Our first trip to Valencia wouldn’t be complete without a good paella. A friend recommended this place, and they certainly delivered. The restaurant was lovely, the staff were caring and attentive, but above all was the quality of the food. Between us we had the tuna tartare which was melt in the mouth delicious, mussels were superb and the baby squid was something special. However, the star of the show was the paella which was rich, and flavoursome with addition of the tender fish and prawns. If you get a chance, do try this place, you will not be disappointed.
