Our family loves this place, but my honest review is split. Here's why: Food, service, and dining area atmosphere are consistently 5/5. However, the women's restroom is 1/5, consistently overdue for cleaning on nearly every visit, no matter the time of day or how crowded the restaurant is (overflowing trash receptacles, garbage on floor, stalls dirty). The common belief is you know a kitchen's cleanliness by the cleanliness of the restrooms. I really hope that is not the case here.

This restaurant is close to my house. The ambiance is nice. The service was good. We started with the trout cheese dip with potato chips. I had southwestern salad and my friend had pad Thai. Both were decent. The food quality is average.

This place it’s always packed around dinner and lunch time after those pick times become easier to get in. The wait it’s worth it because all our family love it in here, the staff the service and mostly the food and drinks. We highly recommend it. Also very friendly for pets

Excellent service. Overpriced food for the quality. We skipped the appetizers, nice drink menu, and many choices. The steak was terrible side salad was served in a soup bowl. The vegetables were undercooked. The hamburger was tiny. Three other meals were good. Nothing to rave about and would not return.

The service was ok, they brought the food before the soup and salad and no silverware or napkins, we had to ask for those, but once the food arrived, everything was delicious, my burger was cooked to perfection as I specified, salads were very tasty and the tomato soup was on point. We ate outside with the dogs and the birds, it was cold enough to have the big fire pit on but it wasn’t, all in all a great lunch experience.

This place is awesome. Love being able to bring your furry family member (lets keep that clean..lol) to the restaurant. The patio area is perfect for your doggy and they can get a meal too. The staff was awesome and the food was really good. Keep up the great service.

Came in for a birthday lunch and everything was amazing. First time coming to this location, but second time total coming to Lazy Dog. We got the sharable apps with the hot honey fets dip (love), crispy deviled eggs (love), and the french onion pastry puffs (love doesnt begin to cover it). For mains we got the birria noodles and the chicken pot pie. Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh. But our server really knocked the whole experience out of the park. Barbara answered all of our questions, gave some great recommendations, and was honestly such a joy to talk to. She took great care of us and made the special event even more special. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you ever find yourself within the vicinity of downtown summerlin. Thanks, Barbara!!

This restaurant is seriously good! It was packed even on a weekday. First off, let me start with the Service. We like to sit at the bar, and the bartender was absolutely wonderful! It was our first time there and after we ordered the manager actually came over and gave us a free appetizer. He was very nice and grateful for our business. They also have a rewards program which of course it’s always nice to get things back when you spend money. The food there was super good. We love chicken wings, and always try to get those if we see them and they were very, very good! Crispy and done exactly the way we asked. And they’re spicy and mommy was absolutely wonderful! Great atmosphere! We will definitely go back there!

Lazy Dog provided excellent service and since I was a new customer I received a free appetizer. My waiter was the best and I want to commend him on his excellent service and advice on the menu. Lazy Dog is lucky to have Tyler our waiter working there. I would recommend that you ask for Tyler if you visit this location. Their Manager TY also stopped by and asked if we needed anything else. Really good service and food!!

Miles was an above and beyond server. He brought everything out quickly and made sure everything was correct. The manager Ty made the experience super nice! He came around and made sure everything was going well. Also this place is in a nice part of town. I will be coming back.

I have been here on two separate occasions. The food was amazing and the service was just as good. The candied bacon was so good as well as the deviled eggs. I can't wait to come back! I love the atmosphere! 10/10

Hi, I wanted to share feedback about our visit to Lazy Dog on January 1st. We were at table 148, check #31004, and left around 2:40 PM. Unfortunately, our experience was really disappointing, especially for the first day of the new year. Our server (female, pink flannel, early to mid 30s) actually requested to take our table from another server who had great energy, but once she took over, she barely checked on us. We waited about 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, my boyfriend was given the wrong meal. At that point he just kept it because we had already waited so long. We ordered the hot feta dip and didn't get it until the entrées arrived, and we were still charged for everything despite all the issues. It honestly just felt like we were completely forgotten about, and it really affected our experience. We usually enjoy Lazy Dog, so this was really disappointing. I hope this is addressed because we'd still love to come back, but this visit was unacceptable.

