The OG of French GSM (or like in France, Châteauneuf-du-Pape) in Paso.
We had a great time.
Love all of their wine but the one that stole the show was the Les Demoiselles. It was a MSG, blend.
Will need a few more years of cellaring but OMG, it will be awesome. Dark fruits with an earthy tone and a long finish.

If you want 100 point wines for a $120 this is definitely the place to go. It is definitely one of the more peaceful quiet and beautiful wineries in Paso. Servings are generous and the club is actually one of the better bargains in CA. Staff is always extremely professional and you are always welcomed there. Literally some of the best wines in the country are made at this winery and they seem to have a habit of producing 98, 99 and 100 point wines.

This was our first time visiting L’Aventure and it is definitely not our last! Shockingly great wines, wonderful guidance and conversation with Leah (❤️ her!) and a lovely venue! We joined the club and are delighted!!!

Great wine and phenomenal staff. Great story on how the winery got started by a Frenchman (Stephan) who wouldn’t give up and had a knack for developing his own wine brand / creation.

Beautiful Winery. Beautiful wine. Amazing team. This has been my favorite winery in Paso since I firs tasted there. The team is so passionate, and so friendly, and the wine is stunning - and speaking with other places, they are often known as being the best Rhone style winery in Paso. Would highly recommend to put them on your radar and visit! And if you can splurge - the cave tour, the champagne tasting, or any cellar experience is recommended!

Very nice. Great atmosphere. Positive and informative staff. The cave tour was very impressive. And not to forget, the wines, world class with a view that was magnificent. Which wines are the best, hmmmm, I liked all of them.

The wine was great, and the property was stunning! Jamie was so knowledgeable and super thorough in her descriptions of each wine and answered all of our questions. Overall a great experience!
