I witnessed one of your employees become physically and verbally aggressive toward several patrons, myself included. Specifically, I observed him grab a man by the throat, slam him to the ground, and repeatedly strike him in the face in the hallway near the bathrooms. During this altercation, he also collided with several women who were standing in line for the restroom. Following the assault, he approached a female bystander, yelling in her face and putting his hands on her.
At the time, this employee was not wearing any identification indicating that he worked for Lawnies, so many of us initially assumed he was intoxicated. When he returned to the same hallway and stood near me, shouting about the incident, I calmly asked why he had put his hands on a woman. In response, he entered the women’s restroom, physically confronting and grabbing multiple women while stating that we were “kicked out” and “done for.” I was pulled out of the restroom by him in an aggressive manner, and afterward he continued banging on stall doors attempting to remove other women.
This individual’s behavior was violent, unprovoked, and deeply disturbing. No one involved had been acting aggressively toward him.
I strongly urge Lawnies to investigate this matter immediately. Someone who behaves in such an aggressive and unsafe manner toward patrons should not be employed in a position representing your business. Attaching a photo of said employee who needs to be fired.
