Le Creuset Outlet Store

Beautiful store with a helpful staff. I thought the selection was generous and with sale pricing, it helped take the sting out of buying this cookware.

I would like to recognize staff person Elena. Several weeks back I visited the store seeking assistance with selecting cookware items for my bestfriend's birthday. Elena was very courteous, sharing her expertise on the inventory and even went above and beyond my expectations by offering to wrap the gift items which she did exceptionally well! She provided world-class customer service.

I’m totally blown away. We had registered for some Le Creuset on Amazon for our wedding, but hadn’t gotten the full amounts, so we popped by here while we were in the area to see if perhaps what we wanted was cheaper. They didn’t have the exact thing we had registered for, BUT they had so much more! I ended up getting an even more beautiful dutch oven, PLUS a baking sheet and a few other little goodies for even cheaper than the Amazon price! THEN they told me they could order the the Fig color, which is exclusive to Crate and Barrel! Alexis and Sarah were FANTASTIC! They were informative but also genuinely excited about all the products there. I left absolutely giddy and so pleased with our purchases. We might make the 3 hour drive back to get more!

Beautiful store. We were absolutely blown away at all the amazing displays. Sales associate Michellee was very nice and knowledgeable about the products. She took her time showing my mom around until she found what she wanted. Michelle, thank you for making my mother's trip to your store an enjoyable experience. You are a very kind and pleasant person. We would like to thank Christie, the store manager for resolving our issue with our Le Creuset gift card. I just wanted to give a shout-out to Alayna, who helped me pick out a crepe pan! My dad has been bummed about not being able to get his favorite crepes at IHOP, so I went in search of a pan to try and learn how to make them for him. Alayna was really sweet, patient, and knowledgeable--she offered advice for someone who's never made crepes in their life! I ended up buying two pans, and a few other small things. The store is also really well-kept; I definitely would come back. Thanks again for the help Alayna!

Very nice store with a very large inventory, more than most outlet stores I've been to. The sales person was very friendly and inviting. The store was very clean and perfectly arranged/organized.

Very nice store with a lot of choices. I have recently fallen in love with Le Creuset cookware and have purchased about a dozen pieces from this store since they've opened. This outlet offers good savings off normal prices. All the pieces cook beautifully and get a lot of use.
