The Hottest New Restaurants in Phoenix Right Now, Winter 2025

"Billed as a Parisian steakhouse, this well-appointed but somewhat casual French restaurant, housed in The Global Ambassador (Sam Fox’s luxe new hotel), offers the French classics Americans know and love: quiche, salade Nicoise, French onion soup, steak tartare, beef Bourguignon, and steak frites. And because Fox wanted it, there’s a short list of Jewish classics such as a pastrami sandwich and matzo ball soup." - Mcconnell Quinn, Nikki Buchanan

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner! The steaks were fantastic and properly prepared, the sides were great! Creme brulee was great as well! French Onion soup was good, a little sweet/wine for my tatses, but still really good.

This is definitely not worth the hype you see on tiktok. Went for breakfast ordered the Pancrepes & Avocado Toast, tell me who burnt both of them and they brought it out to us. They did a good job visually covering the burnt sides for presentation but you can taste the bitterness. Their coffees are yuck! The outdoor seating is average enjoyed the beautiful Arizonan sunshine. Definitely will not be back. Also, in order to be seated through main entrance you have to walk past the coffee bar towards the middle of the restaurant to find the hostess.

Le Ame is a true gem, it is elegant, inviting, and unforgettable. The ambiance is sophisticated yet warm, with stunning surroundings that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The cocktails are beautifully crafted and perfectly balanced, each one a work of art. But the real standout is the steak frites, flawlessly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor, paired with crisp, golden fries. Le Ame delivers on every level, making it one of the most memorable dining destinations in the Global Ambassador Hotel

Our waiter was great. He answered any questions we had about the menu. He was friendly, courteous, and always kept our glasses filled. He checked on us frequently. The servers were great, as well. The food was good. The chicken was moist and flavorful and the steak frites reminded me of my meal in Paris. Our waiter took the liberty to send out a complimentary birthday dessert, which was going above and beyond. I ordered a French 75, which was delicious. The crème brulee was amazing. Overall, we had a great experience.

Le Âme at The Global Ambassador: A Parisian Culinary Gem in Phoenix From the moment you step into Le Âme, nestled within the heart of The Global Ambassador hotel, you’re swept into a world where Parisian elegance meets modern culinary artistry. By day, it’s a charming bistro bathed in natural light; by night, it transforms into a moody, romantic steakhouse that whispers of old-world charm and contemporary sophistication. The menu is a masterclass in French cuisine, offering beloved classics like Steak Frites and French Onion Soup alongside inventive dishes such as Tuna Carpaccio and a refined Onion Dip with Potato Chips. Each plate is elevated by a wine list curated by the hotel’s master sommelier—an offering so exceptional it earned the Wine Spectator Best Award of Excellence. The cocktail program mirrors this excellence, with ingredients as beautiful as they are bold. But what truly sets Le Âme apart is its people. The staff’s attentiveness is unmatched—gracious, intuitive, and always present without being intrusive. Every detail, from the pacing of the meal to the warmth of the welcome, is handled with care and precision. And then there’s Chef Robin. Chef Robin is the heartbeat of Le Âme. Their culinary vision is evident in every bite, blending tradition with innovation in a way that feels both nostalgic and thrilling. Watching Chef Robin work is like witnessing a symphony—each dish composed with passion, precision, and a deep respect for flavor. Whether you’re indulging in a leisurely brunch or savoring a candlelit dinner, Le Âme delivers more than just a meal—it offers a moment of transport, a taste of Paris, and a celebration of culinary excellence.

I’m a little bummed because I went here to celebrate my birthday lunch, and while the food was great, the service was uneven. I made a reservation for 12:15 and we arrived at about 12:20 and they had us wait about 5 minutes in the lobby bc our table wasn’t ready yet. Not a great first impression. I did like the nice touch of a handwritten birthday card. Our server was extremely friendly and mesmerizingly handsome. He recommended dishes to us, the food came out promptly and everything was delicious. All was good up until when we got the dessert menu. We ordered the date cake and 2 macchiatos. The cake arrived, we started eating it (absolutely delicious- tastes like autumn) and by the time there was one bite left, we realized we didn’t get our macchiatos. So we stopped eating and waited for several more minutes. Finally they arrived and our server apologized that the barista fell behind. However, they were lukewarm.. He was handling lots of tables and schmoozing with all of them and I think he just fell behind because of it. Also, I was not given a complimentary dessert with a candle; I saw him bring that to other birthday parties in the restaurant. I felt a little overlooked because of that. So overall the service was uneven and that tarnished my experience. But the food was very delicious, albeit quite pricey. I’d go back if I was craving French onion soup; it was outstanding. Also that salmon was perfectly cooked, extremely fresh and had an amazing sauce with balanced flavors.

