"With the freshest catch, seasonal vegetables and local extra virgin olive oil, Marko Gajski builds a refined cuisine that cleverly combines Dalmatian ingredients, Eastern suggestions, French-style sauces and well-calibrated fermentations. The creative and flavourful dishes are the result of solid technique and recount a personal and consistent gastronomic journey. The service, which is always professional and attentive, takes place in the elegant contemporary room on the second floor, or – during the summer season – a few metres from the sea, with a romantic view of the water and surrounding islands. The restaurant's iconic dishes include shrimp gyoza with mousseline sauce and daikon – a refined and appealing dish that is always on the tasting menu. A vegetarian menu is also available. The sommelier will guide you through excellent pairings, enhancing dishes with a selection of regional and international wines." - Michelin Inspector

Croatia continues to shine with its growing number of MICHELIN Stars

"On Korčula’s seafront, a pine‑shaded terrace just steps from the water frames chef Marko Gajski’s Dalmatian‑rooted, seasonally driven cooking—enriched by Italian, French, Turkish and Austrian influences—and a deep commitment to sustainability; island produce and a parade of native olive oils from Korčula and the Pelješac peninsula underpin signatures like his Mediterranean‑accented prawn gyoza that uses every part of the prawn (meat for the filling, the head for a sauce and butter, the shell as a powder) with oven‑dried cherry tomatoes and marinated kohlrabi, and an elegant Starter reimagining Komiška pogača with confit tomatoes, onion marmalade, dehydrated‑and‑fried crackers, caper powder, garlic cream and fresh oregano, all supported by close relationships with small producers such as Eko Ško, Bosnić dairy and Komparak farm; head sommelier Dinko Lozica leads creative pairings anchored in southern Dalmatian varieties like Pošip, Grk and Plavac Mali, reflecting a wine culture that’s both proud and resilient." - Annalisa Leopolda Cavaleri

The island of Korčula: a magnificent cultural heritage and unique cuisine

"The jewel of Lešić Dimitri Palace is this Michelin-starred table where chef Marko Gajski draws on Dalmatia’s rich culinary traditions, cooking seasonally with island produce from freshly caught fish to wild herbs and showcasing a huge array of native olive oils from Korčula and the Pelješac peninsula. The outdoor terrace is a peaceful oasis protected by pine trees just steps from the sea, offering stunning views over the nearby archipelago. Since starting here in 2017, Gajski has built a close-knit team that earned a Michelin star after three years and pursues a philosophy of positive energy and sustainability. Signatures include prawn gyoza with a Mediterranean accent that uses every part of the prawn (meat for the filling, head for the sauce and a delicious butter, shell as a powder) with oven-dried cherry tomatoes and grated cabbage marinated in vinegar, and an elegant take on Komiška pogača with confit tomatoes, onion marmalade, crackers made from cooked dough that’s dehydrated then fried, caper powder, garlic cream, fresh oregano, salted anchovies and olive oil infused with wild oregano. The wine list, curated by head sommelier Dinko Lozica, is as meticulous as the cuisine, spotlighting southern Dalmatia, Korčula and Pelješac with native varieties such as Pošip, Grk and Plavac Mali and creative pairings grounded in deep knowledge of local history and production." - La Guida Michelin
