Le Café de Paris

We are so happy we picked this hotel! We had the loveliest welcome and they gave us the room right away. The view can’t be beaten, and the rooms have everything you could need. Staying here made our Biarritz stay extra special. Would definitely book again!

A lovely few days in Biarritz at this lovely hotel. Restaurant food is top quality, our suite was clean and comfortable with a great terrace. Staff in restaurant and reception wonderful, also housekeeping staff. Perhaps bar staff need a little more supervision

The design of this hotel is stylish and comfortable. Loved the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. I slept so well. All the staff were delightful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay, it was nice and comfortable. We liked the balcony a lot and the quiet room. The hotel is very well located, in the center.

September 2024 Been to the restaurant. This is not a tourist trap (looking at where it is located). Often a full house. Staff is helpfull and quick (after your first order ;-) ) good menu, looking at seasons while also have some classics on the menu. Good wine list also per glass. Your money's worth. Make a reservation or come in right at 19:00. Table by the window.

Absolutely brilliant stay. Nancy in particular was extremely helpful, friendly & great Hotel room was lovely and well serviced. Food and bar both excellent but staff even better.

We’ve had a wonderful, relaxing couple of nights here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room (302) was spacious, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea opened by large patio doors and bedroom that had a sliding door to separate the lounge area. This meant you could keep all your suitcases and general clutter in the lounge (there is plenty of practical storage) and relax in a tidy bedroom! The shower room is amazing with lovely smelling shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner. The toilet is in the lounge area (in a separate room!) which I much prefer to having it near the bedroom or shower. There is a Nespresso machine and fridge in the room and a small bottle of water on arrival. We had an amazing lunch at the adjoining café, make sure you book for that! ** PARKING ** Follow what3words vented.bottled.unable to the Indigo parking by Galeries Lafayette. Please see my pictures for reference. This would have taken out some of the stress! The car park is underneath the hotel and you get a ticket on the way in then pay on departure, it’s €25 for 24 hours

This review is for the restaurant Cafe de Paris, although I would also give the hotel 5 stars also. Everything we had, appetizers, 2 entrees and dessert was exciting to eat. Each dish was seasoned beautifully, had layers of flavor and was plated like a photo in Gourmet. It is obvious that the chef is talented and takes extra care with his craft. Notice the foam in the chicken pic. Absolutely beautiful and delicious. The rhubarb dessert was exceptional. It was on a cake, but not sweet, and the texture more like a cookie. It was topped with crunchy and sweet and sour rhubarb ribbons. I could eat here again and again. What a wonderful surprise this restaurant was!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Cafe de Paris. Our room faced the beautiful ocean and was very spacious. Clean and beautifully decorated as well. The staff was very attentive and were eager to meet any needs we had. They have a bar and restaurant downstairs as well! Must stay if you ever find yourself in Biarritz!

What a gorgeous escape by the beach! You can see the surfers bright and early surfing the wonderful waves of the Grand Plage. Biarritz is a hidden paradise filled with gorgeous Art Deco buildings and cobblestone alleyways and walkways. This hotel is in the middle of where you want to be. The reception and service was top notch anytime you needed anything. The rooms are going to range you between 2 $220-$350+/night. Breakfast will range between 19 euros+ (I recommend you go elsewhere for breakfast, very mediocre and you can find a better option at Milwaukee Cafe nearby or Beach Cafe. Don't miss out on this beautiful hotel - you won't be disappointed!

At the opposite side of the sea view in Place Bellevue, this café/ restaurant has a pleasant outdoor view across the square and beaches of Biarritz. The interior dining room is well decorated and can be a place for a classy dinner. The cafe proposes food, drinks and finger food. The menu proposes French cuisine and few wine options. There is a menu comprising main dish + dessert + cafe for 21€ for Lunch from Monday to Friday. It is a reasonable classy place for a meal.

The food here is rather unexceptional here. Two separate hotel concierge recommended--they must pay good money to those hotels.

Excellent place to stay in Biarritz as an excellent location, wonderful views, and warm and friendly service. A great choice if you are visiting Biarritz!
