This was one of the highlight finds of our recent trip to Virginia. This hidden gem is a very authentic Vietnamese spot serving dishes that are not always easily found. The spot has a menu dedicated to various kinds of Banh Mi sandwiches (they also have a great breakfast sandwich selection) which are great, but if you look a little further, they have a nice selection of noodle dishes such as Bun Rieu (crab noodle soup in a tomato based broth) or Bun Bo Hue, a spicy porky based noodle soup. Of course the Pho was excellent as well. There is a nice selection of smoothies ( Try the Avocado smoothie) and fruity Jasmine teas. There is also a selection of baked goods that can be enjoyed at home. Try the steamed cake. Authentic and delicious. The parking lot is spacious and the place is clean and roomy. Service is great and kid friendly. We were glad we stopped in!

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience for me. I ordered the pho, but the soup was extremely salty and heavily spiced — so much so that I couldn’t finish it. I’m a big fan of pho and have had it many times, so I know how it should taste, and this just wasn’t it. On a positive note, the lady at the counter was kind and handed me my order with care, which I appreciated. Still, the flavor just didn’t work for me, and I won’t be coming back.

My friends and I go to Le Bledo all the time for Vietnamese food (I particularly love their banh mi, banh hoi, and smoothies, but you can’t go wrong with anything here). We recently ordered catering for 60-70 people, and it was an amazing assortment of delicious food.. so good that in less than 30 minutes, the food was all gone! Really appreciate the fair pricing and easy delivery too. Thank you to the Le Bledo team for a wonderful Sunday afternoon! 🙌😋🤤

Outstanding. My first time have Bò Né and it was dynamite! It’s like a Vietnamese fajita and known as “dodging beef” because of the butter and steak served on a hot skillet. My wife got the oxtail pho. The broth was great but the oxtails were tougher than she likes. I explained that Vietnamese people like their meat a bit chewier. We also tried the bacon, egg, and cheese Banh Mi. Outstanding. We will be back soon to try the Bun Bo Hue and Mi Quang. Run here. Don’t walk.

20250618 the Ribeye with egg was good but too much sodium, left me with an after taste for a long time. 20250326 Their herbal dessert is bigger than I remember and it's delicious!! The Pork Belly sandwich was soooo good, with plenty of meat. Egg rolls are petite size but amazing. The sesame balls were not freshly fried, tasted better when fresh. 20230721 large spicy beef and pork tendon noodles is good - generous amount of meat. Found a hair in the sauce that came with the noodles. The Vietnamese empanadas are delicious but a bit expensive for a small one. The herbal dessert is delicious!! Much better than the first time I tried it. This time it's sweet, first time was sour. Service is consistently great. 20230609 It has been over a year since I have eaten here. I decided to give it a try and my experience today was better. The young man working at the register was very welcoming and friendly. I had the pork belly banh mi and it was pretty good. The pork belly was a little bit too wet and fatty. The shrimp summer rolls were good and so were the other items I bought. The egg rolls were a little different. I baked them at home to heat them up. The wrap was crispy which I love. Between the crispy layer and the meat was a very dense layer of egg roll wrap, hard to chew. 2022 I try to support small businesses. I met a friend here for a late lunch/early dinner. He got a sandwich, that he said was good. I got the pho with brisket and tendon. The pho was good but the broth is a bit too salty and has a unique flavor that is very different than the broth at other Pho restaurants. I tried 1 of the desserts and it was supposed to be sweet, but for some reasons, it was a little sour, and I don't like sour stuff. I bought some items to take home. The pork and shrimp in a clear dumplings wrapped in banana leaves are interesting. Strange looking. It's good when eaten with the slight spicy sauce they came with. Otherwise, they are OK. I like the green treat with coconut and peanut filling, but the green dough is OK and not sweet. It would be better if it is a little bit sweeter and softer. The pyramid rice thing with pork and mushroom filling is good. The rice reminds me of thick congee, and the filling could use a little bit of salt. I ate it with the Chinese red hot pepper oil. Much better.

