You will not regret reserving for this interpretation of traditional Lyonnais cuisine. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable. The food options do not stray too far out of the typical Bouchon experience at an affordable price point. They feature creative ways to enhance the ingredients and presentations while staying true to the essence of the meal. The Vitello Tonnato, copeaux de Parmesan, toast, câprons, mayonnaise au thon, câpres et cornichons blew my mind. The Salad Lyonnaise was very generous and more meaty than what you would normally get elsewhere. Great wine selection and a very quiet, cozy atmosphere.
Worth every Michelin star.
