I came here looking for a pot that would last me a lifetime, and I ended up getting both a pot and a teapot. The experience was fantastic! Even though I know nothing about cooking and usually just make pasta, the team was incredibly kind and patient. I spent an hour just staring at the colors to make sure I picked the right one. Lindsey and the woman in training made the experience absolutely wonderful! I’m very excited for others to cook for me using this pot!

Magnificent store with superb staff. Cannot say enough good things. Obviously the cooking equipment is top notch quality but the prices and the staff bring it way over fabulous! The inventory is quite broad, discounts are excellent and Denise the manager and her staff and very knowledgeable on the products and go over and beyond. They even wrapped and shipped gifts for my son in the West Coast! Do not miss it while visiting beautiful Manchester!

I love to visit this store every time we travel to Manchester. It always has something to offer I never knew I needed. Every time I get the new piece home I am never disappointed. The brand itself makes creating in the kitchen a joy Additionally, the items are of high quality, easy to use, a breeze to clean and are beautiful just to look at. There is a color for everyones’ liking. Add to this the excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff that work there. Their desire to educate, inspire and share a conversation on the products is delightful. One has the potential to enter the store a customer and leave a friend.

We love this store and the selection! We have shopped here for six years and will continue to do so because of the wonderful selection and the incredible staff. Denise and Kathy have worked with us from the beginning and we are so appreciative of them. Whenever we have a wedding or the holidays approach, we give Denise a call and she's able to find us great gift ideas. We're not always in the Manchester area, but Denise knows our preferences and will contact us when something comes in that we'd like and will offer to ship it to us. I finally decided to treat myself to some items from this store and as a first time customer, I feel that I picked the perfect location. The staff were helpful, attentive, and answered any and all of my questions to ensure I purchased the size that was right for my needs. This shop is officially on my VT Outlet rotation any time I make the trip up from MA. Highly recommend for brand loyalists and newbies like me!

If you ever come here, say hi to the FANTASTIC warm and welcoming staff. We heard from our friends in Brooklyn about the deals, but more importantly about the incomparable Kathy and Denise, who helped them. My wife and I stopped in late In the afternoon Thursday and was greeted by Audrey and Denise. Both were very personable and knowledgeable about their products. The store was clean and well laid out and I ended getting a covered pan to cook our favorite Stroganoff recipe in. My whole shopping experience was the best of the week in Manchester, VT. Thank you!

Very pleasant, helpful, young woman who was just training on her first phone order. I purchased two Screwpull wine bottle openers that happened to be on sale for 25% off. Great deal and they shipped them UPS to me for $9.99, still well below the average online cost for the item. And it's great to do business locally.

Great product selection but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I walked in ready to spend and I can presume because of my appearance that i wasn't greeted or assisted in any way while I browsed for over 20 minutes. The staff seen me, ignored me, and proceeded to help others who walked after my party and I. I would love to give this place another try if the staff can get it together.
