"Come in from the cold of rue du Pôle-Nord ("North Pole Street") – a warm welcome awaits you, courtesy of chef Philippine Jaillet and her partner Charles Neyers. Their restaurant with an open kitchen, brass counter and Thonet chairs has all the trappings of a typical Parisian bistro. When it comes to food, they use good fresh ingredients in keeping with the seasons to fashion contemporary creations with an innovative and quirky touch, as seen in the mushroom chawanmushi, cep praline, pickles and grilled mushrooms, or vegetarian pithiviers with celeriac." - Michelin Inspector

Le Boréal Paris offers great food, superb service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented and thoughtfully decorated. Philippine Jaillet and Charles Neyers were exceptionally warm and attentive, making the entire experience truly memorable. It’s no surprise the restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide. Highly recommended.

We came here for a Sunday lunch. The food was so delicious and we had beautiful yet affordable wines recommended to us. The staff gave us such a warm welcome on a very cold day! Thank you…my new favourite place in Paris 🫶🏼

great and authentic atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, and excellent food! Highly recommend! There were two of us and we tried both menus (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) because we were curious and wanted to try. Very skilled chefs and a pre-dessert to die for!

A great mix of sensitivity for an incredible modern experience. A very promising team. Go go go before bookings become year long !

we had a great meal at Le Boreal recently. the 5 course menu was perfectly pitched with a strong emphasis on seafood. The amuse bouche started things superbly, with the sea urchin and scrambled egg a highlight. The spider crab and clam stew was excellent, and the deserts were savoury, and sweet, all at once. I recommend the wine pairing, which was well pitched.
