"The name is French for ‘duckling’, reflecting the chef’s passionate pursuit of duck and foie gras cuisine. He places the accent on prix fixe, the better to ensure perfection in each dish. Playful amuse-bouche are dramatically presented on a high-tea stand. For the main course, Osaka duck is naturally de rigueur. His wife, the pâtissière of the establishment, flexes her talents in the dessert department." - Michelin Inspector
My wife and I had dinner here last night. We've been to many places that have a set menu, this may have been one of the best. Every dish and every detail well thought out, executed and delicious! We included the wine pairing and had excellent choices there too. So glad we went to Le Caneton and highly recommend it. We'll be back on our next trip!