Google
Beautiful restaurant with lots of open seating. You order at the counter and find a seat. They'll give you a number to put on your table. We ordered the brioche egg sandwich and French omelette. Both delicious. Everything came out in about 15 minutes so great timing as well. Pretty straightforward and pleasant experience.

Such an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I came in for our anniversary dinner and were met with the best server ever. Our waiter, Gilbert knew everything about wine and was so kind to explain everything to us. He was so sweet and funny. Will definitely be back and requesting him again! The restaurant also included a handwritten note and dessert for our anniversary. Such a nice touch!

Yelp
Gilbert was great! My partner and I went for our anniversary and he took great care of us. He was so knowledgeable about the wine and food. I would definitely recommend visiting if Gilbert is your server.

Yelp
Le Âme was absolutely amazing! We had the most wonderful server, the managers were attentive as well as the bus boys. We sat outside and it was pretty, the heaters were perfect and we were glad to sit outside and enjoy Arizona winter weather. We ordered so much food and were happy with it all. The food was hot!!! I am very picky with the temperature of my food and it all came out very hot. Escargot, Brie baguette, wedge salad, French onion soup and oysters all were to die for. For our entrees my husband had the short ribs and I had the king crab bucatini, incredible!! Everything paired with a bottle of Bordeaux. We went for our first date night out since having our baby boy and they made it so special. They gave us a glass of champagne to toast to start and a delicious yummy dessert to finish. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Yelp
Place was nothing short of amazing. Gilbert was our server and he was super knowledgeable and service was on POINT! Thank you Gilbert and team for the fantastic experience.

Yelp
After not being able to get to a what must've been a super popular establishment, we ended up here, and boy was I in for a treat! This was our first time visiting AZ and finding good places to eat was a mission! We found a spot on a rooftop that seemed to be well liked, but I'm glad we decided not to wait the over an hour quoted time and decided to go back to the first floor to this gem! We ate outdoors which at first I thought may be a bad idea, but it turned out to be just fine! The service was fantastic, and the food was delicious! I appreciate a beautiful presentation and they nailed it! The bread was soft and fresh, my steak was very tasty, and the mashed potatoes were outstanding! The dessert was delicious as well, and the staff were so sweet to sing me happy birthday! If I ever go back down, I'd definitely stop here again, if only for the mashed potatoes!

Yelp
This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in town. It's been a while since I've had such a fantastic meal. The décor is elegant, creating a lovely atmosphere, and the service is exceptional. Our waiter was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu, offering great dish recommendations. He kept our water glasses filled without us even asking, and noticed when we dropped a spoon, quickly replacing it. The food was outstanding--super fresh oysters and tuna, and the French onion soup was thoughtfully split into two individual portions for my girlfriend and me. For the main course, the chicken and filet were cooked to perfection and well-seasoned. We finished with the toffee-drizzled date cake, which was the perfect end to our meal. The portion sizes were generous, offering great value for the price, which wasn't too high for such a quality experience. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel and the restaurant will validate your ticket. Easy walk to the restaurant. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I'll definitely be returning!!

Yelp
I was here about a month ago for brunch and loved it! Finally came back to try the dinner menu this past Saturday. I parked in the garage and waited out front for my friend to arrive. While waiting, there is someone at the front checking reservations. Gave the name and he said we can walk right in whenever my friend arrived. It was pretty busy inside. They had live music playing in the lobby bar area. We were early for our reservation but the hostesses were able to seat us right away. Like last time, service here was exceptional! Our waiter, Paul, was friendly and knowledgeable and helped with drink selections Order: Flowers For The Samurai $19 Casaamigos & Seven Up $28 French Onion Soup $16 Shrimp cocktail $24 Mussels en Boullion $22 Wagyu Bolognese $32 Complimentary birthday dessert Flower For the Samurai cocktail was refreshing! Imo, the french onion soup was the best dish out of everything! It was delicious and perfect during cold weather. My wagyu bolognese was okay. My friend's dishes were ok. Shrimp is the same anywhere. Mussels were a bit bland though. I would definitely get the soup again but will try a different entree with it next time. If you parked in the garage, ask valet to validate for you!

