Le Creuset Outlet Store

Le Creuset cast iron cookware is the best cookware for the kitchen if you like cast iron cookware. The Le Creuset Outlet Store is one of the stores in San Francisco Premium Outlets I must check out every time I'm there. They always have items on sale at much better prices than the retail stores. The employees are super helpful, too. They will give me all the information or suggestions when I have any questions. I like to shop at Le Creuset.

Bought the Toughened Non-stick PRO pans. I posted the following review on Le Creuset's website and they said it didn't meet their standards so they rejected it: "Warning! These contain PFAS and are made in China! Read the description. The customer is responsible for return shipping!" lol

Patty was extremely helpful and friendly! She was genuinely so happy to help and was super knowledgeable. She’s the absolute best and made our shopping experience there so great. Like all outlets, it’s hit or miss with the selection. Butttt if there’s a model/color that you want that’s not in store you can order it online and have it sent to you with a 30% discount.

I met my Le Creuset angel Daniella she is a sweet heart who helped me personally at the store with organizing my wishlist. I was fortunate to met her at the ftt sales again where she did not disappoint. Her guidance helped me score my prize pieces and she remember our conversation and was able to tell me the location of where to find said pieces. Her knowledge about her companies brand and inviting warm personality made my experience a 1000/10. This branch was so amazing at the store and the San Jose factory sales I felt loved and they can have my money any day. Thank you all for everything

It's a very well laid out store. Nice employees. I buy much from there. My kitchen is filled with their products. FILLED! I basically only buy their cyprus ?? green colored items but also their stainless steal pans.

Updated my review to reflect that I do not have a way to contact you: I’m not putting my personal contact information here. Terrible return policy - not the same as store - they don’t tell customers . My product was damaged and I noticed the day I bought it. They won’t return because it was ‘washed’ which means it was used . The label says wash before use so how does that mean it’s been used? It’s not sellable because it’s damaged enamel on the outside of the metal, basically like touching broken glass it is a hazard. I always get LC Items and this was for my birthday. Buyer beware. You can find deals other places with better policies. I have 3 LC cast iron pans, 3 baking dishes and other pans, dish sets, and more. Never had a problem except here .

So easy to come to Le Creuset and get a gift for family. Yes, not the cheapest gift but the family members I get stuff for are like sisters and a mother to me. I was greeted nicely by an older lady today and she was very helpful. She what I was looking for which was a round braiser with glass lid, in white and it was wrapped already! Also was looking for trivets since I bought huge Le Creuset pots for each of my cousins and I wanted them to use them instead of laying it on their marble counter tops or cabinets. They did not have them but had silicone ones in white which were fine. She rang me up and I was off my way. I never have a bad experience shopping at Le Creuset! I have tons of their pots and pans by the way and their quality is out of this world. Price means nothing when I shop there! Thank you for making that easy!

I did not buy anything at the Le Creuset Outlet store in the San Francisco Premium Outlet ( in Livermore, CA). But the customer service was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered assistance. Staff was engaging without being intrusive. Plus they were knowledgeable about the products. Towards the back l, of the shop, are items that have additional marked down prices.

I didn't end up buying anything but the lady working here is super nice and would explain the sales and options to me. They are super accommodating and patient as you look.

Excellent customer service is rare these days, and on Black Friday it's not something I dare to expect as stores are just trying to survive the madness. At mid day the store was clean, well merchandised, and well staffed, with employees properly zoned across the sales floor. I was immediately greeted and asked the right questions to help direct me to the Le Creuset that would best suit my needs. If you are retail knowledgeable, this is an incredible feat and kudos to the store manager. My sales person checked the stockroom to see if the Creuset of my dreams was in stock, while the store manager chatted with me and told me some fun facts about the product. I've been buying Le Creuset (from online) for years, but will make the trip here instead from how extraordinary the experience was. I checked out with ease, and was in and out in under 10 minutes.

