavor.

Google
Great coffee! Please provide us with some GF (celiac friendly) options because the pastries looked absolutely heavenly.

Google
Ridiculous pricing. $9 for a cup of plain coffee, $10 for a muffin. In Lobby coffee bar? Why so insulting, crazy, exploitative pricing? Why drive people away?

If you're a coffee lover in Vegas, Lavazza is a must-visit! As Vegas streamers, we’re always on the move and need a solid caffeine boost—Lavazza never disappoints. The coffee is rich, bold, and smooth, exactly what you’d expect from an authentic Italian brand. Whether you go for a classic espresso, a creamy cappuccino, or a refreshing iced latte, every sip is perfection. They also have a great selection of pastries and snacks, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. The service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is great whether you're grabbing a quick cup or sitting for a bit to recharge. If you’re looking for quality coffee on the Strip, Lavazza is the spot!

Google
Apple strudel was amazing. Coffee was good also, but small and expensive. The dining area is extremely clean and comfortable. Service met expectations.

Google
Pastries are top notch and fresh only issue is its definitely pricey for the portions $5 to $7 on average. I mainly come here for the coffee their espresso and cappuccino is the best!!! Especially the iced cappuccino very bold and the aromatic from the fresh coffee is one of the best!

Google
Stayed at Bally’s which is where this shop is at and walked down for a mocha. It was really good, strong and flavorful. Not like the other chain coffee shops. I wish I had a pastry. They looked really good. Service was quick and pleasant.

Google
Best coffee I had! Located in the lobby of Horseshoe! Always crowded during the morning !! They have a variety of breakfast options – soaked oats, pastries to grab on the go !! Ofcourse its expensive as its inside the hotel.

Yelp
The food and drinks are alright, but I don't really find a good reason for them to be quite overpriced. When serving my Iced Mocha, they gave me a plastic generic cup. I get that it's in Vegas, but this is just a place to pick up coffee and go elsewhere. They don't really have a place, or in other words, it's not a cafe or restaurant. I would say that it's a good place to get coffee here if you stay in a hotel that has that coffee vendor and feel like you need a quick coffee as your last resort.

Yelp
Already posted A+++ review regarding staff they are terrific at Horseshoe Please see my prior posting. Best Margo Special with or without peppermint. Staff is helpful and professional. See photo of the Margo Special! Almond milk chocolate and vanilla powder whipped cream and frozen delight! Thank you staff barista at LaVazza Horseshie Margo

Yelp
I love me some LavAzza coffee. They make a pretty good drink, but it's a bit on the expensive side, so make sure u have your wallet. We got two latte's and when all was said and done it's $30. The staff can be a bit serious so tell them a joke or two and get them laughing. They will come around and smile if it's a good joke. Located right near the check-in.

Yelp
High priced coffee in a smokey lobby about sums up the Vegas Strip experience, where flashy beats well priced, and options tend towards the sparer side. Good and full bodied tasting coffee, but not worth the $8 for a regular sized cup 'o Joe. In a bind, stopped by this kiosk instead of taking my chances with a Starbucks a bit further away. At least this not so "happenin'" overpriced fare gets to "stay in Vegas"

Yelp
Great spot for a quick coffee or pastry. A little overpriced but good quality. Very convenient to the other shops and restaurants in the hotel. I had a nice mocha and several small pastries that I shared with friends.

Yelp
I sent the hubby to grab coffee from here this morning since our room did not have any sort of caffeine option. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the coffee was delicious. We also got 2 breakfast pastries, one cherry and one cheese. They were yummy. Prices were comparable to everything else on the strip if you want more than just black drip coffee. We spent about $35 for 2 large caramel macchiatos and 2 pastries.

Yelp
Oh my goodness, love me some crossiants with an iced latte. The desserts look delish too! Plenty of choices to choose from.

Yelp
Coffee is so good but dessert is not as good. Its almost like frozen or cold and not fresh. Its by Horseshoe hotel where we stay at. But the coffee never disappoint. Cinnamon roll was cold and just not good at all. I gave 3 stars ti meet halfway coz coffee is so good. We stay here for 7 nights, i can tell you Coffeee is really good....

Yelp
So....i went to the coffee factory and got me a iced vanilla latte. Which was disgusting and i decided to walk around to see if there was another coffee shop around there... Until i found LavAzza! I ordered with Elena.. she was okay ... Not very friendly, but okay. I asked her to throw my other coffee away because I've already ordered my iced white chocolate mocha with her. That's when i believe, KELLY (i hope it's the right name) K for sure... asked me where i got that coffee and told her where i got it, and she made sure i left happy with my coffee. Thank you so much for your help..she even asked me if I wanted an extra shot or anything. I asked her name at the end cause she was super friendly and nice about it, but i can't remember the exact name, but i remember Elena's because i saw her name tag not really because of her service... Thank you so much ladies. Their pastries look beautiful and their salads look so refreshing that i really want to try them but i had ordered food from somewhere else already that i didn't do it lol ... The coffee is not the best for the price, but her lovely service made me happy and i drank my whole coffee. Thank you so much again, for your help today!!..

