Le Creuset Outlet Store

They refused to give me another bag even though I had bought 3 large pieces of stoneware priced $115 each. We bought as 3 gifts and kindly asked to have each item in its own bag. Supposedly they are rationing and policy is to stuff as many items into 1 bag. What kind of sad state is this company/location in to be doing this? Their prices are on the high-end yet can’t afford enough bags for customers?! Just so petty and management team’s unwillingness to show this simple courtesy was appalling. Will be the last time I buy anything from this cheap company.

Subject: Poor Customer Experience at Leesburg, VA Store Dear Le Creuset Customer Service, I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a very upsetting experience my daughter and I had at your Leesburg, VA location. My daughter has been excited for months to purchase her very first Le Creuset Dutch oven. She loves to bake and cook, and after saving diligently, she was finally ready to buy a piece she’s dreamed of owning. Unfortunately, when she arrived at the store, no one offered her assistance. Even more troubling, one associate told her to leave the store without explanation or cause. When I entered the store to speak with her and understand what happened, that same employee walked away as I was speaking. I politely asked for her name and the store manager’s contact information, but she refused to provide either. This experience was not only disappointing—it was disheartening, especially for my daughter who was looking forward to this purchase for so long. We hold your brand in high regard, and this kind of treatment was completely unexpected. I’m not sure who to contact directly about this, but I would appreciate hearing from someone regarding what happened and how this situation will be addressed.

Truly an absolutely amazing customer service experience with the manager of this store, Irina! She is so attentive and helpful to help you locate the items you would like. This is the best customer service I’ve ever received at a le creuset store! If you shop here definitely ask for Irina! THE BEST!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iryna at the Le Creuset store in Leesburg! From the moment I walked in, she brought such warmth, enthusiasm, and expertise that she completely changed the way I look at cooking. Iryna doesn't just sell cookware—she inspires a passion for creating meals and brings out the joy in the process. Her knowledge about every product in the store is truly impressive, and she takes the time to understand your needs and guide you toward the perfect tools for your kitchen. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cares—about her work, about the brand, and most importantly, about her customers. She made me feel excited and confident about trying new things in the kitchen, and thanks to her, cooking no longer feels like a chore—it feels like a pleasure. Le Creuset is lucky to have her. The associate helping us was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are a little pricey, but high quality. It’s not the stuff you get from Walmart. Right now there is a factory sale going on which saves you 35% off.

Big selection items reasonable prices and you can get special orders into here as well friendly staff very helpful some items that I've seen here and was able to get here that I've not been able to find another stories you will be pleased with the service here and I'll clean the store is and how nice it looks it is very conveniently located we do recommend a visit to here and we believe that you will like it and you will keep coming back

I went to the outlets yesterday and was surprised and excited that they had a Le Creuset store. I loved the selection they had and the two workers Jo and Mariela were so nice and help me pick out my new favorite skillet! Usually, I would have just browsed the store but they had a great sale and I was able to get my dream skillet.

You know exactly what to expect when you come here; professional and friendly product experts on everything Le Creuset. This was my first time coming to this location, and I was very impressed with the knowledge and the patience of the two younger teammates (Misha and Delilah), as they were hounded by customers (like me) with rapid-fire questions. I was able to take advantage of a great 30% off storewide sale, so I got an incredible deal on this 2.25 qt braiser in Cerise. Awesome!!

The Le Creuset Outlet is a candy store! Usually everything is 30% off and certain items up to 50%. Great selection & choice of colors. I've owned Le Cruset for years. It's worth it's weight in gold. My only complaint is, if anyone is listening, there's not a Le Creuset Outlet closer to me in Montgomery County. :)

I think this is only the second time that I've been to this store at the Leesburg outlet, its been around for a while. For those not familiar Le Creuset is quite high end cookware but people do swear by it. I actually have a big old stock pot and its so sturdy I've had it for 10 year and still looks great. I came in looking for a very specific item, which was a holder for my kitchen utensils. Well upon coming in none of the three employees there bothered to greet us despite not being over-run with customers. But no biggie, I really wanted to look for my item and leave the outlets since it was so crazy busy in general. I find what I was looking for in the color I wanted, my husband wants to look around a bit so we do that, and then proceed to the check out. Granted we didn't bother to read the paper posted on the doors but that particular day they were having connectivity issues with their HQ in S. Carolina so they accepted credit cards but they had to do the transactions manually meaning they use the carbon copy paper with the plate. I do remember having to use that device way back when I used to work at Erol's video. Initially I was going to use my debit card since I only had a few dollars on me but they said I'd have to leave behind my name/address/phone in addition to the manual credit card transaction. My husband thankfully had some cash on hand so we just elected to use good old greenbacks. Hopefully they'll get that resolved quickly. Overall they have a wide assortment of Le Creuset items so whether or not you're shopping for a new set, single replacement items, or looking to get something else for your cooking needs, they have a wide variety in their various colors that their items come in, just remember though their items are a bit high end so expect their kitchen pots to be a bit pricey.