Very authentic dekicious Vietnamese food. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

This is a hidden gem, and I’m very glad it’s away from Eden because it’s easy to get to and park. You order at the counter, they bring your food to your table, and you put away your own dishes and trash when you’re done. We ordered the bo kho and bun mang vit and both were delicious. The beef in the bo kho was so tender and melted in your mouth. The ready made Viet items were great too. My favorite was the Xoi Man and Banh Bot Loc. Reasonable prices, delicious food, and good service.

Just so you know, this place is a mixture between a bakery and a restaurant. The service was incredible. The man working at the counter answered all our questions and offered great recommendations. And the food is absolutely amazing. I had the barbecue pork bahn mi, which had a generous amount of pork and juicy toppings that complemented it well. The vegetarian pho was tasty, with a great amount of aromatics giving it a nice depth of flavor. The "pork dumpling" (I can't remember the name now, but it is a triangle wrapped in a banana leaf) was nice and savory (and actually tasted similar to a Mexican tamal). But the sponge cake (made in house, like all their breads/pastries) was absolutely to die for. The texture was addicting and it wasn't too sweet. It was honestly one of the best desserts I've ever had. The Thai tea, however, was too sweet for me. Still, considering everything else was amazing, I was very impressed. This place is truly a gem!

Yelp
What a surprise on our way back to NYC I was craving for hot soup and found this place. Definitely Very authentic and love their bakery section. Bought a whole pandan cake for $20 which was a steal Compared to $4 a slice. The ban bo hue was flavorful with a slight kick. Banh mi is delicious. Water self serve. Vietnamese coffee was flavorful. Lots of local comes here and definitely recommend. The waiter was nice and patient with us.

Yelp
I was in the area to drop off a package for UPS but I noticed this shop right next door and wanted to stop by to get a drink. It was hot outside so I thought to myself, lets get some Bubble Tea or so. Inside, there's lots of room to sit down and a small section of Vietnamese food to take home plus along side snacks. Le Bledo is a family owned restaurant that features a diverse option of Vietnamese food. If I were to dine in here, I'd probably get the Pick 2 Menu as you get Pho + Banh Mi. That's a pretty good deal if you are hungry. Unfortunately, I just got bubble tea here so I can't say much other than that the person at the counter was nice to me and he made my drink without any issues. I just got a lychee drink with rainbow jelly. It was sweet, cold, refreshing and did the job just right. I'll have to come back to try their food. Locally owned stores deserve the love too!

Yelp
Local family operated restaurant in Springfield focuses on pho and banh mi! I ordered the pork belly one and the chicken banh mi to compare the quality of the ingredients. I did notice that they mislabeled one of my sandwiches and received the cold cuts banh mi instead of the chicken banh mi which I was a little bit disappointed about but the sandwich was good. I also got their iced viet coffee with lychee jelly and my goodness was the coffee strong cause it had me up for hours! The use of ingredients from the bread to the vegetables and garnish are definitely high quality. What I admired about the location is the passion I saw from the family to make sure they gave to each customer even though they were a bit backlogged when I was waiting for the food. Ambiance wise they have plenty of tables for you to seat down and enjoy your meal. This is new to me but they have shelves along the counter with what I assume are Vietnamese pastries, definitely will do some research and try some next time. They have a bit to work on the logistics and the layout in the restaurant for better flow behind the counter but I look forward to returning to try other offerings on their menu.

Yelp
The restaurant is very cute and calm. It's giving cozy cafe. Service was good I asked the cashier which bahn mi was best and he said the classic one but the pork belly is softer, so I got it. The pho was alright for how small it is, the flavor was there but not the best. The bahn mi was fresh and tasty.

Yelp
Love the menu, especially their "You Pick 2" option with a Banh- Mi sandwich and bowl of Pho. They also have tons of reshly made, ready to go bites including bao buns and sesame balls (my favorite). The pho broth was delicious, but they only put like 4 slices of meat in my large soup. Had they put at least the normal amount of meat, everything would have been perfect. Tastewise, everything was great so I'm willing to give this spot another chance.

Yelp
Been coming here for a long time and everything is always so consistent. Staff is friendly and helpful to menu/food questions. The banh mi bread is perfect and all the different sandwiches I've tried so far have been good! My favorites being meatball and combo! Don't forget to try their Vietnamese iced coffee or Thai Iced Tea! Both are excellent!

