I recently had an amazing fine dining experience in a restaurant located in the middle of nowhere. We opted for the 10 course menu, and I must say, it was a truly creative and delicious experience with a perfect balance of flavors.
One of the dishes included raw shrimps, which we usually don't prefer, but surprisingly it tasted great. However, the risotto was a bit too al dente and a bit sour for our liking, and it lacked salt.
The wine list was truly impressive, and we were able to find the perfect pairings. We particularly live the sweetbread, but donkey sweetbread was a first time for us. Although we didn't like the taste, it was a great experience to try something new.
We also stayed at the same building hotel Trieste, which was cozy, clean, and nice. It was convenient to have the restaurant and hotel located in the same building.
To top it off, we also had breakfast at the Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was just the two of us. It was a truly memorable experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique fine dining experience with impeccable service and an amazing wine list. Good luck to the team, and we look forward to returning someday.
