Le Central Bar

The Paris is one of our favorite places to hang out when we go downtown and I especially enjoy the Le Central Bar- maybe it’s the atmosphere. Maybe it’s the prime spot to people watch. But more than likely it’s the place I had my first Frech 75 and it was 🧑‍🍳💋

This is a great place to chill, relax, and talk. Whenever I'm here, I spend quality time enjoying the atmosphere. They have plenty of space to sit and chat, so my friends and I often hang out here. I relax, grab some drinks, and soak in the excellent vibe. This place is always busy, which adds to its lively atmosphere.

Went to Le Central bar for some drinks with some friends, and we had a fantastic time! The drinks were well made and the service was awesome! Our server was Traci and she was so friendly and attentive. ! We will definitely be back to the bar even if it’s just for one drink! Very cool vibe here!

Espresso martinis were alright. Got 3 of them however 1 of them had about 3/4 of foam instead of drink. Nice place to sit and relax.

A nice bar right in the centre of the casino floor. The service at the bar, even when really busy, is quick and given the prime location the prices are too ridiculous. It has a slightly more sophisticated vibe to it but it’s a great place to relax and watch the world go by.

Sal is one of the best bartenders I’ve experienced. Very personable, kind, and friendly. And Angela our server was always on top of us. Also very good at making us smile. We’ve been here for 3 days and have 3 more Togo. And if those two aren’t there when I am, I will be looking for a drink elsewhere. As someone in the industry for 18 years, they are people I appreciate and it’s rare to see these type of people . I will be sure to recommend them to all of our friends.

This is a very inviting bar, in the middle of all of the Paris energy, but was ultimately a disappointment. Servers were clearly overworked for the number of people, so we had to get drinks at the bar. Then came the sticker shock of a single drink being nearly $20. I might come back if it were more empty or properly staffed.

Conveniently located just outside the check-in area, Le Central Lounge Bar is an easy and comfortable spot to wrap up the night if you’re staying at Paris Las Vegas. The drinks were great, and the bartenders were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by one of the lounge waitresses. A larger woman with curly hair was consistently rude from the moment I politely asked if I could place a drink order. Her attitude didn’t improve across multiple visits, making each interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. If working in hospitality isn’t enjoyable for you, it might be time to reconsider. Meanwhile, your colleagues—who were warm and professional—were well tipped. There’s a standard to uphold here. Do better.

For as many times in the last year that I have stayed at the Paris/Horseshoe I would always pass by here without a second thought. On my recent trip there were a lot more people that I knew around and every time I would walk by here someone I knew would be sitting and imbibing. I finally had a chance to sit on this little plateau and enjoy myself a drink. The way it is set up makes you feel like you are sitting outside at a pub along the sidewalk and get to enjoy yourself and friends while people walked by. One of two options here, table service or you can sit at the bar. Table service was amazing and the servers were on top of their game. I looked over the menu quickly and asked for what I saw. Unfortunately, they were currently out of that and I went with another beer instead. Honestly, I have no idea why I had never come here before as it is relaxing and you can just chat with you friends for what feels like ages without being pressured to buy more or leave.

As good as it gets! Been coming here for years & its keeps getting better. Yes the atmosphere & location are outstanding however its the servers behind the bar. They care, always polite offering top notch service not just to me but to everyone who walks up to this bar, & they now how to consistently mix good drinks! MOON & DINO - Thank you! Man oh man. Definitely wish I could give this place a little more stars, but our experience as not fab. Came here with friends and family to celebrate after my biggest event of the year. My coworkers were staying at the Paris and by the time we got here, this was one of the only bars that was still open. We found a spot to sit inside the lounge area. It took a while before our cocktail server came over, but eventually she did. Okay so why it wasn't the best experience... the cocktails weren't that great. I got a signature one and wasn't super impressed. My husband ordred their signature old fashioned and that wasn't good either. In fact, it was almost undrinkable haha. The cocktail server also seemed rather annoyed any time we asked for her or asked to order or whatever. The sad thing is is that we probably would have stayed longer. I totally get Strip prices, so it's not even that. I'm totally fine to pay for cocktails like that. But when it's not the best product and the customer service is not friendly... I'll just go spend my money elsewhere sadly. We ended up walking to another bar in the hotel and getting drinks there and had a much better experience.

Le Central Bar is conveniently located in the lobby of the Paris hotel. I was staying here for a recent work trip and came here for a nightcap after a long day. Surprisingly we had no issues finding a seat on a bustling Thursday night. Found a table for our group of 6 with ease and a waitress was at our table quickly to take our orders. We all ordered a cocktail and it took a little while to come out but nothing out of the ordinary. I got an espresso martini to wake myself up a little and it was delicious! I feel like it's hard to mess those up, but nonethless I enjoyed it and it hit the spot. Of course the big focal point here are the large, beautiful chandeliers. Great for a photo opp! If you're not looking to sit at a table, they do have limited bar seating as well which is handy if you're by yourself or just one other person and don't need more space. Pricing is what you'd expect for Vegas (a little more on the spendy side) so don't be surprised. All in all a good spot to stop to end the evening if you're staying at Paris.

Le Central bar is my go to bar on my annual Vegas trip. Great place to people watch. The bartenders are great and the service is great. Traci is one of the cocktail waitresses and is the best. She remembers us every trip. She is one of the reasons I frequent this bar. The bar was more intimate the way it was before. Please change it back. Skip B.

