"Although it is now home to a welcoming and contemporary family restaurant, this building was once used as a place to rest horses and provide hospitality to workers from the sugar factory opposite. Daniela Siviero oversees the front of house with charm and professionalism, while her brother Piergiorgio is at the helm in the kitchen. The restaurant serves two tasting menus: “DNA”, an 8-course menu showcasing technically creative cuisine that focuses on regional fish and meat options prepared in different ways, and the 4-course “Campagna Liquida” which changes weekly and on which vegetables take pride of place. Daniela will recommend the best wine pairing from a well-structured wine list that includes some real gems." - Michelin Inspector

I recently had an amazing fine dining experience in a restaurant located in the middle of nowhere. We opted for the 10 course menu, and I must say, it was a truly creative and delicious experience with a perfect balance of flavors. One of the dishes included raw shrimps, which we usually don't prefer, but surprisingly it tasted great. However, the risotto was a bit too al dente and a bit sour for our liking, and it lacked salt. The wine list was truly impressive, and we were able to find the perfect pairings. We particularly live the sweetbread, but donkey sweetbread was a first time for us. Although we didn't like the taste, it was a great experience to try something new. We also stayed at the same building hotel Trieste, which was cozy, clean, and nice. It was convenient to have the restaurant and hotel located in the same building. To top it off, we also had breakfast at the Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was just the two of us. It was a truly memorable experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique fine dining experience with impeccable service and an amazing wine list. Good luck to the team, and we look forward to returning someday.

A hidden gem in the province of Padua. An explosion of flavours in every dish but at the same time perfectly balanced and harmonious with each elements. A lot of research and process in each plate. Superb service and a very great wine selection. It is really worth a detour and a visit.
