The service was very good. We didn't have time to explore the hotel much, but for what we did, it was good. The hotel/rooms are a bit outdated, but still very clean and confortable. We got a large 1 bedroom suite, with 2 double beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The room is very large and confortable. The bathroom was large and well equipped, but didn't come with a standing shower; it had a large soaker/water jet tub, with a wall mounted shower. It was not the easiest tub to access (my poor old mother!) for a simple shower. Not recommended if you have limited mobility. Other negative point was the sofa bed had seen better days, was half broken (meral frame was worn out) and mattress was not comfortable at all, it felt like sleeping on a metal grid. I ended up putting it directly on the floor to give it a bit of structure. Second negative was the windows didn't have blackouts, at least in the living room. I would still recommend the hotel, just make sure you ask about the shower/bath and sofa bed situation. It is well located within Ste-Foy, easily accessible from the highway and about 15-20 min drive from Old Quebec.

What a wonderful, charming place. I took my wife a few months back. She wanted to go to a nearby spa to do their water circuit, but it was completely booked. I found this hotel and when we saw the outdoor amenities I knew it would be perfect. The pool was warm, perfect for Labor day weekend, the hot tub was fantastic but for me it could have been a few degrees higher, I like them reaally hot. Room service was easy, but the Nachos were expensive for nothing great, but the club was excellent. Price was right, easy to park, I loved laying in the hammocks. We did not have time to do the evening activities they offered, but the Marshmallow roasting sounded very interesting. I will he going back again soon!

A must stay!! Chose this hotel as a two day pit stop on the way to Halifax and it did not disappoint. After being on the road all day all you want is to relax and that’s exactly what this place is. The staff, atmosphere and location were beyond expectation. You can appreciate the attention to detail and care. Can’t wait to come back here one day :)

We had a wonderful stay at Le Bonne Entente with our two kids and our dog. The hotel is both family-friendly and very pet-friendly, which made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. The pool is beautiful, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The atmosphere is classy yet welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for families (and pups!) looking for a relaxing getaway.

Lovely renovated room, amazing bath tub, friendly staff but overpriced in my opinion. Thermostat was out of batteries so our room was super hot the first night. Only one shampoo, conditioner, and body wash left for 2 adults so that was a bit frustrating to find at the end of a long day. Found a hair in my bed that wasn't mine so that was a bit gross. The property is gorgeous and well maintained.

I enjoyed my experience ans stay at le bonne entente. It was a special solo trip for myself and I felt supported, relaxed nourished and peaceful. I was able to walk 5 minutes to my west coast swing workshop and also enjoy the spa. I would definitely recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the hotel immensely. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was full of charm. The outside was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great. The restaurant was also great. Get breakfast included in your room when you book, it’s not only delicious but much much less expensive to book it in advance. Also we’re English speaking and everyone was very accommodating. Old Quebec City was about 20mins away. Would stay again anytime.

We had such a good stay here we wanted to stay another night. It was unexpected how fantastic this place was. The spa, the pool, the atmosphere and the restaurant was some of the best I’ve ever had. It was an oasis of peaceful indulgence. We will be back! They even gifted our dog a BE bow tie and treats. We loved every detail.