Yelp
Came here after seeing a post on social media highlighting the variety of options here. It's like DC banh mi except Le Bledo also serves pho and has seating. I tried the banh mi on two occasions and they were both consistent. However, both times I think that they were too salty. The pickled veggies in the sandwich were refreshing. I tried their pho and the broth was also heavily seasoned. There is some construction going on outside right now so the parking lot can get crammed. They also have mobile ordering and a lot of people to take out. When dining in, you order with the staff and they'll bring out your food to your table. There are some mirrors that are hanging on the walls here as part of the decoration. It is a family friendly place and the service is efficient. I recommend trying Le Bledo.

Yelp
I did the pick 2 combo and dined in at this location. This was my first time trying Vietnamese Food. Let me tell you, the food came out steaming hot and delicious!!! The service and music playlist was top tier as well. Listen, if you need a place to come to after going to Balian Springs, it's 7 minutes away and worth it !!!

Yelp
I tried their Banh Mi awhile back at a Vietnamese festival in Tysons and remembered it was pretty good. Since we were in the area running some errands and craving some Viet food, we stumbled upon this place. We ordered everything online using the qr code on the table. It was pretty easy to order. We started off with the summer roll and a Combination Banh Mi. For entrees, we had the Bun Rieu and Bun Bo Hue. Also had a lychee smoothie. The food was delicious. The soups were packed with flavor and toppings. My kids even liked the Bun Rieu. The Banh Mi was as good as I remembered. The service was great. The restaurant was clean. The place had some tables and high tops. Was enough to sit ~20 people. The food came out quickly. I highly recommend this place. Definitely try their Banh Mi, it's pretty darn good.

Yelp
I happen to be in the Springfield area and was craving banh mi that weren't the usual suspects at Eden, and I'm so glad I tried it! Its a super cute shop that offers Vietnamese snacks, drinks and different kinds of soup. -Pate Chaud- flaky crust with a generous amount of meat inside, very filling actually, definitely would get it again -Pate Cha Banh Mi- I would come back just for the BREAD. The outer layer is that hard layer with a nice crunch but inside was soft and pillowy. It's not the long, thin ones that most banh mi places have, but its a good portion size. I'm not sure if I am a fan of the pate and I really think thats why I gave them 4 vs 5. The pate was a little slimey, not in a way that its expired or anything but I wish it was a little thicker. I would try it again though! -Fried cha (bologna)- sooo good and I can tell its house made. I ate most of it with the cha itself like a little snack. -Vietnamese coffee- not overly sweet which I liked, but it was creamy and rich in all the good ways! Will definitely be back to try more items if I am in Springfield again!

Yelp
We tried this restaurant with an open mind given the positive Yelp reviews. First visit, we stopped in after dinner and picked up some desserts and snack items. We weren't too impressed with our first purchase but the customer service was so friendly, we decided to return based on the employee's food suggestions. We returned for Bun Rieu and Ox Tail Soup. The Bun Rieu was just ok. We simply have had way better at other places. The ox tail soup was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. We were told by the employee on our 1st visit that their Ox Tail soup was really good and they give 5-6 very meaty ox tails. The version we received contained 4 bony oxtails for $20. Not a good deal. We support local businesses owners when we get a chance but unfortunately 2 times was enough. We won't be back. For Vietnamese food we will just head to Eden Center.

Yelp
Food is really good and fresh! Staff is also nice and inviting. A clean quiet establishment.

Yelp
A co-worker and I ordered online from Le Bledo. The website needs edits done to have a better customer experience. The menu lists various items, but some don't describe the ingredients of the item (i.e. food allergies). I got the Chili Lime Chicken sandwich. The chicken was very dry and only a spoonful of veggies on top. My co-worker got the pork belly. He said it was delicious. I might give them another try in a month or two when they make changes to ordering online on their website.