Yelp
First time at Le Âme at the Global ambassador, i had a lovely time. You do need a reservation because it is busy. We were seated immediately as we got into the restaurant. I liked how I got a remind/confirmation for my reservation two days prior to the reservation time. For our appetizers we got the pork belly dumpling, and the truffled Brie baguette. I really enjoyed the baguette, something about a Brie cheese in a warm baguette makes me so happy. The pork belly dumplings wasn't anything to rave, I didn't think the pork belly was seasoned enough. For one main, my friend got the steak with all the fixings on top. I opted for the Ora king salmon. She liked her steak and I thought the salmon was decent. What I really enjoyed were the roasted sweet potatoes. I liked how unique this side was. It had the sweet and spicy because of the hot honey, and the pomegranate was an interesting touch. For my drink I got the flowers for the samurai. It was a great selection because it wasn't really refreshing without being too sweet. My friend loved how she could get two pours out of her wine order. She always says, I order wine because the taste will always be the same. I have to say their service is great. Our waiter was really attentive. We didn't have to wait a long time for our food to be served. They take all orders at once so it comes out at a decent pace. I also liked that they validate parking for the garage.

Yelp
Decided to give this place a shot for their prix fixe New Year's Eve dinner, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the hype--or the $175 price tag. Starting with the good: the short rib, onion dip, shrimp and tuna were decent. The service was friendly, though noticeably rushed, likely due to the high turnover for the evening. That said, the rest of the meal fell short. The sides and desserts felt so uninspired that I honestly wondered if I'd stumbled into Applebee's by mistake. The Dover sole was so small I think they fished it out of a puddle, not the sea, tasted fine. The wine pairing was an interesting add on, but a different option wasn't recommended or provided when feedback was given on not liking a specific wine. The overall vibe was less "fine dining experience" and more "get 'em in, get 'em out." Everything seemed pre-made and designed for speed rather than quality, which left me wondering if this was just a cash grab for NYE.

Yelp
Le Ame is an excellent steakhouse with a French flair. We had the Pork Belly Dumplings for an appetizer, followed by the Filet Au Poivre and Crème Brûlée to finish. All three were delicious. I would order them all again. I also saw many other items I would like to try! The service was impeccable. And the ambulance gives a dimly, sexy lit experience. Very romantic!

Yelp
Stunning restaurant inside of Global Ambassador Hotel! This will be a great place for celebrations, date night, friends hangout, or just a nice dinner out. I have been here for dinner and brunch. I am very impressed with their dinner menu, though it is on the pricey side, but the food is delicious! For dinner my favorite is the Loup De Mar. The Branzino was cooked to perfection. It was moist and seasoned well. The second favorite was the Steak Frites. Steak was juicy and flavorful. Though I came for brunch and the steak from the Steak Frites was smaller in portion, so not sure if it's the brunch menu or the piece that we got during brunch. Lots of great apps to share! Service was phenomenal! Every time we have been here the service has been great!

Yelp
What a gorgeous elevated space! We made reservations for my girlfriend's birthday dinner here and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. We had a beautiful table right next to the kitchen that you can see all the way through which is just my favorite type of set up. We started with a panel of excellent cocktails and specialty shots. Our server was extremely quick and attentive in our food came out faster than we could've ever imagined. We all shared some light bites with the lamb eggrolls being my favorite. The crème brûlée for dessert was one of the best we have seriously ever had. We actually struggled to leave because the ambience and the environment was so much fun. Definitely highly recommend him will be back!

Yelp
My sister and I really enjoyed our evening here! We got the French onion soup, layonnaise salad, ravioli and bolognese. The ravioli salad and soup were amazing!! I've never had such incredible ravioli in my life. I'll definitely be ordering it again. I didn't enjoy the bolognese as much as I wish I did- it was too al dente and very mushy but the flavor was decent. But regardless the service and ambiance were lovely and that ravioli and salad got the 5 stars for me! I'd come back for sure :) I wish I remembered our waitress name- I believe she was French. She was very sweet!