Store is OK with many Le Creuset cookware as one may expect. A good place to touch and feel the Le Creusets and check out the colors in person. You get a hello when you walk in and not much after that. There's lots of on sale items but I find their prices higher than actually shopping directly online, with free delivery and directly to your home. However, the one thing that you'll find here and not online is "2nd quality items", such as their mugs with less perfect paint jobs. Overall a good store to browse around

Beautiful upscale kitchen store. Products designed to buy once in a lifetime. Good prices but no returns. Beautiful store filled with colorful pots. The enamel is done in such a way to have shades vary throughout that IMHO makes this the most eye catching out of all similar products. Products are designed well. Very heavy and once in a lifetime sort of deal. I got a couple small things from here years ago and they are like new still even after lots of use. Interior of pots are enamel white which is good to monitor browning of butter for example. Staub is the competition and their interiors are black and not smooth - which can be better for other reasons - mainly they become seasoned over a long period of time and always look new. Good prices. Take a look at the enamel that you are buying if your picky. These are all one of a kind pieces to a certain degree. Make sure you know the color you want before you buy. No returns.

Shout out to everyone at Le Creuset Livermore at San Francisco Premium Outlets, they are all amazing, the best and very helpful. I ordered platters which i was planning to use for Easter, the products came on time but with chipping and scratches, but despite not being able to use them on Easter, their remarkable customer service made it all a good experience with positive results.

Bought a saucepan and round Dutch oven with lid, and we just used it and it's very nice. We went there and there was a sale so we took advantage of the lower price. The staff was very accommodating and explained what one needs to know when owning the product!!

Omgg Joy is such a joy I love her attitude and customer service . She help me find the perfect pot and the first time I didn't listen to her suggestion would be the last time . I ended up getting a pot too small for our needs hahah . She help me exchange with a breeze .

Came in on a slow day yet the associates were rather snobby - they have greeted and offered help to everyone except me, even the ones who came in after. Ended up finding what I needed from Amazon for way less. I love the brand but I am curious to see how long will this store last.

The service and follow up is excellent. I ordered a paella pan for an auction item at a charity I run and they followed up before and after the pan was delivered to make sure I was aware of the delivery. They later called after I received the pan to make sure it was in excellent condition. Great store for top notch cookware and dedicated people working here. I just read other reviews and noticed many of the Elites gave this place 5 stars including me and the bad reviews came from complaining people who felt insulted. I just learned Le Creuset may make items just for the outlet stores and they may not be the same as the higher priced regular products. I haven't confirmed this but docked a star of its true.

Worth the effort and drive over. I love that the shop doesn't really feel like an outlet store with items missing from display and in disarray. Everything appeared to be in order they seemed to have plenty of everything in stock. It's difficult for me to choose and commit to a color. I tend to select neutrals, navy, black, white, grey scale for everything (some exceptions to this) and turns out it's also true when I'm selecting cookwares. I chose the matte white oval 3 1/2 qt Dutch Oven and I think it looks sophisticated and elegant. If they carried black or French Grey that day I'd probably would have gone for that. Service was great and they even offer and allow you to leave your purchases at the store until you finish your shopping. Schlepping around heavy cast iron cookwares whilst shopping is certainly not ideal. Especially when it's warm out. (Livermore) I plan to build and add to my Le Creuset collection and see more visits here in the near future.

Sold sold sold . I've been comparing prices for Le Creuset from Amazon to Macy's to what the heck... let's just go here and glad I did. I'm coming back for more. They have up to 40% off and I can't wait to complete my collection. (Have my whole life to go to complete this kind of collection) At least I know where to go

I went in today for a skillet. Not sure I've ever almost been around a sales person that nice. She was amazing. So nice. So helpful. And totally into the product. Blown away w the service!!! 10 stars. And a great sales price!!!