Yelp
My colleague recommended this place for a casual Asian/Vietnamese brunch on the weekends. I am obsessed after my initial visit. Obsessed with their spam sandwich/banh mi and their tator tots. How they prepared a fried egg and spam banh mi with cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeno is pure genius, and those tator tots are hot and crispy and PLENTY! Friendly service each time I have visited so far (three times), and attentive service when I called the cafe. That's a plus. I like it because it has that cozy immigrant family business type of atmosphere, and I like seeing Asian and other families eating here at the bakery. I look forward to future visits for their baked goods and Vietnamese dishes and snacks, too.

Yelp
Very fast and courteous service with an excellent selection of prepackaged items ready to go . The Banh mi sandwiches are excellent along with the Pho and Bún bò Huế

Yelp
Delicious and convenient! I was craving Bahn-Mi and I'm so glad I found Le Bledo Eatery. The sandwiches hit the spot and they had a great selection of other food. I got some pork belly dumplings and Bánh Bò Nướng (honeycomb cake) because they just looked so delicious and the were as tasty as they looked. Somehow the fries tasted like they had a great depth of flavor and were the perfect consistency. The staff was extremely friendly and quick. I will definitely be recommending this eatery to friend and family. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I got mixed reviews for this place. My co-worker recommended this place since I live near Springfield. She says its the best Pho she had ever had - pleasant - friendly family owned and that she's been going here for years. So here I go with my review. Ambiance is pleasant, clean and quiet. Price well to me its pricey but they have combination so if you want to just try this place start with the combo. We ordered - a combo - half banh mi and beef stew -- beef steak pho --- summer roll and thai tea - banh mi togo. The combo is surprisingly good. Loved the taste of the beef stew. Meat is tender and soup is tasty. Only thing i didn't like is the soup temperature - it's warm, im expecting it to be hot. I was a little disappointed but otherwise I really enjoyed it. I actually finished my meal, the half baguette and the banh mi is good. But again - somethings missing with the taste, I think it' s the patte' and pickled veggies. The Pho is also "warm" and the soup, the taste --- if you know how the authentic pho tastes like, compared to theirs, is ... decent. Summer roll is okay. The Thai Tea is amazing, it's really good. The no.1 banh mi is sad. The meat its kinda sour. Is it supposed to be sour? I ended up throwing away 2 banh mi - didn't even got to finish 1. I gave it 3 stars because of the beef stew - the baguette - amazing thai tea and how clean the place is. Ok the baguette , the bread itself - how to describe it - the texture - the outside is really fresh and crispy the middle is buttery and soft. Le Bledo got me with their baguette. I can eat it just by itself. I would probably come back and try more of their food. I dunno maybe we came at an odd time? 4pm is an odd time for a weekend? I dunno?!

Yelp
A friend and I ordered many items thru UberEats delivery to the Sport Rock climbing gym for a post climbing lunch. We got the following and loved everything. 1. bbq pork bahn mi with pickled carrots and daikon on the side 2. fresh rolls 3. bbq pork bun rice noodles and salad 4. steamed rice cakes large 5. 3 layer steam cake

Yelp
The overall experience was very average. They sell many Vietnamese food and snacks; however, the food was mid and lacks flavor. Service was average not much to go off of. Seating is quite close to each other and may be uncomfortable if you're used to more space or larger seating.

Yelp
I first visited Le Bledo because I always want banh mi AND pho, but don't want to pay for both (also because my stomach would burst). Luckily, Le Bledo has a pick two menu! Over time, I realized that although I enjoyed the variety, I didn't actually love their pho. It's pretty bland and I think you could do better elsewhere. However, their banh mi is fantastic! Perfectly toasted baguette that magically doesn't cause any damage to the roof of your mouth. Fillings are plentiful and veggies are fresh and crisp. Their bun bo hue is a great price compared to other places, but I think it's just okay. Lots of toppings, but the broth, like the pho, is lacking in complexity. Bonus points for being able to order a small or large though - most BBH places around here only do a large size. Their vietnamese coffee is THICK. I can't drink more than half at once - mouthfeel to me is a bit overwhelming, but the taste is good. They also have a variety of other vietnamese foods on your way to the cash register - the buns were okay (meat a bit dry) and the pandan honeycomb cake is a childhood favorite. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of some of the shrimp items sitting out unrefrigerated. Overall, strongly recommend the banh mi!

