"Austin chef Grae Nonas is working on turning his popular Italian pop-up Le Cowboy into a full-on restaurant. It’ll be found at 2919 Menchaca Road in the South Lamar neighborhood eventually. The restaurant aims to be a bistro-style neighborhood place offering Italian and Italian American dishes or 'grandma Italian' food, focusing on handmade pastas and hearty entrees at affordable prices. The couple wanted to open in South Austin to offer something different for the area.
