The 50 Best Restaurants in India | Bon Appétit

"This fine-dining restaurant offers its guests a luxurious culinary experience—a mashup of French delicacy and Italian piquancy. Located at The Leela Palace Bengaluru, the ambience at Le Cirque Signature is cosy yet sophisticated, which also accurately describes the Franco-Italian cuisine. There's private as well as al fresco dining here, the latter overlooking the gardens of the hotel. Head chef Ranjan Rao, who has previously worked at The Oberoi Bangalore and One & Only Royal Mirage Dubai, plays with colour and texture to prepare meticulously crafted dishes like pan seared Atlantic scallops, butternut squash velouté and the “thousand-layered” hazelnut mille-feuille." - ByArundhati Ail

The ambiance is exceptional and so is the service. For the amount you are paying the food is also great. Loved the scallop appetiser and the chocolate desert. If you would like to celebrate an occasion this is the perfect place to be !

It's a beautiful place and the service was great, we even got a tour of the property before dinner. Food had great presentation and while it was good (western fusion), tasye-wise it was rather underwhelming and I left hungry after a 5 course meal.

Fantastic ambience and dining experience. We had the five course meal and loved every dish. The pasta and the desserts were outstanding. Service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend for fine dining enthusiasts.

Great fine dine restaurant with excellent ambiance, seven star service. Superb food by all mean (taste, presentation, quality). Great savings with Zomato gold if you grab the deal. Note: they have full set fixed meal dining , no a-la-carte. Dikshant took care of every minute detail with above and beyond expectation. Chef Syed’s preparation and presentation at its best. When compare value for money (5 course 6300, 7 course 7500) something can be better such as - 6 year child was also charged same. May be should have considerate at least 50% - water bottle were charged. With fine dine shouldn’t this be included? - limited menu options available to choose from . One more veg and non-veg option to choose from is something to think off.

Hands-down, the finest, fine dining experience my partner, Ankita and I have had! The team serving us - Aman, Rajneesh, Mrityunjay and Kamal were absolutely fantastic! Rajneesh who coordinated our reservation was extremely helpful and patient as well. The food was next level. No course disappointed. Ranjan Rao was the Sous Chef in charge of our menu tonight… & we can't wait to see where his culinary journey takes him! Looking forward to dining here again! Grateful for the experience 😊🙏🏾

This restaurant represents fine dining at its best, with stunning location, views, and interior design. While the three-course meal pleases the palate, the portions are small, so it's best not to arrive too hungry. The drinks menu features high prices, including an 800€ bottle of wine. The staff, though friendly and attentive, sometimes ask too many questions, which can interrupt romantic moments or when your mouth is full. The bill is quite high, indicating that fine dining in India is comparable to, or even more expensive than, Europe. The atmosphere is romantic, and most patrons dress nicely when dining here.

They ruined a very special day for me. I planned to dine in here based on their rating. I would highly recommend to go through reviews, before deciding to go here. I have observed the trend they would always manage to balance overall rating with their fake ratings. On top of that, just to be nice on each of negative reviews they will ask to reach out to them to resolve your query personally. And with hope, if you do so you will feel worse as they would never come on it, in fact you will feel high ignorance.

Our experience - pros were good food and polite and helpful service; cons were slow service, a bit off putting decor, and forgetting about our special request. We made a reservation for 2 people for our 10th anniversary and had requested for a small pastry/cake. The restaurant is located on the 5th floor. We reached there to find that smaller tables were not available, likely because a big party was seated. The food was also quite delayed (we spent 2hrs for a 5 course meal). The staff was quite courteous and accommodating. The food was quite good. The decor was a bit - off. There was a big table in the center decorated with a slightly strange array of bunches of flowers. Finally, they did completely forget about the request for the pastry/cake which they’d confirmed at the time of the reservation. And since we were already quite delayed, we didn’t bother asking them for it.