This store is amazing. Joy was amazing! The selection was complete and everything was 30% off. We needed a stock pot but the did not have it in stock. Joy got on the phone, called other stores and found the item. She took our email and we paid and ordered. This was not the case in Gilroy. Thanks Joy!

I honestly can't say enough about Joy! I came in and was immediately greeted. She wasn't pushy, but kind and knowledgeable about her products. Based on previous reviews, it sounds like people are overall happy with the store selection and prices, but the customer service has been hit or miss. I came on Mother's day in 2016 and had a fantastic experience. The salesman helping me was very patient, friendly, eager to help/double checked information for me, but also gave me enough room to browse without breathing down my neck. On the Sunday I was there, I remember 2 male salesman were working the floor; there may have potentially been a female saleswoman as well (?) The promotions running when I was there were: -40% off all second quality items -35% off first quality cast iron skillets -35% off all stone ware -15% off revolution utensils (spatulas, etc) -40% (i think) off of dijon colored items - sign said this color was being discontinued -Sales tables in the back with assorted items (mostly items relating to tea). These items had colored stickers that indicates what the % off was. As I have already committed to the Cerise, or cherry red, color for Le Creuset, I of course was only looking for this color :) I ended up purchasing a 5.5 Qt second quality Dutch Oven from the Signature collection (newer line with great improvements such as higher temperature allowances and larger side handles), two 8oz heart cocettes, and 1 spoon rest. The salesman helping me wrapped everything neatly, and double checked the promotions with me before ringing everything up. Also, I must give him kudos for bringing out every single 5.5 qt cherry red dutch oven from the back so that I could inspect them all; he helped me inspect them too (he even recommended I check them all as he knew I was choosing from the second quality ones). Overall, super happy with the customer service I received and the items I purchased! One of my favorite stores at this outlet mall!

I get the whole COVID-19 thing, but their store is practically empty. They only allow 6 people inside and have no limits for how long they can stay. Ever other store has way more people and runs way more efficiently. We waited outside patiently for almost an hour with only 4 people in front of us. We eventuate walked away.

Too funny, sis and I wanted a Le Creuset spoon rest on the same day!! She got hers in a beautiful purple, and mine is white. Like sale prices on what seems to be first rate merchandise. I love it!! I also got a whistling teapot in black enamel...so cool, and necessary for french press coffee ;-) I will go back when the need arises.

Today was a great day for me. First time to visit the Le Creuset outlet. My wife pushed me to go in and look for something to buy. I was so hesitant because I don't want to spend a lot on cookwares although being a chef, I need to have great kitchen wares to use. I was just browsing until Sabas approached me and asked if I needed help. He was so gracious and welcoming. At first I said needed to buy a gift for someone because just in case I couldn't afford it , I wouldn't be embarrassed to leave. He was very accommodating, He explained everything in details and he wasn't pushy at all. He gave me options. I honestly don't plan on buying but because Sabas was so nice and knowledgeable, I got enticed to purchase some items. It started from one item to more than 5. Sabas, gave us stellar service and did more than what we expected of him to do. Very pleasant, all smiles and most of all very courteous! I wish all of the sales people are like him , he seems to love his job so much and loves people. I will definitely come back for more because of him. He made me love Le Creuset more because of his passion in being knowledgeable about the product! He even wrote me a card and to me? That's something else! He is an asset to the company! Keep him or else I'll get him to work for me! Hahahaha!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful but unfortunately Le Creuset does not stand by their warranty like they used to. It used to be 101 year warranty and they meant it and honored it. Now it's a "limited" warranty and they will use any excuse to get out of it - unfortunate since I liked the performance of it. Will buy Staub going forward.

Do not expect any genuine or good customer service here. The staff look at you as though you are not going to buy anything and they are not willing to offer any help. And it is like we are wasting their time. Well, last I checked, this is a store, customers come in to browse or to find something in particular and it is part of the employees' job to help customers find what they need. But I will do them a favor and not enter this store! Will gladly take my money elsewhere!