Yelp
Great Italian pastries and chocolate croissants! I was lucky enough to snag a coffee cake, which is popular and usually sold out by noon. The atmosphere is so unique in this LavAzza. From people shopping for Italian treats and wine, dining, to small groups chatting..it's easy to spend a whole afternoon in here. Everyone is doing their own thing and you will not be bothered. The pastries can indeed be pricey, but they are beautifully presented.

Yelp
Been here lots of time and this is my morning coffee place. I noticed the current reviews in stating about the wait times. This past week I couldn't believe how long the lines were. I'm not really sure who to put the blame on, the staff, or the rocket scientist customers, who ask 1 thousands questions or make ridiculous customized coffee orders with 10 different requests. On Sunday morning one customer spend 5 minutes talking about his order with the employee. It took me all of 15 seconds to make my order. If this was the Eastcoast he would of been thrown out if the line. I still like the coffee, to me a lot better than Starbucks. Just be aware it around 5-6 dollars a cup. Also just be aware they do not heat anything up.

Yelp
Unless you are just getting coffee, spare yourself from this stale food. They will tell you the baked goods came at 6:30 that morning which is either a lie, or it is true but they won't tell you they are 3 days old and stale. We went several times and it was always dry, and had gone bad. AND they are $7-8 a pop. It's a waste. Please, go to Starbucks or buy oatmeal at CVS.

Jessica P.

Yelp
Best oat milk lattes and thoroughly enjoyed them. While the pastries and cakes look great, they are under baked and very high calorie. They don't display calories on them so one can rake in a lot at one time. Overall, would definitely go back for the lattes. Very delicious.

Yelp
Went into Eataly and went and got an iced latte. Nice cashier and the barista did a good job with my drink. Clean area and tables. Great atmosphere.

Yelp
This is a nice coffee shop tucked in by the elevators. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was amazing and I had it everyday. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Be patient as the line does get long but well worth the wait. Prices are high but it's Vegas !!

Yelp
Great location! Not so great pastries. This review is from visits in June '21, August '21 and January '22. This is the is the coffee shop (bar) directly adjacent to check-in at Bally's (soon to be rebranded as the Horshoe). You may say, "what do you expect from a hotel coffee shop?" MORE! Better quality. Now that being said, the coffee drinks were fine. Nothing to write home about, but serviceable coffee shop coffee. Not a great selection, but OK. My real problem is the pastries. I tried everything from a muffin to a cinnamon roll at different times of day and different days, but they were always dry as if they'd been sitting out all day. Maybe it's the Las Vegas dry air? Maybe they need to humidify the display case. I don't know, but getting up and wanting a coffee and a danish and being presented with the dried husk of a muffin just wont cut it. My advice....get the coffee, skip the sweets.

Yelp
I ended up swinging by LavAzza when I was inside the Bally's with my daughter Monday night about to see the Potted Potter show. The box office had mentioned to go straight down, pass the escalator, to the second escalator to go to Potted Potter show in the Magic Attic. My daughter and I walked by LavAzza in the Bally's. She had mentioned she was a little hungry, so we decided to pick up some milk and fruit. There was no wait in the line at 7:30 P.M on a Monday evening. We had just walked up to the register. There was a wide variety of muffins, cakes, cookies, and other food offerings. Their drinks had a good selection mochas, coffees, etc.. The fruit cup and milk bottle came out to be $11.00. I thought was pretty expensive for just milk and fruit. The fruit was fresh, not old. The service attendant was nice and helpful. I'd come back here again to try one of their other food selections that LavAzza offers.

Yelp
HORRIBLE service by Norma. She was very RUDE. Had a $25 credit due to horrible service at Bally's. She kept saying she couldn't. Spoke to a supervisor "Tee " who said have them call me she will give it to you Norma " I don't know why they have you back and fourth I still can't give it to you " Stay away from this horrible place such a waste of time

Yelp
Wonderful variety of tasty desserts and flavorful coffee and lattes. We will definitely be back for more!

Yelp
Lavazza is one of the more well established Italian coffee makers with 120+ years of history (originally started in 1895.) This small coffee stall is located inside of Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino and it is open 24/7. I got really lazy and didn't want to walk to Starbucks, so I stopped by here for a light breakfast. *** Banana Nut Muffin ($4): Not warm and tasted like your plain banana nut muffin. Cafe latte ($7 large): The drink wasn't all that bad, but it tasted a bit watery and aroma & flavors weren't very strong. *** Convenient coffee spot, but I was not impressed with my latte and talk about hefty price tags. P.S. - No free refill on hot water ($1.80 per hot water refill.)
google avatar

Diana G.