Lazy Dog in Summerlin is a great spot for family, friends and your dog! Even on a busy Saturday night, Madison Q our server did an incredible job managing our party 10 people! She was attentive and very nice. She definitely made the experience a 10 out of 10. I sat on the patio in late December, and it's enclosed with heaters and a fire pit! It's very comfortable, even without a jacket.

This is the perfect place to find your husband waiting for you with a cold drink and an appetizer when you finish shopping in Downtown Summerlin. This location features tons of free parking and allows for easy exiting of the mall lot. I have been here with groups and just chillin' at the bar and had great service each time. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. There is something for everyone, even your fur child.

Located right in downtown Summerlin. It's a great place to take a break from shopping and enjoy a tasty bite to eat. Came around lunch time on a busy Saturday, with no reservations, and the wait was about 15 minutes. I really enjoyed my lunch visit to Lazy Dog after a long morning of shopping and taking Santa pics! I love that it's dog-friendly so seeing all the cute pups waiting outside was so cute. The pups are only allowed in the outdoor patio dining area but it still makes for a really fun and welcoming spot to bring your furry friend. The food was delicious and definitely exceeded my expectations. The service was a bit on the slower side, but everyone was very kind, and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere made the wait feel less noticeable. Overall, we enjoyed the food and laid-back vibe. Would definitely go back.

Lazy Dog? More like Busy Dog! At least that would describe our experience. We stopped by for lunch over the recent holiday week and it was poppin'. Party of 6 took initially took about 20 minutes wait (not too bad). But when they went to seat us, a different host had sat a different party at the table we were supposed to have. So then we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for a different table to open up. The menu is huge. Perhaps too big for its own good? In my opinion, this makes it hard to hone in on one thing with so many options. We got appetizers including tikka masala meatballs, french onion pastry puffs and lemon pepper tots. The first two were absolutely delicious. The lemon pepper tots were pretty average, and they forgot to bring the side of ranch that comes with it, sigh. For entrees, the table got everything from fish tacos to burgers to fried rice and a wok bowl. I got the bison burger, which comes with bison and wagyu beef patty, havarti, caramelized onion, bacon jam, and mayo. Requested it be cooked medium well, but it came out medium -- not a huge deal. The burger was very tasty and juicy. Fries were crispy. They bring a thing of sauces to the table (honey mustard, bbq, buffalo and a soy mixture). I'm a huge fan of sauce so I enjoyed this (specifically the bbq). Overall, the food was really good, but the service was lackluster and quite slow which has me settling on 4 stars.

Can't decide where to grab a bite while hanging out in Downtown Summerlin? Lazy Dog is always a great choice! I love bringing my parents here because the menu has something for everyone, from breakfast burritos to burgers, bowls, salads, and more. Whether you're craving brunch, lunch, or dinner, you'll find plenty of options. The ambiance is warm and cozy with a mountain-lodge feel, and there's lots of seating, which is especially nice since it does get busy on weekends. Lazy Dog also has a solid happy hour with plenty of small bites and a good selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. I've brought friends here several times to sit at the bar, chat, and snack on appetizers. Always a good time!

This was my first time ever taking my dog out to a restaurant with me, and it felt so refreshing! I was greeted by the hostess and seated on the patio, where I dined during happy hour. They have plenty of tasty options at different price points, so there's something for everyone. My dog was given a complimentary bowl of water, and they even have a doggy menu just for pups. When I tell you my dog had the best time,she really did. It ended up being such a great experience for both of us. The patio had a mix of people dining with and without dogs, so even if you're not bringing a pet, the fresh air makes it a nice option. Thet set up is like your typical outdoor I area, very casual. I wish I had gotten the name of my server because he was incredibly kind and attentive. The food came out quickly too, which is always a plus. I'll definitely be returning with my pup in tow.

My networking partners had our Christmas party here last night and the food is absolutely amazing! We all had a fantastic experience, service delivery was impeccable. My boyfriend had the beer battered fish and chips and I had the ginger soy salmon and it was delicious. Next time I want to try steak and veggie kebabs. The vibe is warm with great social setting. They also had the prisoner red blend wine that made a great pair with my meal.