We hit the jackpot at Le Creuset on August 13, 2017. I am in Love with my set in Cassis. The manager working the store was exceptionally nice. She took the time to give me all the information I needed, since it's my first Creuset buy. We inspected each piece individually before it was packed and charged. I will definitely return to purchase more.

Price: Signature line first quality 7.25qt Dutch oven $200 (on sale) Some women love expensive designer purses. I love expensive designer kitchen things. I've been going back and forth on whether it's really worth it to buy Le Creuset, but after reading through tons of reviews by various experts on Dutch ovens, everyone seems to unanimously agree that this is the best one out there. A Le Creuset Dutch oven seems to be a buy it for life kind of item. It's much more durable than the other brands out there and is backed by a lifetime warranty. The main drawback of course is it's high price tag. There are a few ways to try to get around paying full price. Stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or HomeGoods carry the cheaper seconds line (pots with minor cosmetic defects that don't impair function), you can try to wait for a sale at William Sonoma or Sur La Table, or you can swing by this outlet store. We of course opted for the third option when we saw that they were hosting an after Christmas sale. The store itself is well organized and the staff were very helpful, especially Chris. Chris explained the differences between the different lines to us. The outlet store carries the Le Creuset Classic line. This is the older model. It's not the same one that's in William Sonoma, but it's still an excellent pot. Stores like William Sonoma currently sell the newer Signature line. The Signature pots come with handles that are 45% larger (nice when you have to wear oven mitts while holding the handles), a tighter fitting lid, a lid knob that can withstand up to 500 degrees (Classic can do around 380 degrees), and a stronger enamel. The Classic seems to just be made for the outlet stores now. If you plan on baking at high temps with the lid on, you can also just buy a replacement stainless steel knob in store to get the best of both worlds. The great thing about the Classic though is that it's 30% cheaper. We happened to luck out today because there were a few pots from the Signature line in store in a discontinued seasonal color that were going for the same price as the Classics. Chris was very helpful in letting us know about them, and then hunting down the last few remaining ones for us. On top of getting the outlet 30% off, we also got the after Christmas sale 25% off. In short, I'm pretty happy with my new pot. $200 is still pretty pricey, but given that a Signature 7.25 quart oven is $380 outside of the outlet, I'm decently satisfied. This store is worth a visit if you want enameled cast iron. I've seen their stoneware items at lower prices in other stores, even with today's sale though. They will also hold your newly purchased items while you shop so that you don't have to lug around your heavy new pot.

Danielle, Nikki, and Susan at this store are fabulous. They provide impressive customer service and genuinely care. They have helped both my mom and myself get some wonderful Le Creuset pieces. I highly recommend this store and the lovely associates that work at it!

Visited the store last night and received 5-star customer service from Sabas. From our initial interaction he was friendly, informative and patient with all the questions we had about the vast array of products in the store. AND the color my mom wanted was actually on sale for a pretty good deal. Will definitely be back. Their products are great and so is Sabas!

Don't try to return anything from this company. I bought a replacement lid direct from Le Creuset. It did not fit my frying pan. Le Creuset does not answer their phones. You cannot obtain an RMA because you can only obtain one over the phone. They do not respond to feedback that their process is broken. The item arrived without the promised return form. The instructions they provide on their site wrt to returns is wrong. They hung up on me before answering my call (after waiting a long time). They do not respond to emails. I bought this lid thinking it would fit my model #0215 frying pan. It does not, and I cannot either exchange it for one that fits or simply return it for my $50 back. Fifty bucks is a lot for a lid, but I suppose you are paying for that snobbiness that the French are famous for. I sure learned my lesson not to ever buy anything from this company again.

My neighbor got me hooked on Le Creuset brand and I have no regrets. I went to the outlet in Livermore and went crazy (I bought more than I should've) but these pieces are an investment that will be with you for years to come. They are so great for cooking anything with even heat distribution.

