Cute boutique hotel that has a great breakfast and patio area for socializing. The rooms are small but very functional with beverages/snacks in the fridge as well as coffee in the room. There's 2 buildings, so the back one is off the street for those who wanted to request more isolation. The customer service was excellent as they were very polite & helpful. There's a small bar in the lobby that's open until 10pm. They offered to bring our luggage up and note that the elevator is small (we often just walked the stairs down for convenience). There's a nice breakfast buffet that has plenty of options. It was the first time that I ever saw an elevator stop at a landing so when you exited you had to climb a few stairs to go up to 4th floor or down a few to get to the 3rd floor. But otherwise, it's a great hotel option for adults/couples.

As a loyal Diamond member, this was one of the worst hotel and staff I’ve experienced. The Air Conditioning was broken, although the staff made up stories my room’s AC was fixed the next day, which was absolutely not true. They gave us a fan and said “we’re hot too”. The windows would barely open, and the rooms were 86 degrees + inside. I was concerned my children would not be able to sleep or cool down. The lobby was so hot. They kept the doors open, therefore, flies and bugs all over breakfast food. The staff did nothing to assist and just made up constant, irrelevant excuses for the broken AC. We paid over $330 euros per night. They should refund all people for not having proper accommodations to deal with heat waves in the summer or they should find a different hotel for guests who cannot withstand 86-90 degree hotel rooms with no air.

My friend and I stayed there last week. My room air did not work so the next day they moved me to a different room. This room was smaller than the first and the air did work but it was “fixed” to not go below a certain temp and it was still so hot. The hotel staff were super nice and accommodating but the hotel needs a redo and at the very least working air conditioning. Would not recommend to stay here especially in summer.

The Belgrand does not have working air conditioning. From the reviews it has not worked in a long time. It was down to the 50’s at night in Paris and cool, the AC still did not work. I can’t imagine what it would be like during hot weather. We were moved to a room in the cooler part of the hotel, but the AC vent did not produce enough air flow to cool either room. The hotel should close and not accept reservations until it is replaced. They tell the guests staying at hotel it is being repaired, but from all the reviews telling they were told the same “story” that cannot actually be the case. Also, there are portable AC units readily available to allow cool rooms(venting out the window) but the hotel provides no real solution other than conditions that cause the guests to suffer. The staff tried their best, but should simply tell the truth to the guests, the hotel does not have working AC. Guests should be warned in advance in the email they send to you when you book and it should be disclosed on the website that the hotel does not have working AC. All guests who have suffered through the heat should be offered some compensation. Our room was at 27°C/80°F on the thermostat. On a positive note the hotel is conveniently located near many sites and the Metro and Bus for further destinations. I have no complaints about the size of the rooms, it is as expected and I have had as small rooms in better hotels in France.

What nice people! Everyone here was tops…the staff was expertly trained, gave helpful tips, and always lent a helping hand. This hotel is a 15 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and about a 40-min to the Eiffel Tower. Though the room is small, it’s very workable. Breakfast is good, not as enormous as at some hotels, but is a good value, with hot and cold food. The heating worked well, and the rooms were spotless. And the beds are very comfortable for a great night’s sleep. It’s a convenient spot, so I would gladly stay here again.

Loved the location, we were so close to most everything we were doing on this trip. The hotel is a very cute boutique and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. It has a cute little courtyard and it was very relaxing sitting outside listening to the Birds and just enjoying the day(and our 🍷 wine!) there is a laundry mat, a pharmacy, a few bakeries and several nice little restaurants all on the same street, it was a nice break from walking all day sightseeing to only having to walk a few steps to get everything we needed. The rooms are cute and comfortable but a little on the smaller side, but everything was clean and in good working order and I can't say enough about the staff and how well they take care of you.

Excellent location! Excellent Hilton breakfast! Excellent Hilton customer service! Elegant and comfortable room! No better Paris location, in fact, if what you want is a boutique hotel, in a convenient neighborhood setting, surrounded by excellent restaurants, and 10-minute stroll to either Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysses or the Eiffel Tower. If you like to walk and explore, and want a really special Paris basecamp, this is a go-to hotel with loads of charm and authentic French architecture, ambience, and quirkiness. This is NOT the right hotel for anyone who expects a spacious room with easily accessible shower and bathroom! Nor anyone who cannot haul luggage up a flight of stairs or two. Or anyone with severe mobility challenges or who is really big framed. The rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are bizarrely configured, with shower stalls that require the dexterity of a Cirque de Soleil gymnast! We met an elderly lady who was so floored by her itty bitty shower, she took us to her room to demonstrate how impossible it was to enter the shower, close the door, and simply turn on the water. She had a great attitude though! She and her daughter were laughing about it, and we commiserated. If you're a Hilton snob or a complainer, don't go near this hotel. If you want a special little place, with a calming inner courtyard, staff that will remember your name and help you with whatever you need and fix you a cocktail or coffee (or three!), this Hilton hotel hits the mark. I loved the experience and will return. I was on a business trip, with a weekend before of tourism. It suited me perfectly and I will go back with my family!

The hotel is clean but tiny. The staff is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about Isabella. She was really helpful to me and my wife - with a smile. But all the staff were outstanding. The rooms are very very small. So if you are clusterphobic, this hotel is not for you.