Yelp
I came here for my birthday brunch with my girlfriends! I've only been to the lobby bar which was a great experience as well. This is the perfect brunch spot to go with friends, family, or your significant other. Riley was our server and he was amazing, so helpful and gave us great recommendations on food and drinks! I tried the sparkling brut rose and a margarita and my friends got the portofino spritz, espresso martini, and Phoenix seventy-five. All were amazing drinks! We started with the cinnamon roll, chocolate croissant, and coffee cake muffin. All yummy treats and great to share with a group. I got the American breakfast and shared the French dip with my friend. All of my friends said their meals were great too. At the end of our meal they brought out a little birthday dessert which was super sweet! Definitely will be back for brunch again and dinner sometime too!

Yelp
The service was so nice and fast! They have indoor and outdoor seating. You feel like you are in Europe if you don't look out to the parking lot of range rovers. I only had a cinnamon roll and the skin smoothie but I would definitely come here for a cute brunch. * you can park in the garage and have it validated so no need to valet the car

Yelp
We visited Le Ame twice in 2024--once for our 6th anniversary in July, which was amazing, and again in November for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, the second visit wasn't as great. We ordered the Bone-In Ribeye Dry Aged ($89), but it was tough. The manager kindly replaced it, so we tried the Wagyu Rib Cap ($155). While tender, it was overly salty. A third attempt came out bland, and after nearly two hours, we decided to settle and focus on celebrating. The general manager was very accommodating and comped the steak, which we appreciated. Other dishes, like the King Crab Bucatini, Truffle Roasted Chicken, and Short Rib Bourguignon, were outstanding and made the meal memorable. As a Michelin Key Hotel Restaurant, Le Ame excels in many ways, but consistency with steaks needs improvement. If you go, we recommend the non-steak dishes. One small note: Le Ame offers a feature where you can upload a photo and celebration details when making a reservation. This is meant to personalize your experience, but it didn't happen for us. While this is minor, it's something to keep in mind if you're expecting that extra touch.

Yelp
I came here for my birthday dinner and loved the experience! The hotel is such a nice vibe and it's a fun place for a nice dinner or just some cocktails and apps. The restaurant is downstairs in the Global Ambassador and there is a bar in the lobby so it can be pretty noisy but overall the service was good and the food was very good quality and portions for the price.

Yelp
This place was DELICIOUS and is so beautiful inside. We came on a Friday night and made a reservation ahead of time. I absolutely love the decorations and detail this restaurant has. We started off with a delicious espresso martini, but added baileys as it doesn't come with it. We also got the truffle frites, which were great, but make sure to eat them while they're hot. The pork belly pot stickers were great also, it was just a small portion though. The Tuna Ponzu was also very good with a little spicy kick. The service here was great, and our favorite was ending the night with the delicious Toffee cake! Cant wait to try more from this place, they had plenty of good options to choose from on the menu. It was a little confusing to find where to park when we first got there and I just ended up parking in the nearest parking garage and they were able to validate it.

Yelp
Amazing food and ambiance. The service was very accommodating and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better evening.

Yelp
Service, ambiance, food - everything was amazing. They even have a sommelier that will come to your table - we told her our budget and chatted and she was amazing with no pressure to buy something expensive. 10/10 recommend

Yelp
Top service restaurants with good food and descent prices. The order: French ham Benedict Prime rib dip sandwich The good: Most of our table's food looked great. The cappuccino smelt good. Certain dishes are priced well. The restaurant is in a fancier hotel with nice views. The bad: not much, but we chose to sit outside during late summer, and it was blazing. $6 machine espresso is a way overpriced. Our friend's steak frites came out overcooked and was extra small. Not worth it at all.

Yelp
I was very surprised and impressed that my BF knew about this fancy, romantic & elegant restaurant inside the Global Ambassador Hotel. Perfect for a special occasion like birthdays, anniversary, or if you just want to impress someone special. Le Ame is connected to the bar area/lobby, it's a little confusing if you've never been there as there are absolutely no signs. You just have to walk in further and check in at the hostess desk that is wearing a red dress. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and pleasant but he did not check up on us at all. After ordering drinks which was a good 15 minutes, I had to ask if we can order our food. He kinda put me in a bad mood with his poor service. Food was absolutely divine! Must must try the appetizer truffled brie baguette! It was warm, gooey, savory, and the perfect amount of sweetness. Still dreaming about it! We ordered our mains from the grill menu. I ordered the filet mignon medium rare which was perfectly cooked and tender that it melted in my mouth. The truffle butter was the icing on the steak. My BF ordered the 20 oz bone in ribeye, not sure if it was worth $89. We also shared the grilled asparagus, it was okay for $16, but the truffle twice baked potato was drool worthy. The potato had so many layers of flavor, I just couldn't stop eating it. Mac & cheese was made with cheddar, Gruyère, and Parmesan which was flavor-town! Butter garlic noodles were insanely good, I just like my noodles a little on the softer side. Waiting for another special occasion and would love to try their French inspired entrees.