Yelp
Drove two hours today to get to this place from Richmond and called in to order 11 Banh Mi as I saw this place on Yelp a week ago and called them they said they do buy 10 get 1 free. Issue is they say you have to buy 10 of one type of sandwich to get the promo. Been to Banh Mi DC and Ba Le, those places allow you to mix and match sandwiches as long as you order 5 or 10 and they'll select the cheapest sandwich cut you buy and they'll promo off sandwich as part of the buy 5/10 get 1 free. I had to take a sandwich off because the total for 11 sandwiches was $90. It came down to $82 for 10 sandwiches when Ba Le gets me 12 Sandwiches for $84 and Banh Mi DC is $78 for 11 sandwiches. Needless to say I am not planning on ever coming back to this spot. I'd recommend taking your money to Banh Mi DC or Ba Le even if the quality at those places are inconsistent at times. It's better that they aren't picky with their buy 5/10 get 1 free promotions. Update: I should've just took off five of the combination sandwiches instead of one. Look at how small this banh Mi is compared to other places and they're trying to charge $7-8 for theirs. My grandparents absolutely hated their sandwiches as well and my sandwiches were all horrible, I ordered 2 pork belly, 2 chinese bbq pork, 2 grilled pork and 4 combination. I had to throw away all of them besides the pork belly banh Mi. They were all dry with no flavor, we all felt like it was eating cardboard. Do your best to stay away from this business if you like money.

Yelp
I make it a point to attempt to order the Cabbage Salad (with chicken) at any restaurant I enter, no matter the time of day, season, or events going on in the restaurant that make it closed off to the public. Le Bledo was no exception to this rule -- and they delivered. This is the best Cabbage Salad (with chicken) in which I have ever indulged. Paired with the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, you have the ultimately versatile meal. Le Bledo's cozy seating and slick service flex to any occasion, whether you want to impress your partner's parents over dinner or become the envy of your overly ambitious Springfield, VA co-workers during a quick lunch. The future is now, and it's cabbages all the way down.

Yelp
One of my favorite banh mi spots! My favorite is their grilled pork or pork belly. The toppings and bread are always fresh. They offer many more options on their menu. I always grab some summer rolls or egg rolls when I visit and they're delicious! I wouldn't get their pork bun as it's very dry but I would come back to try other things on their menu.
google avatar

Susy R.

Yelp
Le beldo is a very chill restaurant with great banh mi and very friendly service. Will be back to try more menu items!

Amanda P.

Yelp
My go-to for viet food south of the beltway! I like their banh mi and noodle soups... also their snacks. Plus they make their banh it without mung bean (finally, a place with only shrimp and pork!) I recently ordered catering from them for my husband's bday. I showed up at my pickup time and they were wrapping up my order. They freshly fried the spring rolls! Everything was fresh and packaged nicely. Thank you!!

Yelp
Was craving pho and was in the area so went here based on Yelp reviews. So glad we did. The pho is different from any other Vietnamese pho we've ever had in NOVA but in the best way. The star anise and black pepper flavor is strong but not overpowering. We also got a combo banh mi sandwich. The deli meat was fresh and the bread was crunchy. I personally don't like the bread being so crunchy as it hurts my mouth but if you refrigerate it for a day, the bread does soften which is my preference. Overall, I would definitely come back again when in the area.

Oscar R.

Yelp
Top notch food, best pho in NOVA. I've brought people here and they've all loved the food, one had tried pho for the first time and fell in love with it, he later learned not all pho is created equally and this is the best. The bahn mi is delicious with house made Mayo and fresh baguette. I can't speak enough about it. Their service is top notch as well, super attentive to customers, really helpful, and even offered some on the house items.

Yelp
I've been ordering from this place for awhile now. My personal favorite is the bun rieu, pâté chaud, & banh beo! My boyfriend says their food tastes authentic and tastes homemade. My go to local spot for yummy viet food!

Syvanna C.

Yelp
Soup is salty, look like just water and salt. No flavor. Expensive than Pho 75. Service is ok., ambiance is good.
google avatar

Josefina C.