I have never been to a Lazy Dog and was pleasantly surprised. They have a nice brunch and lunch menu. The food was good and filling. I grabbed the chicken breast with cauliflower mash and it was delicious. My friends got the fish and chips and the breakfast burger. Our dessert was the candied bacon. Delicious. Good service. Indoor and outdoor seating area short wait at lunchtime on a Saturday. Please come and create your own adventure.

I've always liked the idea of Lazy Dog -- casual, cozy, and great for a night out -- but this visit to the Summerlin location was a huge disappointment. The service was, well... lazy, to say the least. It took forever for anyone to even take our order. When we finally got our drink orders in, our server vanished -- no refills, no check-in, nothing. A new server eventually appeared, took our appetizer order, and then also disappeared. By the time our food arrived, we had no plates, no utensils, and no one in sight to ask for them. Once the meals were dropped, that was it -- no follow-up, no "how's everything?", not even a glance our way. It honestly felt like we were forgotten at our table. The food itself was fine, but even great food can't make up for service this poor. For a restaurant that's usually known for its warm, friendly vibe, this visit completely missed the mark. Lazy Dog Summerlin -- please do better. Guests shouldn't have to chase down staff just to enjoy a meal.

Went here after an event in Downtown Summerlin. The hostess made us aware that the wait could be an hour but we waited for just 20 minutes. We were seated at the back as we have a stroller with a newborn, which was good so we are not in the way of anybody. For the food, I got the pot roast beef dip and it was delicious. Just the sandwich itself it already good but the dip made a big difference. They have an outside seating area in which you can request. The bathroom is easy to find and clean to use. If lost, just ask the staff they are friendly.

Food: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5 The good: Food was hot and fresh, and the $15 Fireside Menu was an amazing deal. Personally, I had the Loco Moco off the fireside menu and it was honestly enough for two meals. It was flavorful and the gravy had a nice heat to it. The Smores brownie (the free dessert that comes with the $15 fireside meal) is supposed to be "personal size" lies. That thing was regular size and frickin amazing. Oh! We were out on the patio because we had dogs with us and they had their puppy meal that they rather enjoyed too. I almost forgot, the smoked trout dip! It was really good but tasted more like a Smokey cheese dip than anything with trout. The bad: Slow service, like PAINFULLY slow, but if you aren't in a rush or dying of hunger, it's worth it.

I really don't understand how this restaurant has so many good reviews. We stopped in yesterday for lunch and I was not impressed. The server seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by us the entire time. I don't know her name because she did not introduce herself upon arriving to our table for drink orders. The food took a long time to get to us and was barely lukewarm. I asked for no tomato or lettuce on my burger but I guess I was ignored because it still had lettuce and tomato. Didn't bother sending it back because I didn't want to wait another hour for food. Asked for the burger medium well and it was very much medium-rare. Definitely wouldn't return here. Food is way overpriced, terrible service, and very mediocre food. I could've had a better burger at a fast food place.

I'm torn! The service is great but the food seems to be going downhill. I feel like the quality has changed. We come once a month and have seen a difference. Still the best happy hour though. Visited last night and super busy which is good! The bathrooms were bad though: garbage falling over onto the floor which means it wasn't cleaned for a bit.

I met up with two friends for lunch at this location during my recent trip to Las Vegas. We all ordered slight variations of the same thing--the half sandwich and soup/salad combo. Despite what seemed like a very simple order, everything moved in slow motion and it took a very long time to get our food. When it finally did come out, everything was cold. Not just "ehhh, we *could* eat it" cold, but rather "cold to the touch" cold. Not exactly how you want to enjoy a grilled cheese. The server also seemed dismissive of my friend's special requests with her meal, which kind of set things off on the wrong foot. I am not rushing to return here.