Yelp
Such an amazing dining experience at a beautiful venue! The food here was delicious, great service, and overall a wonderful dinner. There was live music playing in the hotel lobby, and a terrace bar in the same building with great views. Highly recommend the truffled Brie baguette appetizer.
google avatar

Courtney A.

Yelp
The food was good. I enjoyed the salmon and steak the most. The Mac and cheese was okay. I liked my Aperol drink. The brussel sprouts were also delicious.
google avatar

Natasha A.

Yelp
Made a reservation 1 month in advance. It was so loud and crowded that we couldn't hear the live music, and we were seated near them. Yikes. It was a $100+ per person so be prepared. At this price point I expected better food. It was still decent. We had the Filet Mignon, Loup De Mer (Branzino), Duck Spring Rolls, Truffled Brie Baguette, Escargot, Mac & Cheese Gratin, Button Mushrooms, and Whipped Mashed Potatoes. For drinks we had the Sazerac, and Pineapple Daiquiri. For dessert we had the Crème Brûlée, and Basque Cake with strawberry ice cream. The birthday boy was given a complimentary birthday dessert. It is inside of the hotel, The Global Ambassador. There is valet. Not very excited about the high top seating for our reservation. Especially since it was a celebration. Service was friendly, but slammed on a Friday. They definitely need more staff. If you are looking for a great birthday spot I recommend Ocean 44, Dominick's, or Steak 44.

Yelp
Tucked away inside the luxurious Global ambassador hotel, Le Âme cafe offers an exquisite retreat for sure. My recent visit to this charming cafe was a delightful experience , marked by an ambience of sophistication and a menu that caters to the most discerning palates.I had turmeric latte which was perfectly brewed and was so comforting for a chilly winter morning and the butter croissant was perfectly baked and very flavorful. Would definitely come back for a proper brunch!!

Yelp
Had reservations here on 11/30 for my birthday dinner. The ambience is great, the outdoor patio is also really nice. I'll def be back for drinks out there. There was no wait for our table which was nice, all of our food was delish, they even brought me a little birthday treat! I had the Ora King Salmon, it was delish! Overall it was great, my only complaint is that I definitely felt like they rushed us. Like to the point we went to sit on the patio because we didn't feel like we had enough time to just hang out a bit and chat. But regardless, I'll be back.
google avatar

Kristy W.

Yelp
The ambience is amazing here! The food is meh. We ordered shrimp cocktail which was just standard not amazing. The French onion soup was the best thing we had. We also both got steaks. I always request A1 which they didn't have but said their steak sauce tasted just like A1. It definitely did not. We are more fans of Mastros steakhouse so won't be back here unless we are just looking for a drink at the bar.

Yelp
Came here for brunch on a Sunday morning. The restaurant is located inside the Global Ambassador hotel. Beautifully decorated, it has that fancy and elegant feel to it. The service was excellent too and got a party of 3 seated pretty quickly without reservations. We were impressed by the food here. I ordered the omelette and my husband got the Oscar Benedict which comes with crab. We also ordered the pancrepes for the table which was a nice sweet treat. I thought the omelette was cooked perfectly. My husband loved the Benedict. After, we stopped by the rooftop which is another restaurant / bar called Thea. So pretty! I would come back for sure!

Yelp
Wow! I was already blown away by this place before I even stepped foot into the door. Situated inside the Global Ambassador Hotel, the exterior of this establishment is giving upscale European vibes. Make your way thru the entrance of the hotel, and you've found yourself inside the bustling & elegantly decorated lobby. Just to the left, you'll see the Le Market- which is a casual Parisian inspired cafe offering pastries, drinks & small lunches. Now to the restaurant! We came during lunch without reservations & it was busy, but were quickly seated by the friendly hostess. Our server was amazing and gave us a menu rundown as it was our first time. I opted for the Prime Rib French Dip and my cousin had the Roasted Chicken Dip. I also had the espresso martini to pair with my lunch. Prime Rib French Dip: I've had many French dips in my life, and certainly without a doubt was the best I've EVER had. The meat was incredibly juicy & tender, the bread was baked golden to perfection & the au jus was great. The fries were also hot & crispy. I asked for ranch to dip my fries and OH.MY.GOSH. This ranch was incredibly delicious, definitely another best. Espresso Martini: This was STRONG. It was incredibly overpowering I could barely drink it..had I did, I don't think I could've walked out of the place! Roasted Chicken Dip: Didn't try it, but they loved it & it looked delicious! We had a wonderful experience here and can't wait to come back & give it a try for dinner.