Yelp
Full of flavor! First time and everyone was supper nice, took time to go over the menu options with us. Can sit inside or take to go. Wish I lived in the area to eat here Again!
google avatar

Sebastian M.

Yelp
One of the best pho places we have been. Everything tasted fresh and just perfect. The veggie banh-mi is amazing, eggs rolls are crunchy, the smoothies are delicious but above all is the service. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Please make sure to check out this place.

Diana C.

Yelp
Just need to come back and up these stars here. This place is more amazing each time I have it. I love this place! My original post is below when we only tried the sandwiches but since we have tried so many things since then and everything is so good. My kids love when I bring home the pre-prepared food and trying the new things. Everyone is so friendly and it's cute inside.

H P.

Yelp
Love this wonderful takeout eat in neighborhood gem run by a longtime multi generation family owners. They do their mom and community proud with good quality vietnamese food day in day out. I go there every few weeks for a big pickup of so many favorite selections of treats, sandwiches, and meals.

Lydia L.

Yelp
Very disappointed! Last time we ate pork belly banh mi it was good. Then did tk out yesterday it was pretty bad . It's mostly pieces of fat . The fat was not even from the belly part. It's just piece of fat that they mix in. They also mix in dry piece of roast pk that shouldn't be there. I don't think I'm goin back if they can't hv consistency in their food.

Yelp
Le Bledo Eatery is a must-visit Vietnamese fast food restaurant. Their menu offers a range of authentic and delicious dishes. The pho and banh mi sandwiches are exceptional, with perfectly balanced flavors. The attentive staff, cozy ambiance, and tasteful decor enhance the dining experience. Le Bledo Eatery is a gem that deserves recognition as one of the best Vietnamese dining spots in town.

Yelp
Very nice service and very good food! I loved the cozy vibe in there and the staff! Would be coming back again

Yelp
Wow everything we tried was delicious! The pho, the banh mi, the breakfast Sandwhich, the Thai tea, the sesame ball. The bakery items were especially good. I can't wait to come back and try more, and I love that they are open so early!
google avatar

Kate S.

Yelp
Love their Bhan Mi!! And their little grab and go area. Their stream bun are so good. Easy to find a parking compare to Eden center.

Yelp
Ok wow, I take my old review back and say this is the BEST bowl of pho I've had since my friend Nokie invited me to her parents' place and they cooked all the things including pho (broth) that had been simmering for 18 hours. I drank all the broth in this bowl. I never do that. But this soup was so beefy and savory, and you could smell the star anise. Add a squeeze of lime and it was heaven. PROTIP: get a side of ox tail!!!! Sad news: no tripe. My only little tiny issue was that the noodles were all clumped up at the bottom and i had to work hard to get it to separate. I wish they'd given it a dunk in boiling water just to loosen it up before putting in the bowl. The brisket was nice, but honestly, just get the tendon and oxtail. Le Bledo I salute you, and hope you will add tripe as a meat for pho.
google avatar

Trinh P.

Yelp
The banh mi here is probably the best thing on the menu that I have tried so far. My mom loves the banh mi bread here and she's a picky eater so that says something! I also had the banh gio here - the meat filling was good but the texture of the rice flour was too soft and mushy for me. Could just be luck of the draw and the one I picked out was mushy?! Price here is a bit higher than some other banh mi places but that may be due to inflation. Anyway - I would recommend trying the banh mis! Cheers!
google avatar

Phong L.

Yelp
Love their pho & banh mi! You can ask for the veggies to be on the side and toast the bread at home. Staff are super friendly, for sandwiches it's buy 5 get 1 FREE! I only gave this 4 star because the cilantro and veggies can be more when there's a big order. I also ordered pho to go and realized that the lime was missing on the side.