Standard food and chain restaurant but 5 solid stars to the staff for getting orders and checks out for our 2 hockey teams spanning 60+ kids and parents. No hiccups in ordering or paying, just took a lil bit of time to sort it all. Thank you LD staff!! $11.95 lunch combo: half sandwich, half salad & side (I chose fries) is the best bang for your bang for your buck and you can try multiple items. $17.95 Mediterranean chicken bowl; grilled lemon chicken breast, yellow rice, cucumber salad

I couldn't love this place more. The vibe, EXCELLENT! The food, EXCELLENT... the service, EXCELLENT... we didn't (couldn't) part from our 9m/o golden doodle on our anniversary so we tried and fell in love 1000% Go, eat, be mary and feel at home while being waited on and ur love bug at ur side! Awesome place

Always love Lazy Dog. Best Pad Thai in Town! This visit the Pad Thai was way off. First one tasted like too much vinegar. Second try was bland. Not sure if they had a new chef or what. Its hard these days to find good workers who actually care about Customers sincerely. Mickey is anazing!! He apologized and showed he cared. Best Manager I have encountered in a long time! I ended up not eating the Pad Thai but will definitely be back to this location all because of Mickey. Thank you so much for being a great Manager! Lucky Dog is extremely Lucky to have you!!

First time here and so had no expectations. The food came out quick and was hot. I ordered the hush puppies from the small plate section. It's not your traditional hush puppy. It's a mashed potato texture inside with a light crisp outside. While not bad, it wasn't what I expected. Also if the interior is going to be soft, it should at least be well seasoned. (This wasn't) I also had lettuce wraps Again devoid of seasoning. This was just missing the basic flavor profile I expect with a lettuce wrap.

Here we are again! This time, we stopped in for some small bites and drinks. On the menu: a watermelon margarita for two ($25) and a trio of appetizers for another $25 -- a great deal. Overall, the experience was positive. We sat at the bar, were greeted promptly, and the service was attentive. The margarita? Spot on. The bites? Also solid. Now for the gripe. There were a lot of fruit flies hovering around the bar -- never a good look when food and drinks are involved. We ordered the deviled eggs (which were excellent), but they were served on a bed of greens that looked... questionable. At first glance, we thought they were just wilted, but nope -- they were rotting and unwashed (see photo). I should've spoken up then, but the rest of the food was good, so I let it go. Later, I reached out via Instagram and was pleasantly surprised to get a thoughtful response. Someone from their team followed up, expressed genuine care, and emphasized their commitment to quality. A follow-up email reiterated that message, along with an offer for a gift card -- not what I was after, but appreciated nonetheless. Bottom line: The food and drinks hit the mark, the service was friendly, and the team clearly cares about feedback. But cleanliness around the bar and quality control in the kitchen need attention.

Loved this place! Yes it's loud but it's a busy place. My waitress asked me if I had been here before. I said no. She said then you get a complimentary basket of house made potato chips and dip. They were warm and yummy. I ordered the fried chicken campfire dinner and a side salad. Salad was huge and good a great value for $5. Then the dinner of fried chicken mashed potatoes and gravy and spinach. Came out hot and it was satisfying. Loved the potatoes and gravy. And I got desert too. Banana pudding. This was an incredible deal for $15! Good food, excellent waitress Paige.

Review for late dinner 5/29 Happy hour. We ordered chicken quesadilla, crispy and tasty, also ordered chicken lettuce wrap and it was also good. I think they have the best lettuce wrap they put a lot of water chestnuts. And the sangria, it's ok. We had an attentive waitress, we didn't wait that long for our food. And though it was a happy hour it wasn't noisy. This place of big with inside and outside seating and dogs are welcome for outside seating. I'll give them 4.5 stars

Love us some lazy dog! We got to both summerlin and LVB locations. We love sitting outside and bar! The food is always so delicious and you really can't go wrong with anything you pick. The mimosas flights are a good go to.

First off, my server Matthew was so kind and attentive. He noticed I kept rubbing my temples and when I'd advised I had a headache he came over with a shot of coca-cola to ease my headache. 10/10 service straight out the gate. I normally get the Korean Bibimbap bowl but Matthew convinced me to get the PB&J burger with a side of ice cream. I was HIGHLY skeptical but he insisted it was delicious. I was shocked at how good it was. The burger by itself wasn't much to write home about in my opinion but, with the ice cream, I was able to taste more of the peanut butter and jelly that were layered in the burger. Despite the Tour de Summerlin going on, the restaurant wasn't busy and had a moderate noise level. It was the usual Lazy Dog atmosphere.

Our server Bryan, smooth like cocoa, Hooked me up nice with that loco moco! Gravy so thick, I nearly went blind, One more bite and I lost my mind! you know I ain't lying, When I say I'll be back for Bryan!