I'm a big fan of Le Creuset products. I recently bought a 3 1/2 quart enameled Dutch oven here - in an attractive blue color. It had a slight defect on the inside - which I observed before buying. I think most of the stuff here is considered "seconds" - that is stuff that is not in perfect condition, therefore they sell it at a reduced price. I've used my 3 1/2 quart DO many times - to cook Turkey legs in Duck fat, to saute Andouille and Cajun sausages, and more. It always does a great job! Service was good!

This is my home store for LC. I come here almost every week. I called it my 2nd home. The store is very clean and well organized. You can easily find the things you are looking for. All the staffs are very professional and makes you feel like home. They are very polite and knowledgeable. They explain each product very well. The store manager Iryna is the best because she will go above and beyond to help you find your dream pots and sends email to follow up. I highly recommended this store with no reservation. This store deserves the gold star for the center of excellence in customer service.

Stopped in for the first time today and I was SO impressed by the young lady working there. She answered all of our questions with thoughtful, well informed answers. It was seriously so great to go into a store and feel like the staff knows their products inside and out. Awesome! We will be back (probably way too many times)!

I love Le Creuset. Not only their enameled cast iron cookware is awesome and makes good cooking, but their choice of colors makes it look good with any decor. And they have a tremendous variety of cooking utensils, from roasters, french ovens, braisers, you name it. This store is conveniently located by Wiliams Sonoma and in addition, has a multitude of cooking accessories for sale. Their prices at this store, although not cheap, are much cheaper than what one finds in retail stores.

Nice store but don't expect to get any (!) customer service after you purchased the product and you are not happy with it. This place certainly does not stand behind their products they sell and returns of items is made impossible by their staff if minor packaging items are missing.

I love Le Creuset products and use them all the time! This store has a good selection of their products and prices are tad bid more reasonable (if that is possible) than mall locations. Staff is nice and friendly and very helpful too.

This outlet has a large selection of seconds that come with full warranties. Even more discount if you don't have your heart set on a certain color and can take advantage of discontinued colors. Jam-packed but yet attractively laid out, makes it easy find the size and color you want.

This is one of the best stores where you can get all your kitchen needs with the best quality for a life time. Prices are decent and they frequently have sales which make shopping easier. Outstanding Service very knowledgeable staff specially the store sales person Iryna is very very nice, humble and knowledgable. She will listen to your needs and guide you towards the right product. I spent over $1350 today which is really worth for a worthy brand for a kitchen makeover. I strongly recommend buying from here, you will not regret.

The woman working yesterday afternoon around 6 pm was friendly and greeted me and asked if I needed help. Unfortunately, I didn't think the items were priced competitively enough to warrant a purchase so I left empty handed. That said, there were a variety of items in different colors. Some colors were less expensive than others, and I think you can create your own set and get a discount.

Nice store and products. I've been a fan for years... Service stinks at this location, however. I, my daughter and my mom walked in. (There was only one other couple in the store.) The 3 sales reps never acknowledged us.

This was my first visit to a Le Creuset outlet, having recently started collecting stoneware pieces in the Cerise (red) color, to match a Le Creuset cast-iron cocotte in Cerise, and this was an excellent experience. Not only were first-quality items all 10% off, but all red-colored items were an additional 30% off! I was in heaven. Plus, they had the heart-shaped baking dish and heart-shaped mini cocotte I was looking for, as well as cute items that I hadn't known I needed, like a covered casserole, a pie bird, and a teabag holder. I ended up buying 28 items! Everything was a fantastic bargain. Here's a shout-out to Iryna, who provided exceptional customer service and made the experience so great. She let me wander and browse to my heart's content, but she was there in a second if I had a question or needed advice or help. I felt no pressure at all to buy. Having been with Le Creuset for years, Iryna is extremely knowledgeable about the products, and I learned a lot from her. She offered -- I did not have to ask -- to bring out all her stock in the items I wanted, so that I could inspect and choose which particular pieces I wanted. Who does that?! Iryna! She even helped me inspect each piece before buying, and she's even more particular and eagle-eyed than I am LOL. Iryna is a delight to work with, and you will be very well taken care of if you ask for her when you visit. I will be back!
