Not too much to see if you're aiming to learn about Picasso and artist friends except a memorial facade, but Montmartre is still a nice area to be in.

Picasso at the age of 23 moved here,to the famous Bateau-Lavoir where he found a whole community of artists and bohemian life.It is in this ice cold winter workshop and stifling summer that Picasso will paint the 'Demoiselles d'Avignon'.He moved away 2 years for the Bld workshop in Clichy but returned very quickly im 1911.

I love to walk in Montmartre. Nice to see where Pablo Picasso had his atelier.
