The building is designed in the latest fashion. Minimalistish and chic. Warm and fresh on the inside. Furniture is selected appropriate to the design interior. Lighting is positioned in several points, allowing to change moode and overal atmosphere. Natural fire place in the reception is adding to the cosy, homely atmosphere. Friendly and supportive staff. Absolutely delicious food in the restaurant, perfect. Breakfast is rich in variety of choice. Food is fresh, every detail of presentation is counted for. Sauna and SPA is wonderful and responds to expectations. We will be back. And we will highly recommend the hotel to others. French culture in its full representation. Very satisfied.

What a paradise. I would like to thanks to whole resort, for great treatment. I felt like king. Hotel is located close to the course where we played golf with othe golf ambassadors. Since the first moment you step in the hotel you feel like at home, friendly staff will handle all your request. Hotel has very nice modern design, rooms are big with very comfortable beds and huge bathroom. We even get personal welcome note from hotel manager with small gift of candy and 2 golden golf balls. When you feel you cannot be more surprised, than go to spa where you will be spoiled as well. And the final wou effect is restaurant, you can expect high quality service with Michelin quality dishes. Its treat for your mouth and eye as well. I suggest to visit for yourself to feel as king also.

A typical example of a hotel that’s badly managed, with poor staff and a stale, unfriendly atmosphere.|We’d been looking forward to staying here since booking our tour of France, just as a stopover so no high expectations. We’ve stayed in a few McGallery’s in the past and after viewing the website and photos we thought we’d be impressed by the clean, modern style.|Unfortunately clean (ish) and modern is where the positives end.|The staff are unfriendly and across the board oozed arrogance, an attitude one would expect in Paris rather than L’Isle Adam. |To explain further, at a minimum we would like to be greeted with a smile.. unfortunately this hotel can barely manage acknowledgement let alone a smile.|We opted for room service as the restaurant was giving canteen vibes, and our Poke bowls were the size of small starters at best. The fries we ordered alongside were hard, undercooked potato wedges.|The bed was hard and uncomfortable and there were stains throughout the carpet.|It may be explained due to pets being allowed - one of the reasons we chose this hotel as we were travelling with our dog, however we’d never allow mess on carpets. |If you’re a keen golfer and looking for a quick golf break then the golf course is undeniably exceptional. If you’re happy for your time to be consumed by golf then you may well miss all the flaws of this hotel and perhaps not be perturbed by the unwelcoming attitude that runs throughout this hotel. |We stayed at Hotel Amicitia on the way out, and despite a little music disruption, would say it is superior to Domaine de Vanneaux. |We were really hoping to find a special place that we could use for future stopovers, however at a whopping >€400 per night we will certainly avoid. |L’Isle Adam is well worth a trip but there’s better located and better serviced hotels. |Sofitel McGallery - You need to do better.

We returned to this hotel after an excellent stay end last year. We changed our route and booked this hotel. Again, perfect service. We got a much nicer room this time. Very large and in a quit location. Nice balcony with a view of the forest. This worked out perfectly for some nice wine and cheese. The pool was great and open this time. We enjoyed the swim.||In the evening we had dinner. That was the highlight of our stay last time so expectations were high. The dinner was only ok this time. Did they change the chef? I mean the food was perfectly fine but nothing special. We were a little bit disappointed||In the morning the breakfast was changed a little. The variety of the food was less then before. The quality was very good however.|All in all, we will return and this hotel is on our favorite list. Hopefully the restaurant is improved so the food will again be excellent and a reason to drive to this hotel.|

Lovely hotel-spa an hour outside of Paris. Massage was amazing, room was spacious and air-conditioned, staff were super polite, breakfast was also delicious! Only issue we encountered was that the pool was busy and guests had to reserve time slots to use it. Embarrassed staff also went around the pool to ask guests to leave when their hour and a half was up (though other guests were left to enjoy the pool all day - perhaps people paying to only use the pool and not stay at the hotel?). For the price of the room, guests expect to be able to use the facilities on an unlimited basis. A little disappointing - hence the 4 stars. All in all, a great weekend though! We also ate at the hotel restaurant - great food and drinks with view on the golf course. Recommended!
