Le Creuset Boutique

Haven't physically been to this location, but after trying to order from Le Creuset's website for a few days and coming up against endless "payment error" and "something went wrong, please try again later" notifications (despite everything being fine), I contacted their customer support who directed me to try calling a local boutique in my area to order instead. I spoke to a fantastic employee at this location named Robert (if I remember his name right), who laughed and said the website has been having problems for a little while now. He took my order over the phone, honored the website's free mini cocotte deal they had going on, and shipped everything for free to my apartment where it promptly arrived one day later. 11/10, even if I haven't walked into this store in person, their customer service is top notch. Thank you so much!

My sister was talking about getting some new cookware. She likes cast iron due to the fact that it lasts forever, and you can cook anything in it and have it come out delicious. So I was in Cherry Creek the other day, and happened on the Le Creuset store in Cherry Creek North. I walked in to see what kind of cookware was available and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of cast iron cookware, stainless steel cookware and all the accessories that go along with a well stocked kitchen. I was also surprised by the assortment of colors that La Creuset came in, and as my sister has a fondness for anything green, they has a couple of colors I think will add a bit of panache to her kitchen ensemble. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable about all the cookware displayed, and even explained the one piece that you can use for making and baking bread. He gave me some excellent tips about the La Creuset line, and informed me that should I need something that wasn't on display, they could order it for me. The shop in Cherry Creek was very well laid out, and I was able to see a wide assortment of cookware that I could use in my own kitchen. Now, if I could cook as good as the La Creuset line looks, Gordon Ramsay just might get a bit of competition. As it stands now, however, it's going to be Door Dash for Dominos. That being said, if you want quality cookware that will enhance any kitchen, might I suggest La Creuset in Cherry Creek North. The staff will expertly guide you through the selection process and help you build a set of cookware that will add a bit of panache to your cooking experience. Half star if I could! I asked a bag from Outlet and employee had this attitude “Outlet item cannot be returned here.” He crossed his arms entire time talking to me. No apology made. No thanks for visiting the store. No willing to help out whatsoever. He was so rude! I love Le Creuset but won’t purchase from here. Le Creuset better pay attention training their employee! Ugh!

I had an excellent experience with this Le Creuset location — and I don’t even live in Colorado! I wanted to step up my coffee and tea game, meaning it was time to toss my scaly, years-old, scorched bottom cheap kettle, so off I went in search of a new one. I’m a huge proponent of having daily-use items you love to see and hold; items that are efficient, easy to use, long lasting, and a joy to be around. So when I saw the LC demi kettle online, in “oyster” (also called “flint”), I knew this was the one! I searched everywhere online, both on LC’s main site and every authorized retailer, but couldn’t find this model (and color...it had to be this gorgeous mushroom grey) anywhere. I finally called my closest LC store; no luck there, but they did give me the phone number to this location, after explaining this color is this store’s signature. I called, and they had one left in stock! Bob was extremely gracious and helpful, triply so for me being all the way down in Dallas (thank you again!!). Midway through the third business day after I called, it was on my doorstep — and it’s even more stunning than I already thought. Very excited to start my mornings with a cup of coffee using such a beautiful kettle ☕️☺️

I visited 12/9 to return a piece of cookware that I ordered online, and showed up to my door shattered. The staff person whom I dealt with in-store was incredibly rude, and inconvenienced by having to complete the exchange. In fact, he indicated that he didn’t “have” to exchange my item, and that I really should have brought the item to the store closest to my house (at an outlet mall despite the item not being an outlet item). He ended up exchanging the item, rather begrudgingly. Additionally, I witnessed another shopper in-store being treated poorly as he was attempting to exchange a tea kettle for another item. It was an uncomfortable, unpleasant experience, and I will never return to that location!

Despite what Google says, this location is open at noon on Sunday (not 10am). These listing errors happen but when I waved an employee down to come to the front door so I could ask what time they opened, the employee was very curt, visibly annoyed and slammed the door in my face mid-sentence. To the man who opened on Sunday, 11/23 - fine tune your patience & customer service skills. You were rude.

happened to come in this weekend during a fun demo. Korean dumplings and shopping! William and Jim were very helpful with helping me pick out a Mother's Day present. The chef was very friendly.

Carl was super helpful get us set up with a smaller round Dutch Oven! The whole team helped us get the best deals on the things we needed on our visit.

