The deft and creative dishes lay the emphasis on local ingredients. One example of their fresh, flavourful and seasonal starters is the generous carpaccio of Zebra tomatoes, smoked scamorza, fresh peas, leeks, basil and a green apple sorbet. We had a spectacular meal at this gem of a restaurant. We sat out in the gardens and were served by a lovely waiter named Arsene. The chef surprised us with several additional courses. Everything we ate was not only delicious but expertly presented. The fish course was exceptional and the palate cleanser before dessert could have been my only dessert and I would have been happy. By far the best meal we had in Bordeaux in a quiet and lovely atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!
