Le Creuset Outlet Store

I had truly the most amazing experience with my local Le Creuset last weekend - just have to share. After purchasing my first butter crock, which I was so excited about, I got home after a long shopping day, opened my car door, and the bag rolled right out of my car onto the ground, shattering the lid. To say I was SO disappointed is an understatement. It ruined my day! Even though the butter crock was only $30, I was so disappointed that I made this mistake. My husband saw how upset I was and gave the store a call. The manager (I should have gotten her name) answered and told us to bring it in. I hopped right in my car and went to the outlet. As soon as I walked in, she knew it was me, made the swap with a new one, and sent me on my way. She didn’t make me feel bad or give any attitude at all. It made me a customer for life. There was absolutely no obligation on her part to honor our request, but she did so anyway. If you see this - thank you!! I love my butter crock!!

I have been coming here for a few years now. Every time I come in, no matter who is working, they are always so nice and helpful. My husband and I went today and I finally found my cast iron pumpkin cocotte I have been eyeing for so long at such a great price I couldnt say no! Our associate Ron was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I took forever to make decisions on a few extra items. He even showed us pictures of things he's made in his own personal pieces. He was very personable and accommodating and was still able to assist other customers while helping us without making us feel like we were just a number. He is very good at what he does. I love this brand and this particular location is always so friendly. If you are looking for something particular and they dont have it, they'll take your info and keep an eye out for it and contact you when/if they find it. They have great customer service. I will definitely continue to come here.

It’s usually not cheaper than what you can find at their website. They don’t have all the pieces of a specific color. Many colors they have are outlet only colors which means once they stop selling them you can’t find another piece that matches.

Beautiful store with a helpful staff. I thought the selection was generous and with sale pricing, it helped take the sting out of buying this cookware.

I’m totally blown away. We had registered for some Le Creuset on Amazon for our wedding, but hadn’t gotten the full amounts, so we popped by here while we were in the area to see if perhaps what we wanted was cheaper. They didn’t have the exact thing we had registered for, BUT they had so much more! I ended up getting an even more beautiful dutch oven, PLUS a baking sheet and a few other little goodies for even cheaper than the Amazon price! THEN they told me they could order the the Fig color, which is exclusive to Crate and Barrel! Alexis and Sarah were FANTASTIC! They were informative but also genuinely excited about all the products there. I left absolutely giddy and so pleased with our purchases. We might make the 3 hour drive back to get more!

Beautiful store. We were absolutely blown away at all the amazing displays. Sales associate Michellee was very nice and knowledgeable about the products. She took her time showing my mom around until she found what she wanted. Michelle, thank you for making my mother's trip to your store an enjoyable experience. I would like to recognize staff person Elena. Several weeks back I visited the store seeking assistance with selecting cookware items for my bestfriend's birthday. Elena was very courteous, sharing her expertise on the inventory and even went above and beyond my expectations by offering to wrap the gift items which she did exceptionally well! She provided world-class customer service.

Our experience inside was just like any other shopping experience. The sales people were helpful, and encouraged use to spend more. Like any good sales person does. We purchased many items. Went back and forth on colors and add quite a few last minute accessories. Left the store think nothing else. Maybe 20 minutes later, we're in another store at a different part of the mall and here comes our sales lady. With one of the items we'd had purchased. In the confusion of us add a few extra items. Some stuff got left out of our bag. She went searching store to store for us. This was above and beyond her duties and she still took it upon herself to find us. That's truly is amazing customer service. Give that lady a raise!

This is a great outlet location at the Prime Outlet in Norfolk. They have a little bit of everything and some of the special holiday and seasonal colors as well as great prices. They have salt shakers, Dutch ovens, accessories, honey pots, cutlery, plates and bowls, pans and coffee pots. It's all here. It's a smaller store but packed with items and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful purchasing experience at this particular Le Creuset location. We visited on a Saturday right before noon. Lauren and Michelle provided me with excellent customer service from the very beginning until I stepped outside. I have been in need of some essential kitchen and cookware and I couldn't think of anywhere besides Le Creuset to go get some. I'm stuck shuttling between here and DMV for the next 5 months or so and the feeling of homesickness really struck me when I couldn't deal with eating anymore takeouts. Michelle made an excellent suggestion for pots and pans that I was previously unaware of or thought of purchasing. It's apparently what she brings to her timeshare during her travels to cook and feel at home. Lauren gave me a really personable customer service that made me felt valued as a customer. She ensured any and all of my questions were answered--sometimes before I thought of asking or right before I was about to inquire about it. And that's a rare quality for a store associate to have in my opinion--the anticipation of the customer needs and wants prior to them knowing or asking about it. All in all I was very pleased with the purchases I made today and cannot recommend this store enough.
