Le Cerf Amoureux

We stayed at Le Cerf Amoureux 3 weeks ago for 4 nights and it was amazing! The location is perfect, the views are AMAZING, the chalet is lovely and beautifully presented. We had a view of Mont Blanc and our room was very spacious with a balcony. The staff were lovely and very laid back which made us feel very welcome and at home. The breakfast was beautiful and the dinner was absolutely delightful. We have been telling everyone about this place and can't wait to come back. We went skiing in Megeve and the whole experience was just magical!! Thank you :)

We booked the Junior Suite Mont Blanc at Le Cerf Amoureux for 6 nights, with the half board option for our family of four (2 adults + 2 kids). We had a perfect view of Mont Blanc from our balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much mainly because of the staff and service exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. They run a very smooth operation and their attention to detail is impressive as our stay was perfect - there were no errors or issues during our stay. The food was absolutely delicious and the rooms and facilities are new and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay at Le Cerf Amoureux again.

We have been very pleased with our stay at the Cerf Amoureux. The chalet is very charming and located near by Cordon. It offers a wonderful view over the Mt Blanc.||||The chalet comon rooms are very nice and decorated with taste.||Our bedroom had a balcony facing the Mt Blanc and it was quite large, with good bed and pillows. ||Breakfast can be served next to the pool and it was overall good even if the cheese and eggs options are to be paid in supplement.||||Reception staff is very lovely and take time to answer all our questions. Thank you for your kindness.||Overall we have been very  happy with our 2 nights stay. Location and decoration worth the visit !||||One point of improvement for the hotel is to make sure room service is well trained, as they didn't remplace one of our dirty towel ( let on the bathroom ground in ball) , it hasn't been changed but simply putted back in the hanger...

We chose to stay here rather than in Geneva for 3 days after flying in from Sydney. The chalet is even better than in the brochures. Nice sized rooms for Europe, very comfortable beds. Half board recommended as the food is superb and it is a bit of a drive into Sallanches. We went walking in the mountains, drove to Annecy, explored the villages. Much, much nicer than staying in Chamonix where we were for the next week. Beautiful bar lounge and pool and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were there in summer but would be good for skiing as there are some pistes nearby. And the view of Mt Blanc.. well sometimes you just must stay here.

There are two points I feel travellers should be aware of. The first is that there is not a very good view of the Mont Blanc massif from this Hotel due to overlooking properties and the landscape. There are great views from very nearby. The second is that the breakfast was repetitive with not much choice and frankly the worst of our three week trip. ||||Subject to these two points you have nice rooms, good parking and small but nice pool and pleasant bar and other space with sauna and hammam etc in the basement. The staff were always very courteous and helpful.||||We loved the Cordon and Combloux area.

Delightful stay at Cerf Amoureux. Great combination of full frontal Mont Blanc view, chalet luxury interior design and above all a very attentive staff, willing to make the stay very special (tips, cakes, and this little chat which makes the day even better..). The spa is also great, we tried it all repeatedly.. sauna, hamam and jacuzzi. We'll be back!

We stayed for two nights in early January and had a wonderful relaxing time. The staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is appointed like a traditional chalet and the attention to detail is a pleasure to behold . We also enjoyed a massage in the spa which was well worth it. We hope to return again

A small boutique design hotel which amazing value for money! Short drive away from Megeve and also a short drive to access the ski slopes of megeve. A perfect alternative to stay somewhere very nice without having to pay the high Megeve prices. Very nice accommodating staff.
