This is a nice resto and we'll most likely be back. Lots of trainees or young interns at service, super friendly, but it definitely lowered the experience as things were not as supposed to be at that resto quality of 15/20 in Gault Millau. Atmosphere perfect. Food was from our point of view on one hand great and great ideas. It felt in some courses that the execution was not perfect: the macarons were definitely too crunchy and not smooth, together with our glas of champagne that was too warm and felt as if the bottle was from day before or definitely too long open this was a low start. Lots of great food afterwards, the ravioli were too hard, maybe not enough cooked or somehow prepared before, but the filling tasty and really great idea and execution. All other plates excellent. We'll come back to see if another day with probably less people this could even be better. Dogs are allowed, great.
