Went for dinner on a Thursday. The restaurant is very small so don't walk in like I did and instead get a reservation! Everything we ate that night was amazing. The brisket sandwich was one of the best I've ever had and the ribs were cooked perfectly as they fell off the bones. The buttercream pie at the end was very satisfying to eat and the perfect way to wrap up a delicious dinner.

Friendly service BUT the food is really subpar & dare I say gross compared to any other smokehouse bbq we’ve ever had. For the first time ever, we actually threw away the food bc it was not pleasant to eat. The chicken in the chicken sandwich is extremely dry and under-seasoned. The fries in all the dishes are just over cooked, thin and sour. You can’t enjoy the potato flavor because it’s cut extremely thin and has no substances. The coleslaw is also very under-seasoned, and mostly tastes sugary. The poutine sauce with the pulled pork mostly also tastes very sweet but the fries, again were thin, burnt, and sour so it was like eating shoe laces with sauces. The mac and cheese was the only good dish BUT the bacon was very scarce, and the dish was COLD. There was no good mouth-feel or positive item on the menu after spending 100$ on this place. Overall very friendly staff but the food is not something we will ever order again. Gross on many flavor levels

Food was amazing I had a pulled pork sandwich which was hearty and delish. The chefs nailed it 👌🏻 the service was great. For 3 people we payed 100$ with a dessert to share. Definitely worth the money. If I had to recommend something it would be to get the potato salad side. 🤤

We went to Le Boucan a while ago and the food was delicious and the portions were very filling. We tried the PULLED PORC POUTINE, the SMOKED BACK RIBS, the MACARONI WITH CHEESE and the 5 NAPKINS BURGER. The staff was friendly and diligent however, the service was a bit slow. From inside, the place is a little small and, it can get tight when crowded but, overall it was a good experience.

There was a nice atmosphere there, the waitresses were really nice. We ordered Mac and cheese, which was average/good; and 4 burgers. For me the chicken burger that I ordered was overall too sweet, but OK. The fries were sweet too, maybe with a hint of cinnamon? We would have preferred it salty. The coleslaw was a bit different too, less mayo, sweeter and there was onion in it, which I didn't like.

Boucan never disappoints. I have been here multiple times over the years, and I am always pleased by the service and the delicious BBQ. The ribs are tender, the pulled pork poutine is scrumptious, and even the desserts are fun! I recommend Boucan to anyone who loves good bbq.