Yelp
The Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu here is the real deal. So freaking good. I haven't had Bun Rieu in awhile so I was so excited to see it on the menu. I loved the sweet pork broth, the salty shrimp paste, and the huge chunks of tomatoes. This is comfort in a bowl for me. The Bun Bo Hue is probably one of the best versions of this soup that I've had. And I'm comparing this to many Northern VA Vietnamese restaurants that serve this, Mi La Cay in Wheaton, MD (I think their Bun Bo Hue is the bomb), a famous Bun Bu Hue restaurant in San Jose, our friend's mom's Bun Bo Hue which is known to be the best, and my mother in law's version (shhh don't tell her!). Their version was so good, my husband ordered extra noodles just to have second helpings. We went to town in this shop and ordered sesame balls, Banh Beo, and Banh Mi for takeout. The baguette for the Banh Mi was so soft on the inside and crusty on the outside. They were generous with the pate spread and butter. It was comforting to heat them up at home and enjoy.

Yelp
Love love this place. The food it great above good but not bestest i ever had. What make this place great is the early hour. They open at 8am just like how back in Asia we eat soup and savory food for breakfast not overly process food like pancake etc... Location / Ambiance 3/5- Not you typical restaurant location, parking is easy since it a office setting . The inside it wide and a good amount of table. It was pretty most morning I go, a lot of peoples come to pick up food to go.\ Service is basic good noting extraordinary but the guy at the register is nice and sort of cute for a Asian guy lol. You order and they call your food went it ready Food - 4/5 - The food it good and flavorful and they give amount of protein for the price. Oxtail Pho- 5/5 - So rich with flavor and warmth in the broth with alot of black pepper. Urgh Just tying make me want some more I like that it a little bit on the salty/umami side because I like flavor Bun Rieu- 4/5 - Vietnamese Crab noodle soup, nicely umami with tad of sweetness from the crab and tomatoes. It not alot of crab meat but I can't complain for the price that it is. Ice Coffee- 5/5 Ice coffee is intense and thick full of richness and earthyness love it, They also have various of prepare snack, food , dessert that ready . I alway get the pork roll to go take home. I would definitely come back went I have time or craving noodle early in the morning

Yelp
The BEST Vietnamese coffee I ever had: it's rich, creamy, sweet, bitter in the best way possible. The richest and the creamiest coated the straw, the cup; and linger! The sesame balls were crispy, fillings were creamy; not too sweet; the ratio of fillings to dough were perfect ; and the Banh mi bread was toasty, bit of a chew, fill to the max with meats, herbs, and pickled veggies; and delicious!

Yelp
A nice spot for Bahn mi, pho and other Vietnamese food. They have the best Bahn mi in the Springfield area.

Yelp
Food here is fantastic. It's not a real sit down type place but it a great lunch spot. If I lived closer I would go more often. Maybe open a place on Woodbridge?

Yelp
Strong Eurasian Cafe Vibes! The food was the best Vietnamese cuisine I have had in several years! Their French Pastries are smack on the mark! The staff was cheerful, attentive, and helpful without being condescending. A super bonus is proximity! Less than 2 miles from my door! Why would I ever struggle through traffic to more distant Vietnamese restaurants for less appetizing meals at a higher price!

Yelp
Le Bledo is a combo of quick serve and sit down, featuring  bahn mi sandwiches, pho soups, sides and drinks plus a whole area with packaged and fresh goods to go.    Though you order at the counter, the staff brings your food to the table which is nice.  The location is airy with a lot of seating and background music making it a relaxing atmosphere.  We tried the BBQ pork bahn mi and the steak and brisket pho.  To start we had the sesame balls which were nice and fresh.  The bahn mi was also very fresh and tasty and I really enjoyed the added bite of the sliced jalapeno.  The Pho had a really interesting and flavorful taste.  Maybe anise?  Whatever it was exactly, it was good.  There were a ton of noodles and the sprouts, etc. were provided on the side so they were nice and crispy and not wilted.  We have seen lots of raves about the iced coffee.  It was very good but our favorite is still found at Present in Falls Church.  Le Bledo is a very pleasant place to eat as well as being tasty and very reasonable.  Parking is easy in the lot out front.

Yelp
I ordered a steak Pho it was delicious!! I have tried a few in the springfield area and this one is pretty great. The customer service is great friendly people the cashier was friendly he suggested the vegetarian fried egg rolls and they were great. I would come back and would recommend the soup