I've been in this store a couple times and the workers were great but went in yesterday and didn't have one worker ask if I needed any help. The two workers had their heads glued to their phones and didn't ask me if I needed any help and actually didn't look up once from their phones. I was shocked and it became comical to the point I had to document it with a photo. Sad what the world is coming to when people on the 'job' are so addicted to their phones they can't offer help or even do their 'job'. Maybe the store needs to hire robots as they would have actually maybe given some service.

Horrible customer service!!! I was the shopping with my friend very excited as it was my first time there. The manager on the floor(a gentleman) seemed knowledgeable when we asked questions, however when my friend went to pay for her merchandise, the lady, with the European accent, at the register gave us a unfriendly look, and demanded the gentleman on the floor ring us up. He demanded she do it and she said "No!" This went on back-and-forth a couple of times, when finally she decided to ring us up, we asked who was the manager, and he said, "I am, I don't know why she's acting like that." And, then he walked into a room behind the cash register and closed the door. The whole situation left us very uncomfortable and confused, so my friend said she would think about coming back and buying the items, and left her $85 worth of merchandise there. These people were very unprofessional and never even apologized for their behavior. If you want to be treated rude you can shop there, I on the other hand will take my business elsewhere. Never got to test the product, and I never will, they can keep it. Maybe if we would've had a bigger order worth more money they would've treated us nicer , that's how I felt. Very very disappointing.

Who doesn't love Le Creuset!!! I fell in love with Le Creuset once I laid my eyes upon their products years ago, and have since been buying little things here and there, to add to my little collection. I came here recently to purchase a tea kettle. I was done with my cheaper brand I bought mainly for looks, and figured it was about time to buy something with looks and quality, and that will hopefully last me a lifetime. The service I received from the lady helping me was stellar! Absolutely friendly and incredibly helpful. I ended up getting the larger Yellow tea kettle in enamel. It 's beautiful and I love the bright cheerful color, matches some other kitchenware in our home. I also bought a cute little Caribbean blue tea spoon rest and an array of chopstick holders for my honey. And it was all 35% off!! Woo hoo! Can't wait tell my next visit....most likely months from now : )

update: After the last visit, I never got my return amount back to my credit card. After reviewing the receipt, the manager did not return the amount but instead made another purchase on my credit card. So I am charged twice for the same pot and do not even have the pot because it was returned to them. Now another trip to the store and waste of an hour. I can see the headaches they are about to give me already...

I love my new Dutch oven! I even bought another to gift to my mother for Christmas this year! I walked into the store and was instantly approached by a gentleman named Sabas Martinez who was so friendly, knowledgeable on the products, and helped me with all of my questions. I am very satisfied with my visit as it was my first time in the store and I will be returning in the near future! Thanks again Mr. Martinez!

Great customer service, my first Le Creuset purchase, I called the store two times and and Johnny was very patient and explained all the items on sale they had in the store available. Once I got to the store, he spent over an hour with me 1:1 answering all my questions and showing me various products. He went above and beyond to help me even with other customers coming in and out of the store. I will definitely be coming back for more Le Creuset. The store also has lots of selection to choose from. Ask for Johnny!!!

Drove for an hour and a half to return an item. I was told I could get a store credit when I spoke to someone on the phone since it was past 45 days. When I got there I was told the item could not be returned because that the item looked like it was used and that I needed to come back to talk to the Manager. I told her it was never used. I asked what would the Manager be looking into if I come back and try to get a refund? The sales person told me she doesn't know but that she just did not want to get in trouble. HORRIBLE customer service!

Very unprofessional customer service if you would like to return or exchange. The salesperson and store manager's attitude are very bad. Never go back this store.