Yelp
My husband had a milestone birthday over the weekend, so we decided to celebrate at Le Âme located inside The Global Ambassador Hotel. I made a reservation for Friday night at 7:30 pm a few weeks prior. I contacted the hotel number listed on Google on our way to the restaurant and spoke with an ambassador at The Global Ambassador Hotel to let them know we were running 15 minutes late. They kindly accommodated our delay, moving our reservation to 8:00 pm, which worked perfectly. We took an Uber that dropped us off at the entrance. There's valet and garage parking available, though. The hotel was bustling. We walked straight up to the the restaurant hostess stand and let them know we had a reservation. They informed us that they were running 10-15 minutes behind schedule and suggested enjoying a drink at either the restaurant's bar or the Lobby Bar while waiting. Unfortunately, both bars were crowded, and we couldn't place an order. Thankfully, we received a text shortly after notifying us that our table was ready. We were seated by the front windows, tucked in a corner, which I was thankful for since the lobby was loud. I made a note in the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and the first thing our wonderful server, Sabrea (if I remember correctly) did was wish my husband a happy birthday. We ordered the following: Espresso Martini $19 Au Poivre Martini $21 Half Dozen Oysters $24 Truffle Frites $16 Cacio E Pepe Caesar $17 New York Strip (12 oz) $69 Loup De Mer $44 Grilled Asparagus $16 Butter Whipped Potato $16 La Grande Creme Brulee $20 Oh my goodness. The experience exceeded our expectations. Every item was exceptional, from the cocktails to the oysters, truffle fries, salad, entrees, and sides. The NY Strip was cooked to perfection, and even as a non-meat eater, I couldn't resist stealing a few bites. The sides were equally delicious, and we ended with a decadent creme brulee and complimentary birthday profiteroles. The portions were generous, especially the creme brulee. We had leftovers of the steak, whipped potato, and fries to enjoy later. Service was on point. Several staff members checked on us numerous times. Their attention to detail was impressive. Our time at Le Âme was truly magical. We couldn't stop talking about it all weekend!

Yelp
Soooooo.... It was underwhelming. First, our reservation was at 8:30 and we weren't sat until around 8:50. Then we got the table closer to the kitchen which felt like a filler table that was added last minute. And I'm talking 2 steps away from the kitchen, every server walking by our table to get to the kitchen. Oddly close to the cooks. Next, the food was absolute mid. I got the king crab bucatini and the description the serve gave sounded so good but in reality it was under seasoned, bland, and $68 for less than a 1/4 cup of crab. I was very disappointed. My friend got the truffle roasted chicken, which was salty (nice crisp on the skin) and the potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. My other friends enjoyed their Mac and cheese and the short rib. Drinks were good (thank god)! Overall, it was an experience and I almost feel bad for being the one to suggest it for the night. Will not be going back but maybe we just ordered the wrong things (should've gotten steak).

Yelp
I would say the service and ambiance is what gives this place a solid 4 stars. Food was great, but I'm not sure if I could justify some of the dishes for the price. For a party of 4, we ordered: - Truffle fries - Sweet potatoes - Tuna carpaccio - King crab bucatini - Cacio e pepper salad Our server was very knowledgeable and provided dish suggestions in addition to drink pairings. I will say though, I had the mini dirty martini and it was the cleanest and most refreshing martini I've had to date.

Yelp
I WILL RETURN FOR GILBERT ALONE! We were in town visiting friends and they recommended this restaurant. It was a Sunday night, so I wasn't expecting it to be busy but boy was I wrong. The place was quite busy, but our server Gilbert made sure to give us a very personalized experience. He recommended some amazing wines and I absolutely loved them all. The way he helped us course and split our meal was professional and innovative. He really went above and beyond to make us feel special on our Sunday night in Phoenix. The food was excellent. I truly believe it was the best French Onion Soup I have had and I've tried a few in Paris. The bread appetizer was a MUST HAVE. I will dock Gilbert because he only described the bread as his favorite starter, when he should have described it as ooey gooey warm deliciousness. If you don't have Gilbert as your server, I definitely think you'll still have an amazing experience. The restaurant was intimate without being stuffy and buzzy without being too loud. I really enjoyed my time and will definitely be returning when I am back in town.

