While traveling through Europe, I often choose MGallery hotels for their comfort and unique charm. However, not all MGallery locations deliver the same quality. My stay at Le Domaine des Vanneaux was truly exceptional—without a doubt, one of the best MGallery experiences I've ever had! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with beautiful natural surroundings and a very generous, high-quality breakfast. The rooms featured spacious terraces overlooking the forest—perfect for unwinding and enjoying the peace and quiet. The outdoor pool well heated, is a blessing.Every detail, from the setting to the service, was thoughtfully designed to offer a memorable stay. If you're looking for a refined, tranquil retreat with a touch of originality, this is the place to be.

A cold January stay with work but a pleasant experience. Spacious rooms with really comfortable bed. I thought the food was first class and service more than acceptable. Gym was a bit of a joke and I thought would have been better for a spa hotel, 1 out of order treadmill, a bike and step machine in a converted hotel room.

I booked a stay at this hotel, hoping for a relaxing weekend with my boyfriend, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.||The room’s soundproofing was terrible. we could clearly hear the TV and conversations from the neighboring room, which completely ruined any sense of privacy. To make matters worse, the room had a connecting door to the next room, something that was not mentioned in the room description when I booked.||I reported this issue to the reception upon checkout, but no proper resolution was offered. Instead of addressing my complaint, the hotel later responded by offering a room upgrade for a future stay, which is like proposing a steak to a vegetarian. After this experience, I have no intention of returning.||For a 4-star hotel, I expected much better. Proper soundproofing and transparency in room descriptions should be a basic standard. If you value peace, privacy, and a truthful booking experience, I do not recommend staying there.||In addition, the entire staff team (from reception to the waiters in the restaurant) is not smiling, which is also a pity for a 4-star hotel.

Fantastic stay if you are visiting Paris. It's just like a sanctuary just one hour from Paris. Will definitely return with friends.

Good staff, clean place, not wow services. I left my shoes at the pool. They disappeared, so I came back home in my sandals.

A typical example of a hotel that’s badly managed, with poor staff and a stale, unfriendly atmosphere.|We’d been looking forward to staying here since booking our tour of France, just as a stopover so no high expectations. We’ve stayed in a few McGallery’s in the past and after viewing the website and photos we thought we’d be impressed by the clean, modern style.|Unfortunately clean (ish) and modern is where the positives end.|The staff are unfriendly and across the board oozed arrogance, an attitude one would expect in Paris rather than L’Isle Adam. |To explain further, at a minimum we would like to be greeted with a smile.. unfortunately this hotel can barely manage acknowledgement let alone a smile.|We opted for room service as the restaurant was giving canteen vibes, and our Poke bowls were the size of small starters at best. The fries we ordered alongside were hard, undercooked potato wedges.|The bed was hard and uncomfortable and there were stains throughout the carpet.|It may be explained due to pets being allowed - one of the reasons we chose this hotel as we were travelling with our dog, however we’d never allow mess on carpets. |If you’re a keen golfer and looking for a quick golf break then the golf course is undeniably exceptional. If you’re happy for your time to be consumed by golf then you may well miss all the flaws of this hotel and perhaps not be perturbed by the unwelcoming attitude that runs throughout this hotel. |We stayed at Hotel Amicitia on the way out, and despite a little music disruption, would say it is superior to Domaine de Vanneaux. |We were really hoping to find a special place that we could use for future stopovers, however at a whopping >€400 per night we will certainly avoid. |L’Isle Adam is well worth a trip but there’s better located and better serviced hotels. |Sofitel McGallery - You need to do better.

What a paradise. I would like to thanks to whole resort, for great treatment. I felt like king. Hotel is located close to the course where we played golf with othe golf ambassadors. Since the first moment you step in the hotel you feel like at home, friendly staff will handle all your request. Hotel has very nice modern design, rooms are big with very comfortable beds and huge bathroom. We even get personal welcome note from hotel manager with small gift of candy and 2 golden golf balls. When you feel you cannot be more surprised, than go to spa where you will be spoiled as well. And the final wou effect is restaurant, you can expect high quality service with Michelin quality dishes. Its treat for your mouth and eye as well. I suggest to visit for yourself to feel as king also.

We returned to this hotel after an excellent stay end last year. We changed our route and booked this hotel. Again, perfect service. We got a much nicer room this time. Very large and in a quit location. Nice balcony with a view of the forest. This worked out perfectly for some nice wine and cheese. The pool was great and open this time. We enjoyed the swim.||In the evening we had dinner. That was the highlight of our stay last time so expectations were high. The dinner was only ok this time. Did they change the chef? I mean the food was perfectly fine but nothing special. We were a little bit disappointed||In the morning the breakfast was changed a little. The variety of the food was less then before. The quality was very good however.|All in all, we will return and this hotel is on our favorite list. Hopefully the restaurant is improved so the food will again be excellent and a reason to drive to this hotel.|