This was my first time in Le Creuset, the store was clean and beautiful with all the different colors. Amazing staff, the store manager Cherri gave some great cooking recommendations and educated me on the piece I was looking at, seeing as I was getting my very first piece. Her assistant Diana was also very helpful she finished my transaction and told me exactly what I needed ,to use my first piece properly! I bought a beautiful Dutch oven and some tools to go along with it, I've gotten to use it already and I love it!!! Will definitely be back to this location, great customer service, great product selection, great overall vibe with the staff in this store!

I can't believe I called twice to confirm that they had the new pink Dutch oven and after fighting the rain and weekend parking, I discovered that they only had the "mauve pink." I had asked on the phone specifically it it was the "Hibiscus" pink and was told yes.... Sigh..... Also, note to manager: if one of your employees is sick, please do not schedule them to work the floor! The constant coughing had me like out the door, fast! *** their saving grace is the Easter promotion of "buy more, save more." ***

Be careful when buying from this store. My mom saw a tong with tag price of $14 but the sales person rang it up it came to $16 plus tax. Wth!!! So I asked the cashier and she said"oh we have a markup on our stuff" she totally didn't get it how it is illegal to sell something higher than what the tag price says it is without proper signage.

I recently purchased an item at this store and the salesperson who assisted me was very patient and helpful. The manager, Sheri, on the other hand was absolutely rude, offensive, and obviously not culturally sensitive based on her differential treatment of a minority customer like myself verses a non minority customer. To provide a glimpse of her treatment she assumed I wanted a discount off a product that was discovered damaged during review, stated " thats fine if you don't want the product," didn't bother to even assist with a comparable product, then assumed I would be using the product to make curry...wth?!!!!. So disappointed by her blatant preferential treatment of customers who do not fall into the minority category.

Very happy with my purchases and the knowledgeable staff. They didn't have the Indigo pieces I wanted but I was able to pick up a sauce pan, a crepe pan , a rectangle baking dish with lid and a pie dish and pie bird and stock pot all 30% off in Cobalt. Parking for the outlet itself is a nightmare though and so is trying to eat in the food court, not enough seating.

Most of the staff here act like they don't care about businesses. They don't want to do extra and so try really hard to get any potential customer out of the store. The manager there should do a better job to train their staff to be more hard-working and has some work ethics. They are counting on the brand name itself to sell rather than doing any leg work to sell. For example, I have been here few times really looking to buy, but it's not stock in the front of the store, instead of looking for the shipment which just arrived to the store, the staff tells you to come back after they stock it in the front. Come on, it is not a busy day at all and there was no other customer at that moment. How much work do you need to do to open a few boxes? That just shows how unenthusiastic the staff are. Most other outlet stores world open the boxes right then to close the deal, and you ask the customers to come back just because you are too lazy to do it right then? That's the job you sign up for so do your work! This review is for the Livermore outlet store.

What a difference a store makes! I had a fantastic experience at this location. Was a completely different experience here than what I had in my local Gilroy store (what a nightmare in Gilroy! read my review there) I was there (Livermore) this past Saturday and boy was it busy!! I was assisted by the Store manager Sherry as well as Diana when Sherry had to excuse herself to take a call.. Sherry asked me sooo many questions the type of food I cook, do I entertain often, what colors do I like best and more! I believe the previous reviewing must not have understood what she was trying to do....get me the pot(s) I needed by understanding how I cook!! What a delight! Diana finished off the sale by getting me some gifts I needed as well. Both asked a lot of questions so be prepared to get what you need!! There were lots of people working to help everyone and people were buying so be prepared to have a small wait (but that is usual this time of year).

If you got no Le creuset in your kitchen, your kitchen is still naked....unless you are all about Staub, of course. This spot has the standard issue Dutch ovens and enameled pots at about 30% less than you might pay at William Sonoma or other shops. They have factory seconds for even cheaper. We swooped up on some items from their English/New Zealand collection at about 1/2 list price and walked out feelin like we just robbed a bank and got away with it. Catch that feelin and shoot through this spot. Super nice associates in the shop. They will point you in the direction of where the real deals are hiding.
