The best lunch we had in Versailles! This restaurant truly deserves its Michelin Guide recognition. The menu is simple, clear, and thoughtfully curated. I highly recommend the veal, cod fish, and white asparagus—all beautifully prepared and full of flavor. For dessert, the apple and orange sorbet is a refreshing and elegant finish. An outstanding dining experience from start to finish.
