Had a great stay here! The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and the beds super comfy! The room we had was very small, which would have been an issue if we were staying for longer than 2 nights. We had a spa session included in our booking which was lovely! Sauna, steam room and pool with jet, bubbles and a fountain (find the white buttons to turn them on- some need a few presses to get going!) The parking is limited and car park is right on space but it was useful to be parked on site. The restaurant and bar is lovely!! The food is fantastic, we had our final meal of our honeymoon there and I had the set menu with wine pairing and my husband had a couple of dishes off the standard menu (due to dietary requirements) the staff were very attentive and understanding, we had a lovely night!

Arrived at 17 but last parking spot was taken in front of us, and the staff was not super helpful. They just told us to park on the street, where there was roadwork. So had to find parking house and then walk back with our luggage.|When we checked in I asked when the pool was open but was informed that it was 20€ extra per person, which seemed like a scam. I knew that spa would be extra, but normally when a hotel state it has a pool it is included.|Location was really good, but the room was a bit odd. It had a tiny walk-in toilet where I could hardly sit and then the shower was in the room begin a glass wall. |I would not book again.

Nice hotel and central location. We had a very good room spacious and comfortable. Parking at the hotel is €15 even for a motorbike however worth it for convenience with panniers. Breakfast was €18 and a good selection to set you up for the day. Checkout was midday. Would definitely visit again.

It was an amazing welcome by the staff! All the food served according to our wish. We were a big group of 42 but they take look at everyone's preference.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic service! The rooms are clean and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is very clean, which is the most important thing for me. It is also ideally situated near tge historic center and all of the things that you would want to see in Caen. It has a restaurant and the food is very good. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I would 100% stay there again. Beautiful! Staying there is the best way to have a beautiful experience in Caen.

The food was fantastic. I went in September and the turbot, lobster, and lamb were great. I thought there could be more explanation with regards to the different cheeses that were served, but other than that the service and the atmosphere were well put together. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed 3 nights after being in south brittany for a week. Some reviews were quite negative but we went with a posiyive attitude and had a great time. The parking was tight but made worse by other brits bad parking , we eorked out it was best to reverse in. We had cojoining rooms with shared door and it worked well for us with teens. Breakfast was good if slightly limited on cooked options but the breads, spreads , cheese and pastries made up for it. The staff actually spoke good English and i found Benjamin and Alexander super helpful with tips for travel, dinner etc. We had dinner in the hotel on the last night and it was excellent; fine dining with lovely wine , amazing cheese and amuse bouche. The lamb was tip top! We booked the spa on 2 days and again set expectations low by previous reviews and were pleasantly surprised - small but perfectly formed. We'd definitely stay again.

Great location close to city centre. Friendly and professional service. Heard that the restaurant was good but not personal experience. Breakfast was decent. Gym a bit small and old. Very good bar and service.

Great time spending with family for Xmas! Food is great, super delicious! Totally worth it for 1 hr drive! Will definitely return if in this area!

After my husband wrote his review on this website, the manager of this hotel contacted him to yell and make threats! In addition, since the reservation was used for business travel the manager sent a letter to complain about him to his company for his review! The original complaint was made because the hotel acted in bad faith by changing the price to a higher rate for the 2nd hotel night after the booking was already complete! In addition, the manager tried to do damage control by asking the receptionist to say there was a mistake with the price, and this was after the booking was already completely. The hotel should honor the price they sold the room for, PLAIN AND SIMPLE! The hotel acted in bad faith and refused to correct their error; instead they chose to make a bad situation worse. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! In addition the manager of this establishment harassed me on TripAdvisor for writing a review accusing me of being someone else and leaving an alias and he also included customer names in his comments. This is clearly unprofessional behavior and not an establishment that should not be trusted. If you need a place to stay in France find a nice gite in Caen or spring extra for another hotel, it will be worth it.
