Laws Whiskey House

The staff at Laws Whiskey House is amazing!! We came for a tour and because we got there early, we grabbed a drink and were able to bring them on the tour with us. Our tour was only 9 people and Sam (tour guide) told us that we could make the tour our own. Since all of us have done a distillery tour, we were able to skip the basics and dive into the specifics of Laws Whiskey House, their recipe, and the why. It was nice to be able to get a little more in-depth especially when we all knew the basics. The building next to the distillery is only a year old and the bar is immaculate!! The views of the mountains while sitting at the couches is nice! And the drinks!! The recipes are so delicious, including the zero proof cocktails. I love how everything about Laws Whiskey is local from the grains, water, and distillation. If you're in the area and needing a drink, you need to stop in!

My friend and I visited Laws on a random weeknight. I've never tried their whiskey, and this was my first time visiting. We were immediately welcomed by Chris, who took time to educate us on everything Laws without having booked a tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and super hospitable. The upstairs lounge area was warm, cozy, spacious, and nicely laid out. Regardless, we sat at the bar and were served by Ethan, who was equally friendly and knowledgeable. As we settled in, I tried their flight of whiskeys, which included the Four Grain and their Solstice Blend. My friend had their smoked old-fashioned. I enjoyed the experience and found their whiskey to be pretty smooth and delightful. Thanks for making our visit.

Just went on a tour in the distillery and tasted 3 delicious varieties at the end! From the gorgeous aesthetic of the building..... (We started in church and ended in a sexy bar.... How clever!) To the cleanliness and stream-lined nature of their distilling space and barrels aging in the back..... Everything was top notch, professional and innovative! Bravo to the entire team and their genius minds!!! Thank you Sam especially for the wonderful tour!!!!

I've been visiting Laws a long time, roughly a decade in fact, I'm very surprised I don't already have a review posted! Perhaps it's a fitting time to review anyhow considering their new amazing tasting room and bar. I can't recommend a visit enough. Prior to this new addition it was definitely a focus on trying their whiskeys more directly, and the product has always been stellar, but my wife and I are happy to see the cocktails side now. I wasn't sure what to expect when I saw them constructing the new addition around when they first started distilling agave, but it resulted in a wonderful design, ambience, and experience. Drink No Evil!

The entire place is absolutely gorgeous! We went on the tour led by Corey. She was absolutely phenomenal and knowledgeable. The tour is interactive and she takes her time to really explain the process and the store behind Laws. The bar is such an amazing vibe and the bartenders are amazingly talented. If you have the opportunity to come by and visit you absolutely should. The tour itself is $20 which is such a steal. They also give you a discount if you decide to buy anything from the store.

Chris was an an amazing guide. Super friendly and very cool establishment. Spirits are above the cut - definitely worth visiting for a cocktail and doing the tour.

Welcoming feel... for novice whiskey drinkers and connoisseurs alike! Service oriented and friendly staff. The Whiskey lounge is located abive a beautiful spiral staircase and has a warm and inviting feel with a social vibe and views of the Rockies. Great for a girls night or after work socializing... or before a night on the town. There are plenty of whiskey flights to try... but my favorites are the cocktails. The ild fashion is delightful and smooth. But, the black manhattan, with notes of cherry is now a fav of mine! The whiskey church is the first stop of the distillery tour and adds great detail to the story of Laws Whiskey. Knowing the heart makes the whiskey taste better! The staff are excellent at helping folks make a whiskey bottle choice based in likes and dislikes... I'd go back for sure for an evening of fun!