Yelp
Okay option if you are staying at Bally's Casino since they don't have the Starbucks in the Grand Bazaar no more. Also, they are open 24/7. Big Bean Coffee Frappe was a bit weak in flavor. Cherry Danish was good. Guess after a certain time, the pastries are half off.

Yelp
No foam at all on $6 small latte that tasted like some type of powder sweetener inside , though I ordered small latte which the worker confirmed when she gave me Would not go back.

Yelp
Early in the morning getting ready for our trip Grand Canyon National Park. We thought we would stop by get some Hot coco, energy drink, mocha coffee. Not Military friendly location.
google avatar

Janis H.

Yelp
I like this place better than your average Starbucks.. reason being in terms of quality, I feel like LavAzza provides better service and quality of coffee. The menu consists of a regular coffee cafe menu. It can get busy and there aren't too many employees. Thankfully I caught them at a slow time!
google avatar

Molly D.

Yelp
The service was incredibly slow...it took us at least 15 minutes to move through the line for a coffee...and the workers seemed mildly confused with everyone's order, but the coffee made up for the workers. I got a caramel frappuccino (not something I normally order). It was a large size, since that's all they offer. It was nice and sweet, but not diabetically sweet if you know what I mean. My husband ordered a hot green tea with honey. The lady handed us a cup of hot water and a tea bag...she couldn't even assemble it for us, which is the sole purpose of her job. But their frappuccinos are very good and cheap for the size....so if you're looking for a morning treat this place isn't too bad!
google avatar

Sid C.

Yelp
The coffee quality here is pretty rich and the pastries are good enough that people wait in line for them. Employees that work here are rather friendly and move with a pep in their step! The line never really takes too long. Great service
google avatar

John H.

Yelp
This place used to be my favorite but quality has significantly declined to a point where I won't be coming back. My go to drink used to be bicerin. Today they gave me cold coffee and when complained about the temperature they said oh it's because it's layered. I've had this drink many times before and it was never cold. Also tasted really bad. What happened to this place???
google avatar

Yelp
Best coffee and Italian pastries in town with soft music playing as you eat and drink fresh goods.
google avatar

Yelp
I tend to not like very strong coffee, and was weary as this is the same brand of coffee that my parents get, but I was pleasantly surprise. It's been awhile, but I believe I got a decaf caramel latte with soy milk, while my mom got a cappuccino with soy, and we shared a chocolate croissant (?) and plain croissant. I found the drink to be right for me (though my mom tried it and said it was a bit sugary, but I don't taste sugar that great so it didn't matter to me) and it was a nice change from Starbucks and Jean Phillippe's. The pastries are the reason I won't give a better review. They just were flat, especially the chocolate one (though better than the chocolate almond from Jean Phillippe's). They were not inedible, but just not great either.
google avatar

Sara S.

Yelp
Sugar free hazelnut and some of my favorite coffee from Italy. Reminds me of early mornings living over there. Super friendly staff too. Wish I could eat the pastries. Look and smell delicious

Yelp
I was very pleased to see that there was a LavAzza at Bally's when I stayed there recently. It's located on the casino floor right near the front desk, so very convenient to grab something on your way in or out of the hotel. They have a pretty standard coffeehouse menu, but I feel the quality is superior to larger chains such as Starbucks. Although the food in the case looked delicious, I opted to get a regular latte. If I stayed longer, I probably would have come by here again...it was delicious! Espresso has a great flavor.
google avatar

Marie-Evil C.

Yelp
They don't know how to make real latte. Latte is not suppose to get any foam on top, it's suppose to be a creamy texture like the picture you are showing (wrong advertising) and food is not that great.

Josselin R.

Yelp
My wife and I went took Frappe Mocca and a Cold chocolate. It was excellent and a very short line (we waited maybe 2 minutes). The day after we came back and we still loved our choices. Very good flavors and for a quite reasonable price. More flavors than Starbucks definitely... Employees were very kind and helpful. We cannot wait to drive back there and have our drinks.

A ..

Yelp
sevice was mediocre at best... and its like 11$ for 2 small shitty coffees....ridiculous!

Brian G.

Yelp
Had some great pastries for breakfast here. They were delicious! Evette helped us out, she was awesome, awesome service!

La Shanna O.

Yelp
My husband and I both loved the iced-blended drinks at Lavazza. It's definitely our new favorite spot to cool down next time we visit Vegas during the summer. The staff working here was super sweet, and we appreciated them. I'm now craving a mocha frappe just thinking about this place! :)

john d.

Yelp
There was about 20 people in line and they only had 2 employees and the express drop coffee line wasn't open. A drip coffee was $5. Amazingly, the employees were still nice and the coffee tasted good which earned them 2 stars. I could have walked 2 minutes to Starbucks outside the casino and got a coffee faster and for half the cost. In fact, that's exactly what I did the next morning.
