The wine didn’t arrive before the starter, and the mashed potatoes with sour cream and caviar were quite simple — the potatoes could’ve been smoother. Nothing particularly impressive.
The waitress struggled a bit with opening the wine, which was slightly amusing but fine in the end.
Some aprons looked a bit messy, even though the restaurant had just opened.
We initially got only four slices of bread, which seemed a bit stingy, but more came later, so no complaints there.
The main courses were fine — you can tell it’s a Michelin-style place, though personally, it didn’t wow me. I probably wouldn’t go back, but it was an interesting experience.
