Great selection, prices and customer service. Helped us pick out items we were looking for etc.

Absolutely horrendous experience from this store. Bought a small sauce pot and used it twice (to heat milk) no high heat and I washed it left it in the cupboard overnight and it wound up looking like the photos. I have purchased cheap target pans that last longer. The store employees proceeded to blame me and tell me it’s only for water or clear liquid and it’s my fault somehow although when I bough it the employee told me it was a sauce pan. If it can handle sauce it can’t handle milk? I told her specifically it was for milk when I bought it and she said it was fine. Do not spend your money here this is trash. Go to target.

I got a great deal with a smile. And since I was on a bus outing, the representative even shipped my order to my home. I love my nonstick braiser with the glass lid and the mini round cocotte (ramikin) with the cute lids.

Oh my! It was super exciting seeing all the bright coloured pots and pans. Pure joy and happiness.

This store has a good selection of Le Crouset items. They have a nice range of colors and products to check out, and staff are nice and friendly. The deals in the store are not always as good as the ones online but I have come across different and good deals in the store.

Great store. Staff are always very helpful. Found a great deal on Pasta Bowls. And that's the benefit of visiting there every few months - Deals are always changing.

This is a beautiful clean store in the Woodbury outlets. They have a large selection of things. Service was helpful. Because it's t the outlet, there's a lot of free parking

Nice selections of known quality consumers trust. We bought one. Sale associate, such as Sara, in our case on the morning of November 23, 2018, could really need some serious refreshers on basic customer services. This would've been a five star; but lowered since dealing with Sara.

Zero if there was even an option. I was not acknowledged when I entered the store. There are 2 sales associate working when I was there. I walked around the store twice (around 10 minutes) to see if anything peaked interested and decided to buy something small. I was waiting at the cashier and the shorter associate came to ring me up. She saw that I only had one item and went "you were in the store for a long time I thought you were going to buy more." ??? That comment came with a rude undertone. I wanted to pay in cash and she said that she didn't have enough in the drawers to break it. It's a Saturday at 1:30p. I told her I don't have enough and she said "oh you have to come back then." She was very rude and had extreme attitude problems. Very poor customer service. I will never come back!!! Management needs to do something about her because this is not it.

It's the outlet of Le Creuset but still sells their nice stuff and not some off-brand business like The Gap or that nonsense. And Le Creuset is a fantastic brand that makes lasting items of cookware. So why two stars? Well let's just say that when you walk into a store the people working there need to at least acknowledge you being there. No one wants to be hounded or harassed, of course, but just a simple "Hi, welcome to Le Creuset, let me know if you need anything" and that can be it. Then we can go about our merry shopping way and pick our items to purchase or not...all knowing that there are salespeople there to help you if you need it. Visited with B who was clearly looking for something specific and all *three* salespeople treated us like we were asking them for money. Someone needs to improve management there because a customer should feel like the salespeople have any interest in selling them something.

A recent stop revealed that the store had cut down on it's clutter, but still mostly has the red-white-blue look out for the summer. Nothing much new here, and the selection was a bit smaller, still a lot of "seconds". And they'll hold your purchases for you if you're walking around and just want to pick it up at the end of the day.

We have visited this Le Crueset store many times and the staff have always been very helpful in explaining the uses of the different cookware items and utensils. We have found some amazing deals up to 60% off on already discounted pots as well. Our kitchen is filled with pots l, stoneware, and utensils from this store. Highly recommended.

I am a customer of Le Creuset located at Woodbery Commons Mall for many years. The place is fantastic - the collection, the staff, the cleanliness - all excellent. Today, July 31, 2020 I came to that place again and had a pleasant, friendly, professional help. I could not be happier! Thank you again for being knowledgeable, kind, and patient!
