"The third restaurant of the famous caviar-producing family is all about simplicity and conviviality, with its chic bistro atmosphere and open kitchen. Chef Nicolas Arnould makes a convincing case with his contemporary cuisine and, as you would expect, the house's flagship ingredient features in some of his well-crafted dishes: smoked potato with bergamot, Bordier seaweed butter, Isigny PDO crème fraîche and caviar; caviar and cocoa tart – the scoop of sturgeon roe lends a pleasant salty note to the chocolate flavours. The set lunch menu is a real bargain." - Michelin Inspector

The wine didn’t arrive before the starter, and the mashed potatoes with sour cream and caviar were quite simple — the potatoes could’ve been smoother. Nothing particularly impressive. The waitress struggled a bit with opening the wine, which was slightly amusing but fine in the end. Some aprons looked a bit messy, even though the restaurant had just opened. We initially got only four slices of bread, which seemed a bit stingy, but more came later, so no complaints there. The main courses were fine — you can tell it’s a Michelin-style place, though personally, it didn’t wow me. I probably wouldn’t go back, but it was an interesting experience.

Interesting place with modern French cuisine and a good service. We really like the lentils with crayfish, in terms of taste but also the presentation, set as an optical illusion to look like caviar for a reference with their core business. Service is good but the seating should be improved big time

If you come here, you have to try the pomme de terre boutary appetizer. Truly one of the most delicious things I’ve had. the rest of the food is great and service was wonderful too, would recommend this restaurant.

Great food and attentive service. The only downside is that the location doesn't have AC. As we visited during a heat wave, it was warmer than comfortable. But there were lots of electrix fans, and the staff did provide extra ice for our drinks.

Really interesting and delicious experience. The restaurant has a classic French cuisine vibe but it has also some modern elements. Definitely try Chocolate Caviar.

Perfect! A perfect dinner for our 42nd wedding anniversary. We made reservations 2 months out, and we were so pleased with our choice for our trip to Paris. The man in charge was very gracious and helpful. The atmosphere was very pleasant, as was our server. We ordered that night's tasting menu, and it was so delicious. The wine and drinks were also very good. The whole experience was something we will never forget.

We were there on a weekday and it was very quiet. The service was outstanding and the food was prepared with fresh ingredients and was very creative. Our server was very helpful finding an excellent champagne. My wife very much enjoyed the Coal Fish and I had the squid ink ravioli which was excellent. The appetizers were excellent as well. Would highly recommend for an experience far different than traditional french.

Randomly walked by this place yesterday, decided to have dinner there tonight. We did the tasting menu. Everything not only tasted amazing, but it was perfectly executed. The technical experience of the chef is evident in every dish. The caviar was amazing and the most creative dish I've had in awhile. Highly recommend visiting every week, which is how often they update at least one main.
