"In Laval, I learned that Le Boating Club closed its doors for 10 days after an investigation found that a group of 32 colleagues who dined there on December 9 were nearly all infected with COVID-19 — only one tested negative. I noted that restaurant employees were also infected, including at least one suspected case of the omicron variant, and that this outbreak was especially notable given that diners had presumably received two vaccine doses under the province's proof-of-vaccination mandate while restaurant workers are not required to be vaccinated." - Valerie Silva
