Walked into this stunning kitchen tool shop and was greeted by Joan, who helped me pick out the perfect pans! My main goal was to find a pan for my husband to use for making eggs — because I do not like an egg pan with stuck-on eggs! She guided me in exactly the right direction. While browsing, a few other must-have items caught my eye (we love to cook!), and this place truly has it all. Fantastic shop and huge thanks to Joan for sharing her cooking knowledge and helping me find exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back — next time with my mini me!

The biggest Le Creuset store of its kind! Fantastic selection- everything you could possibly wish for, including an outlet area upstairs. Outstanding service, if you can‘t find it here, you won‘t find it anywhere!

When my wife and I saw that they were open, we just had to swing by! They did a phenomenal job renovating this old restaurant into a lovely, spacious store! They have a wonderful selection, even better than what you can find online. We were told by the amazing and very attentive staff that once they do their grand opening they will hold little demonstrations in the kitchen area. Definitely worth stopping by and don’t forget to check upstairs! There is a seconds area which is a great way to get a discounted price and even more selection. The store can be a bit finicky to get to, so I would suggest going through the light by the gas station and taking the back road in front of the fire station. Less jumping across traffic. The store is ADA accessible with an elevator to the second floor. Will definitely be back!

This place is hard to get to. First impressions were awful. There are no business hours posted on the door. The staff reacted badly we when walked up to the door at 9:30 not knowing they opened at 10. Not worth the traffic and odd ball location.

I believe this is a new hybrid store (Half signature/Half outlet). I placed a phone order with Howard who was so helpful and happy to help me. Payment was super easy and secure through a link sent to my email. I've been quickly accumulating a small collection and buying items for friends/family so im sure I'll be ordering again. Thanks again Howard!! :)

If I can give no stars, I would The manager of the store is very pushy and doesn’t listen to customers and what they actually want. Seems like she is just focused on making her sales goals and when you aren’t interested her customer service is pretty much non existent. Would not recommend.

I was hesitant on posting this review because I’ve been a long time lover of Le Creuset. But I regret to say that while I was excited to see this store, when we came in a few months ago, we immediately knew that this store was lackluster in comparison to other outlets. Unfortunately, we had overheard a very loud argument between the woman who told us she was the general manager… can’t quite remember her name at this moment, (after scrolling through other reviews, I can confidently say her name was ‘Joan’) but she was very unprofessional when it came to speaking to her own associates. While I loved to see the rest of the store, we couldn’t stand the hostility that was presented by her at that moment. We hope to see this problem corrected before we return. Can wait for the specials next holiday season!

Cool store but a very questionable location. Safe, just a random spot. I was able to find a pot that was showing out of stock online for a year. Downstairs has the full line and upstairs has their outlet items. The staff was super helpful.

OMG! This is my absolute favorite Le Creuset to visit because Joan is always so welcoming and happy to show you the new arrivals with perfectly placed displays! I've spent more than I'd care to admit here, but with the store being hybrid of retail and outlet, it's hard not to.

I visited the store within the first few days it opened. It is a beautiful store and the employees were great.

I have been an avid Le Creuset buyer for years so I had to come see the new store. It's absolutely beautiful and the fact it had and outlet upstairs is a win in my book. The service is amazing lots to look at and they always have great sales.

The store is beautiful and the service is exceptional. My family and I were welcomed by the manager upon entrance. She gave us a brief tour of the store and talked about Le Creuset history, product and promotions. They provided complimentary coffee and walked our purchase to the car. It was worth the drive and money spent.