Yelp
Le Âme Parisian Steakhouse was an absolute surprise. Not knowing what to expect, I was delighted to find that this place serves authentic French fare and takes it seriously. The food was excellent, extremely fresh, and cooked with a lot of attention to detail, arriving exactly as I ordered it. While they don't indulge in wild, crazy culinary experiments, what they do, they do exceptionally well. The ambiance was another pleasant surprise. The setting is very romantic, dark, and dreamy, creating a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It's perfect for a special night out. From the wait staff to management, the service was top-notch, especially compared to other dining options in the Phoenix area. This place comes highly recommended to me, and I will certainly be coming back to try other items on the menu. Hope to see you there!

Yelp
There are not many places in PHX that have an ambiance like Le Ame and the Global Ambassador. Phoenicians are known for always looking for the new hot spot in town, flocking from one trendy restaurant to the next, but I'd argue Le Ame is timeless and will unequivocally be a staple in the valley for years to come. Our evening started with a home run. The tuna carpaccio, in my opinion, is the best thing I've had at Le Ame (two meals). Light, delicate, fresh, this dish had it all. We also tried the French onion soup. I found it to be a little on the salty side, but my lady disagreed and loved it, so clearly subjective. For my main course I ordered a filet, it was perfectly cooked, medium rare, and had a 5 star flavour. The truffle butter was a nice addition as well. For our sides, we shared the sweet potato and Brussel sprouts (which was technically an app). The sweet potato was another highlight of the night. The hot honey and pomegranates in the sweet potato dish enhanced its natural sweetness x 10. An amazing side that I'd order again. I found the brussel sprouts to be decent, but it definitely got overshadowed by the sweet potato's. Profiteroles for dessert. The perfect amount for 2. My review would be incomplete without giving a shoutout to the entire team at Le Ame. They truly went above and beyond and created a memorable night. Gilbert, our server was awesome- funny, personable, attentive. He was great. Thank you again Le Ame. See you soon.

Yelp
We had lunch here recently and the food was good. So was the service and the ambiance. It's busy and bustling at lunch. I have two suggestions: 1. Use a steak knife that doesn't slide off the plate when it balances it on the edge of the plate. This kept happening and it was very frustrating and messy. 2. Check the glassware. One guest at our table was served water in a glass with a chip on the rim where one would place one's lips.

Yelp
First time coming here and our experience was just ok. Service was good. Food was just ok. We had the French onion soup. Shrimp cocktail. Mussels and pasta. Soup was excellent but everything else was a little bland. Beautiful place though

Yelp
Le Ame Parisian Steakhouse Offers outside dining along with private rooms. Onion Dip with chips was recommended by our waiter, skip the dip, save your $16 and go to Safeway for the chip and dip and save $10+ or choose another appetizer. Come on people there is just not a single special thing about this. 20 oz Bone in Ribeye 28 day dry aged was tasty, but the thing that stood out about this was the fabulous button mushrooms. Cut of beefwas very nice. Loup de Mer Branzino Lemon Supreme, Brown Butter Sauce was a winner delicious fish just cooked and prepared very well. Highly recommended entree. Grilled Asparagus was a great compliment to the main entree Button Mushrooms was one of the best mushrooms that i could remember Highly recommend this side. Chris was our waiter, he was very good e except recommending the chip and dip

Yelp
It was a beautiful brunch this morning with good friends, great service, and incredible food! I made reservations for 6, and we were seated in a booth near the kitchen. The entire space was decorated amazingly chic; intimate and romantic! Our service was thorough and gave fantastic recommendations for our brunch. We started with the Pancrepe, which he split amongst our table, even cutting a small slice for my little one. That was amazing! I would not share again because I am selfish. Our table ordered various dishes: bagel and lox, croque madam (house specialty, as it should be!), French omelet, quiche florentine, French ham benedict, and a chocolate croissant. There were resounding MMMs and OOhs so it's safe to say our friends enjoyed their dishes. My husband and I really loved the quiche florentine - the crust was flakey and buttery. His benedict was perfectly poached and the hollandaise was rich! I also loved the chocolate had so much chocolate inside! I loved it and should have ordered my cappuccino with it. We had an amazing dining experience, and we hope to visit again! Merci, Le Ame!