This is my candy store. My husband never understands how there is still something for me to buy each time I enter one of these stores but it's easy!!! The sales staff here is so very friendly. I've only been in here three times since I've moved here and my sales guy remembered my both times. Having been in retail and managing boutiques in a life that seems so long ago, I really appreciate that touch of familiarity. The store is on the smaller side and I have been to other locations that carried more, but I'm sure that the fact that this one is smaller is actually better for my wallet! ;)

Before I cooked with Le Creuset I had no idea what I was missing and would assume most other people don't know either. Le Creuset pots can sear any protein beautifully (crispy anything), the pot retains heat like no other and it's by far the easiest pot I have ever cleaned (one rinse wonder). Once you cook with Le Creuset you will want ten more like it. The store offers all the colors you could dream of and could match any kitchen in the world - I dare you to challenge me on this statement. The ladies working were very helpful and answered all our questions surrounding some of their other pans and what they were used for so we could plan our next buy. Le Creuset is an investment, the price is high, there's no doubt about that. Le Creuset offers a lifetime warranty, so if the pan ever needed to be replaced, they would replace it no questions asked. It's worth the investment! After cooking with Le Creuset I'm never looking back and only looking forward to my next purchase.

After careful consideration, I have to give this store 5 stars. I could not think of one drawback or negative experience in all of my ventures. They have just about everything you could want or need to outfit your kitchen, down to pie birds and dish towels. My first LC piece was a gift. My sweet neighbor bought me a cast iron casserole dish and a one pot cookbook. The combo became a winter staple for our family and started our love with LC. Fast forward to present day...I have cleaned out all other brands of our bakeware and replaced them with various colors of clay and cast iron pieces that are beautiful oven to tabletop and function superbly. The staff here is so kind and helpful. I have worked with several sales associates and all were knowledgeable and patient. I love that we have a signature store in Cherry Creek and hope it is here to stay!

This store is very colorful and eye-catching when you walk by. If it has been a few years since you have see Le Creuset cookware, you may still think that this is all about the dutch oven (round french oven as they call it) in the original orange-red (flame as they call it). You can now find pretty much the same colors as you would in a small box of Crayolas. They carry everything from French Ovens & Braisers to Cookware Pans to Saucepans & Sauciers to Stock, Soup & Multi-pots to Kettles to Grill Pans & Griddles to Roasters and Gratins to Tri-Ply Stainless Steel to Nonstick Cookware to Cookware Accessories and more kitchen tools than you can imagine. The cookware all have two things in common. They are extremely well-made and durable, and they are definitely not cheap. These are the kind of things that (barring a divorce) you buy once in your life. And, you may wind up passing them onto your children. As I mentioned before, I have walked by several times. But, only recently did I actually stop in. I found the women working there to be extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. Although I did not make a purchase that day, If I ever get bumped up to higher income bracket, I will be back.

What more could you ask for - Friendly staff, incredible cookware, and today... A lesson in potstickers!!! On my lunch break I was cruising by, with perfect timing. I got to try a tasty snack, and learn a thing or two about cooking for my darling husband

We entered this store with the intention of buying one piece to start our LC collection, and came out with three wonderful cast iron pieces that are exceptional in the kitchen. The unadvertised special we received made it worth the trip, and buying from a Signature Store makes it even more special. Mary was our team member that assisted with our purchase, and I will say, she is one of the sweetest, kindest, and extremely educated customer sales reps in this city. She never once tried to upsell items, and instead guided us to get a smaller sauce pot due to our other cast iron choices! The staff makes this store special. I am looking forward to going back to attend the guest chef events, usually on Saturdays! Do yourself a favor and buy LC ware from here, not anywhere else. You will have a tailored experience that you won't forget. And just wait until you start tasting the heavenly dishes you will make!

August 24, 2012 is the grand opening for Le Creuset in Fillmore Plaza in Cherry Creek. This is one of only a handful of signature stores for Le Creuset, and it is amazing. I have always enjoyed seeing the colorful displays at Williams-Sonoma or Sur La Table, but a stand alone store full of colorful Le Creuset gear is an entirely different experience! Le Creuset offers some of the finest and highest quality cookware. At this signature store, you will be able to see, touch and hold an amazing range of product including their classic french ovens and braisers, skillets and pans and other large (and colorful) stock pots. You will also be able to see ponder the purchase of some really cool specialty items such as crepe pans, shaped casseroles and even a fondue set! This store also has a small cooking demonstration area as well, which will be used on the weekends. Now here is the best part. I really enjoyed shopping this store, because of the exceptionally friendly staff.