Wonderful service!! Love this bar. Always a must stop when in Vegas for us. A few times I was unsure what to get, went for the normal drinks and the bartender recommended something different. It was great, sat there for 3 more of his drinks. Must try!

Le Central Bar inside the beautiful Paris Casino is my very favorite place to hang out in all of Vegas. It's comfortable and inviting as well as a great place to people watch. More than anything it's the servers and bartenders that make this bar the special place that it has become to my family and I for many years. Everyone is very friendly and we always feel very welcome. The bartenders make great mixed drinks. Traci is one of the cocktail servers and has been there for years. Every year she remembers us and welcomes us with a big hug and smile. We just got back from our annual Vegas trip and had another several great days at this bar. With so many bars in in Vegas to choose from I wanted to put in a great word for Le Central Bar because they are the best!

Great service and people that care is not a thing of the past. Fili and Brandon worked hard to keep our drinks coming and great conversation. They made our day and added a great atmosphere.

When I visit the Paris hotel, my first stop is always Le Central Bar. The bartenders remember my name and I always feel comfortable there. Great team!

This is my go-to bar to hang out in Las Vegas. The top reason is the crew there! Brandon is fantastic, super friendly, extremely knowledgable about cocktails and attentive. Tommy, Fili, James, Dino, Gigi and the rest are great as well! Every guest is immediately welcomed and taken care of. It's a nice spot to people watch and be in the action!

Le Central Bar is the best bar in all of Las Vegas!! Best Bartenders, Best Service, Best Drinks and Best Atmosphere!! This bar is the reason we stay at Paris every time we visit Las Vegas. I whole heartedly recommend that you stop by for a fabulous time! Say hi to the great staff...Brandon, Tommy, Fili, Dino, Gigi, James, Salvador, Jesse and Cesar will all take great care of you!

Brandon goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special and valued. He is the only reason we return to this bar each time we are in Vegas! And he remembers us no matter how many months have passed.

From top to bottom, this is the friendliest area of the casino. Met Brandon many, many visits ago. ALWAYS a smile on his face and extremely welcoming. Since then we've interacted with Phil and Tommy, also very friendly and helpful. These three guys work together so well that it's ALMOST a pleasure to sit and lose money at video poker there. Often times we stay at other Caesars properties, but we always make certain we come to see Brandon and the boys. They certainly have exceeded all expectations on all of our visits! They definitely deserve some recognition.

Fili was Fantastic! So much fun and made us laugh during our entire visit at the bar! And the drinks he made were Incredible! Whether you stay at Paris or just walking thru...you HAVE TO go by La Central Bar and have a drink with Fili!!!

Phil the bartender made Vegas feel real. If you visit the Paris, ask for him to serve you his secret shot! Amazing! He deserves all the tips!

This is a great bar to sit and unwind from a day of walking the strip. The drinks are excellent and you can't beat it for people watching. Traci and Rosalba are fantastic and always great to talk to.

This is by far our favorite bar in Vegas. It sits right at the edge of the casino floor and is a very comfortable place to sit, relax, people watch and sip cocktails. We have our happy hours here. Traci and Rosalba are great servers and are always pleasant to talk too. Just a great place

I don't usually leave reviews, but Brandon definitely deserves the shoutout. From the moment I sat down, he greeted me with a genuine smile and great energy. He was not only quick and efficient behind the bar but also took the time to ask what kind of drinks I liked before making a recommendation -- and wow, did he deliver! Every cocktail he made was perfectly balanced, and you could tell he takes real pride in his craft.

Bar/lounge located right by all the restaurants and shops. Seems like a pretty cool/chill spot to be at. The seating seems to be self seating so if you see a spot snag it. Bar seating and lounge seating. Drinks weren't too pricey seems about the usually price for drinks at a hotel on the strip.

The service from everyone at this bar is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and so accomodsting. . especially Brandon, Tommy and Trish. They go out of there to make you feel almost like an old friend. This is one of the main reasons I go back there.

I loved this place when they had the mini bottle service. Affordable for two to share. It's a cute spot and great for people watching.

I used to frequent the Sports Book bar but when the bar tenders Fili and Brendan moved to Le Central Bar I moved with them. They are expert mixologists and provide exceptional service! More importantly, they know their customers! They are the reason I stay at Paris. Wonderful ambassadors for your organization!

This is the best bar at Paris and the best throughout the Caesar's family of casinos. The ambiance is warm and friendly. It is spacious and offers a view of the casino floor which is adjacent to the bar. The staff (Brandon, Michael, and others) are professional, kind, and generous with a personal touch 'they know your name'! Why go anywhere else!

This is my go-to bar when I stay at Paris. The bartenders are extremely attentive and bring a lot of laughs at the same time. The atmosphere is so much fun, between Brandon, Fili, Tommy and Dino just to name a few. They are all very good at what they do, which is what keeps me coming back. We love this bar! The staff are amazing, beautiful and attentive. We stop at this bar everything we visit Vegas. Tommy and Traci are especially warm and inviting. Drinks are delicious. Jessica was fantastic!!! she greeted me at the entrance and seated me quickly. This was the best way to spend a hour between meetings. A few glasses of wine and warm atmosphere. wouldn't change a thing. Grazie!!!

An open bar located at center of casino hotel...you sit yourself. Best for just to chill. Good and fast service from cocktail waitress. French style ambiance, very nice.

Got charged $17 (with tax) for two Pepsis which were mostly ice. To be honest, this place is a borderline scam.