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! Food is always amazing. Staff is always super friendly and helpful! Good variety of food even though my kids always eat the same thing hahah. I have never had anything bad here so you have try everything! Wanna give Katie, Adria, and Paige a special shout out for being so kind and amazing at what they do! If you haven't been-please go!!

Relaxed Vibes and Delicious Bites at Lazy Dog An old friend and I met for lunch at his suggestion, and we had no idea what to expect since it was our first time visiting. Upon arrival, we asked the host to seat us on the patio. Once we got there, it became clear why the restaurant is called "Lazy Dog." There were at least half a dozen guests with their puppies of various breeds and sizes, enjoying drinks and meals! The puppies were provided with nice bowls of water, and most of them were comfortably snoozing either under the tables or next to their owners. My friend started with a beer, while I chose a non-alcoholic drink called Tropical, which was a delightful mix of orange and pomegranate juice blended with coconut pineapple cream and mint. I absolutely loved it! We also shared an order of crispy wings, which were delicious. My friend ordered a House Club sandwich with fries. I wasn't particularly hungry, but I dipped into his fries from time to time! He enjoyed his sandwich very much, as he later mentioned. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed chatting for over an hour and left the restaurant with high praise. As we were leaving, I took a moment to look around the dining area and the bar inside, both of which were spacious and nicely decorated. The Lazy Dog is a great place to hang out, whether you're looking to enjoy a drink or a meal alone or with a group.

Wow! Came during happy hour and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of good food. We tried the Street Corn Tots melted mozzarella, charred sweet corn, tomatoes, tajín-lime sauce, queso blanco, housemade hot sauce, cilantro Queso Dip jack, cheddar, queso blanco, pimento, hatch chiles, cilantro black beans, hand-cut tortilla chips I tried the club lunch special and it was horrible. Very tough and not appealing - changed it out And the ultimate favorite was the best thing ever : Candied Bacon Grilled Cheese + Tomato Soup candied bacon + cheddar cheese, melted between parmesan sourdough toast, served with housemade tomato soup for dipping Omg delicious! Stephanie R our waitress was awesome with helping recommend and great service. The restaurant is open clean and everyone is friendly

The Lazy Dog has great food and great service! Also, sit at the bar tops and request Barbara, she is a great waitress and always refilling drinks and checking in to ask if things are going well. Could not ask for anything else of better. :) Also, love how the manager, Jen, comes around and also makes sure the service is good. Go Lazy Dog!!!

Seated quickly on a Friday afternoon. They had no crayon(s) for the kids menu. I asked to borrow a pen or pencil and was told they don't have one. Front desk gentleman ended up bringing my daughter a licorice rope with a few cereal pieces to make a necklace. Thankfully that entertained her for a few Appetizers were edamame, hush puppies and buffalo chicken bites Edemame was so OVERLY salted. I hardly ever complain I just either eat it or I don't. I LOVE edamame and ate it because I was starving Buffalo bites were good and probably the only thing we received hot. One of the pieces was rubbery. Hush puppies were good but cold I didn't complain My husband ordered the 1/2 roasted club with lettuce wedge (which is a salad) and apple vinegar coleslaw. He said it wasnt great but edible My daughter had kids noodles with watermelon. I asked for the fettuccine sauce on the side in case she didn't like it. The noodles came out cold and basically in a ball looking super dry. The sauce omg was so thinned down it was like water and ZERO flavor. Still no complaining I ordered a Tex mex salad with no tomatoes. Bbq sauce and dressing on the side. Apparently they forgot my salad so I had to ask for it. My daughter was half done with her lunch and my husband was almost done with his before I got my salad. When I got it, it was literally lettuce with some chicken and some tortilla strips. No cheese, no beans, no corn, no avocado. Sent it back and asked for them to correct it but put it to go because everyone was nearly done eating Manager came over and apologized and comped the salad which was appreciated Thankfully we had a $50 gift card to pay for this meal. We had a few $$$ left on the gift card and already new we would not be back so I ordered the same thing as my husband ate but to go so the gift card remainder didn't go to waste Got home and put my salad away and realized there still was literally nothing in it. This time there were like 10 beans and maybe 10 pieces of corn if that. Super small amount of avocado and no cheese. Just like the fettuccini sauce and the ranch we had while at the restaurant I to go salad had water down dressing also. The food we ordered to go was extremely bland and the bacon on the sandwich was so hard it could have broken a tooth With all that being said the service from our waitress was great and again the salad comp was appreciated. However the food was nothing to write home about. Came on a crowded Friday for Happy Hour. Ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich and All-American Burger. They were both good. We also had a pitcher of White Peach Sangria. Despite how crazy busy it was, Dan was super friendly and courteous. Cool atmosphere and a great place to bring your dog.

