0/5. The machine ate our ticket after charging us. We had a receipt but couldn’t get out for hours. None of the overnight attendants could help open the gates remotely. None of them knew anything about the machines or could help in anyway. Unreal.

Well lit garage. They have charge stations and a carwash. There are ADA spaces and elevators to the ground floor.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, as a woman I did not feel safe with the man running the parking garage. He was rude. I explained that I lost my ticket somewhere between the carts and my car. They refused to accept my receipt at the store as time proof stamp that I entered within the 90 min free parking. He refused to give me another ticket to enter the parking garage. They only care about making their money. If being rude and slimy is how they want to run their parking garage, then so be it. Luckily found my ticket so I didn’t have to give them any of my money!

Corporate parking garage, changed me $21 for a 15 minute Trader Joe’s stop.

Parking attendant is unkind, do not expect a good interaction
