"There's no doubt about it: chef Laurent Gasnier, whose CV speaks volumes (stints at Le Bristol, George V and with the Troisgros), knows how to choose good, mature ingredients, both vegetables and fish. He transforms them into generous dishes, impeccably cooked and seasoned, such as the courgette ball, organic Brousse cheese and basil pistou, or indeed the sea bass, coconut, young broad beans and a butter sauce. In summer, you'll want to sit out on the charming flower-decked terrace in the quiet courtyard. The restaurant is located in the pretty village of Chevreuse – all the more reason to make the trip." - Michelin Inspector

A nice restaurant in the cosy village of Chevreuse, very well managed by the owners: the husband is the Chef and the wife is the "Maitre D" . The Staff are welcoming, the service is speed and the interior design are simple traditional. The menu offers 3 starters, 3 main dishes and 3 desserts, that can be choosed "à la carte" or by "à menu" forfait. All the dishes are prepared last minute and they are rich of flavours. Personally, if you like the fish, I really suggest you the "Barbue". The friandises are coming directly from the oven, they are warm, perfect to be accompanied with a coffee. Prices in line with others restaurants in this area.

This is a gem. The service was impeccable. The food is great. Two fixed menu options. Bring your translators for the menu. The only issue is parking. Be patient. This is a must for lunch if you are in the area. About an hour from Paris.

Tasty restaurant, in the middle of a beautiful city. Are you in Paris and you have a car to move around ? Go to the Parking « des petits ponts », then you can walk up to that gem of a restaurant. Indeed, it was ranked in the Michelin guide back in 2020. And it was for a good reason. In a pretty cozy environment, looking like a comfy backyard of a typical residence of Chevreuse, you get a professional service and top quality dishes. I had some eel, some monkfish, some « baba au rhum », some pomelo cocktail. Enjoyed every bite (or sip) of them. And the staff there is lovely, professional, kind. It’s all worth the price. Definitely 5 stars for them.

We enjoyed a 3 course menu. The food was delicious as well as the wine served. A great experience.

Yummy, scrummy, proper posh Blue Ribbon food of the highest order. Great front of house service too. Just make sure you book a taxi home up front because, depending where you're coming from, some taxis won't do the return trip (or will but only for many €s). Bon appetit!

Excellent food! The interior is a little crowded as usual in the Ile-de-France region, but the food is amazing.