Yelp
A beautiful experience. I do want to preface I went for brunch, so I cannot speak on the dinner menu. The restaurant has a front of house little market for more on the go and fast dining, but also an actual sit down dining experience further back. It's nestled around a beautiful, luxury hotel. There is also indoor and outdoor seating, and they take reservations. My friend and I each got iced vanilla spice lattes that were delicious. We also each got the croque madame. The flavors were on point and you can tell that they put care into their presentation and taste of their food. The service and staff were superior and so friendly. I'll be back to dine in as well as to go.

Yelp
First time I had brunch here it was not that outstanding as the onion soup was super salty and the dishes was mediocre for the price. Their service was also not the best as the server didn't seem to know the menu. However, the second time here I came for dinner it exceeded my expectations as the food was so good and filet mignon was so tender. Their dishes were also more on the unique side which I liked. The server was also very attentive even though it was very busy that night.

Yelp
Maybe the best French restaurant in the valley. Attached directly to the lobby in the Global Ambassador (which always has an amazing band playing on the weekend). The restaurant is wonderfully decorated and the food is a nice variety of classic. It modern French dishes. We loved the tuna carpaccio they had as a shareable plate. The baked Brie bread was a rich treat and I loved the classic bolognese pasta. But the hero was our server Jordan who made it special for a birthday and an engagement celebration. They brought out champagne and a dessert to really make us feel special. Additional shoutout to George who was flying around the room taking dishes, clearing the table replacing everyone's drinks. Honestly the staff was top knotch!

Yelp
This year to celebrate my birthday and my girlfriend's birthday, we went to dinner at Le Âme a French steakhouse inside of The Global Ambassador with a few close family and friends. The Global Ambassador is stunning and gives off a high end, and sociable atmosphere from the moment you enter. The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully and ran very well. I love the open kitchen concept that Le Âme has! Our server was helpful and suggested great drinks/dishes. The king crab bucatini was by far my favorite dish. The large chunks of king crab, al dente pasta, and garlicky sauce all paired perfectly. The Waygu Bolognese was also to die for and had a unique taste to the tender waygu. I loved the Filet Mignon and could eat a filet everyday if the meat melted in my mouth as that did. My favorite appetizer were the mussels which were served in the best boullion that I have had. I can't wait to go back to Le Âme again!

Yelp
My family and I recently celebrated a few birthday's for Sunday brunch at Le Ame's. The place was very much lively with an open kitchen concept. Very attentive and friendly staff, lively ambiance and plenty of breakfast options to choose from. Le Ame is located within a hotel and parking valet is available. The Croque Madame was PHENOMENAL! The gruyere cheese was very prominent but played well with the other flavors in the sandwich. I'd drive in from California just to have another bite of this item. SO GOOD! Overall lovely time at this amazing restaurant.

Yelp
Celebrating a birthday. Really great atmosphere. Patio seating, as fairly loud inside. Great service. Expensive but not crazy. Paying for quality, service, and ambience. Everything was delicious. Some vegetarian options. Not vegan friendly, but they accommodated. Fun to walk the grounds. Party vibe at Thea, the 6th floor restaurant that overlooks the city. This establishment is a gift. A really fun place to go when you want to get dressed up and have a nice night out.

Yelp
Le Wow. What a special and exceptional experience from beginning to end. This elegant and beautifully designed French-inspired steakhouse located on the lobby level/first floor of the Global Ambassador hotel is a gift to Phoenix. The dinner menu has all the classic steakhouse offerings, but next level... and perfectly executed. There is something for everyone on this unpretentious menu -- from appetizers to desserts, every option speaks to me. In addition to the highest quality beef, our favorite dishes/sides include the cheese ravioli, potato chips and dip (SO GOOD AND FUN), mashed potatoes, and allll the desserts. Shout out to the profiteroles with ice cream and the generous, luxurious crème brûlée. This is the perfect place for date night, celebrations, business meals, girl's night, special family dinner...basically for any and every reason you want that 'wow' experience, this is it. Service is professional and unobtrusive. What's more impressive is that all dishes came out timely, piping hot, AND accurate- a seemingly impossible feat these days. Just wow.

Yelp
Food was wonderful and our server, Stephanie was amazing, anticipated our needs and made the evening special.
