A double impression. Having considerable experience of visiting restaurants with Michelin stars, recently I have become stricter about their gourmet dishes, as health, as they say, is more expensive and proper food is perceived better. But in this case there was no choice, the restaurant menu only sets of 6 or 8 dishes. Separately dishes can not be ordered, the cost of a small set of 155 euros, a large 185.
What is not quite liked: the first and second dishes (in turn of service) it was a type of soup with soufflé and trout. Both dishes were a little over-salted. You can eat it, but the taste is overpowered by the salt.
The third dish was fish, and it was delicious. The fourth, the main dish, was meat, and it was also perfectly prepared. However, the sauces for almost all the dishes were unusual, mostly with alcoholic additives, which I don't particularly like. Some people, on the other hand, enjoyed it. But the aftertaste was not very good, if we are talking about the state after dinner. The sauces were too irritating.
The desserts were clearly weaker in execution, especially the final one, which included rice. We didn't finish it, and it was the first time we had encountered such a situation in a Michelin-starred restaurant. For example, the combination of pear and saffron is not for everyone.
The tea was quite simple and lacked flavor, despite the fact that it cost 12 euros per serving.
