This time we hit up a Michelin Guide street food spot in Bangkok — Lay Lao — for some seriously good seafood. 🦑🦀
They’ve been featured in the Michelin Guide for 8 years in a row, known for serving up fresh seafood straight from Hua Hin. We ordered their signature fried squid, grilled pork shoulder, stir-fried mixed veggies, and crab meat fried rice — everything was super fresh, well-balanced, and packed with flavor.
Prices were also amazing, around 150–250 THB per dish, so it’s definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. Solid 9/10 — Lay Lao totally deserves its Michelin status. If you love Thai seafood with a bit of heat, this one’s a must-try. 🌶️✨