Lazy Dog is always a solid go-to if you need a casual restaurant for some American eats. They have a good space (indoor and outdoor), but it can get pretty loud inside, and they have an interesting menu that includes classics (burgers, sandwiches, etc), but also have a burrito bowl and bibimbap (what I ordered this time) - something for everyone! This particular occasion had an interesting "highlight" because they ran out of clean silverware so we had to wait while they were washing them (not a big deal, just funny haha). Anyway, we ordered a new menu item for the table - the street corn tots - they were okay... and kinda small, so probably wouldn't get again. The flavors just didn't mesh well together. As mentioned earlier, I ordered the bibimbap and it was good enough? Haha the flavors were good and would be fine if you were craving the dish, but I wouldn't say it hits the same as real Korean bibimbap. Overall, the experience and food were good, so will definitely be back!

Came here to celebrate my sisters birthday. Had a party of 10, made a reservation, and looked forward to an easy dinner celebration. I hate to say it, but everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Undercooked/raw burgers, fried chicken dinner that was hard as a rock, had to ask for water and drink refills 5,6,7 times before receiving them, ordered dessert and waited a half hour for it, and to top it off they forgot to "sing" happy birthday to my sister (the table behind us received a lovely dessert and birthday song though). We had a toddler with us and the poor kid had to sit at this table for 3 HOURS+. That's how long our dinner took. Dirty plates left in front of us that we had to shove them and stack them to eat our dessert...then a fly kept landing on the dirty plates. It was a mess. We asked for a manager, he said he would take care of us but we ended up paying for almost every entree...even the ones we had to send back. He did give us some free appetizer cards for next time, but I don't know if there will be a next time. Our waitress was very kind but you could tell she was overwhelmed and nobody was around to help her. We used to love this place, it's a shame we had such a bad experience.

First off, we loved Lazy Dog so much on our first visit before Battle for Vegas, that we went back after the game for drinks!! We were asked booth or table upon walking in, we chose booth, but ended up asking for a table, they accommodated us. This may sound strange, the place was loud but homey , a very friendly vibe. We did have a question-are the salad bowls actually dog bowls? We liked them regardless. We had cheese curds and bacon cheddar biscuits to start, then salads and the black and bleu cheese burgers, and all were terrific! We also started with drinks, very delicious(see pics). Our server was Joe, he was professional and friendly, very helpful and spaced all the food out perfectly and kept the drinks coming. Then it was time for dessert.... You have to get the Triple Chocolate Mousse-so amazing. It looked so good, we started eating it before I could get a picture!! It was!!! We have a second part to our story, We went after the game too for drinks. The hostess and helper working late Saturday night were not friendly like the people earlier. We explained we wanted drinks, but I use a cane and cannot sit at the high tables. We sat at a small booth by front door... and were forgotten. My husband got up and asked when we would be served, a very friendly guy came over and asked us to move to his section. He didn't realize I had a cane and apologized profusely. I admit I was a bit short, cause I didn't want to move. But Dan the man, our server won me over! I moved. He was so nice, he got us waters right away, and drinks after that... then suggested an appetizer- we got chicken nachos, and he kept the drinks coming!! I appreciated that Dan stayed so positive, it really turned me around from my initial bad impression of second visit. We can't wait to go back and try other dishes.

Lazy Dog is a good choice for a meal as they have a pretty extensive menu. We had the fish n chips and an Asian chicken salad both of which were tasty. Chilly cold beers & nice white wine sealed the deal. Always seems like a busy spot. Service seemed a bit slow at the bar since they were packed during lunch. Casual atmosphere. Pet friendly patio.
