We stayed in room 274, the renovated section, king size bed, there is no door to bathroom, its like part of the room, you get an empty mini fridge, a coffee maker, toiletries, the shower is double jetted from both sides, great pressure. Toilet has a separate door. The sheets and comforter I have tonsay were the most softest I've ever slept on, like a cloud, just amazing, im still thinking about it now, the AC is conveniently located at foot level so the air is not flowing directly on you. The TV is a smart kne so you log into Netflix and whatever you want, so this is a huge plus.
The outdoor spa amd pool are clean and great temperature, the only downside is there were a bunch of feral kids screaming the whole time, made my expecting relaxing trip a nightmare, but its not hotel fault, I would recommend maybe putting a sign saying please keep voices at reasonable levels, lile the kids were doing bombs over guests, like complete animals, any way, very comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas for shade, beautiful at dawn.
The restaurant was okay, they were out of burger meat and thats the only thing on menu my daughter wanted, so we opted for an off menu item, mushroom ravioli, a whole 7 of them for 30$, they were delicious though but its not a meal, so we just ended up filling up by ordering dessert. The menu items are posh, so if you wanna eat and get full just go out somewhere else, otherwise stay and experience some pricey fine dinning. I ordered the beef tar tar, it was okay, and the homemade chips, they were good. The breakfast though, now that was awsome, except the eggs, tasted like rubber tires, but everything else was great, great meat selection, smoked salmon, fruit, fresh bread, exceptional. The staff are extremely polite and very accommodating, great experience. Will definitely be back when visiting QC City.
