Le Channel is a must-see (& eat) place. If you don't speak fluent French it can be a bit intimidating. We ate in the Bistro & choices are up on the wall rather than being on a 'proper' menu, at least on a Monday lunchtime. Take a deep breath, hang back a moment & watch what locals are doing, then dive in. When the bloke behind the bar doesn't understand a word you're saying, although you're trying your hardest, you can always point! I write from experience.
Loads of free parking opposite & it's an interesting place generally too, not just the food.
