The service is very nice, our host was friendly and helpful, lovely view. The food is tasty and more like casual Mexican tacos and guacamole. They could have more comfortable seat.

Nice atmosphere, nice views over the Seine (especially at sunset), friendly staff.

Dress code standards here are clearly above Paris Fashion Week — my clean shirt and tailored shorts didn’t make the cut. The (clown) doorman’s sarcastic attitude was the cherry on top 🤡🤡🤡 .If that’s the kind of welcome they offer, I’m glad I didn’t waste my night inside.

Great views, decent drinks, but grossly understaffed. Long wait at the only bar, indifférent staff, hard to find a clean area because no one picks up the empty glasses. So much potential, so little effort. This is Paris; you can do so much better!

Nice spot to have a drink with an amazing view. Staff were super nice except the bouncer who ask me at the entrance “what are you guys doing here?” I mean it’s a bar no? What kind of question is this…

Expensive, and unpleasant service. Terrible churros. The only positive aspect is the location. Public benches would be much more appreciated.

Excellent place for an afternoon drink. We came here and sat up on the deck on a lovely Sunday afternoon. Drink prices are pretty reasonable considering its location, and there are also bathrooms easily accessible from the main deck. You can't get much better really than having a drink literally on the water watching Paris's residents going about their days. My son also enjoyed washing to all the boats that were crossing past

Booked a table for a work do, they canceled the booking last minute without warning anyone! Don’t get us started with the appalling attitude of their front of house staff and their handling of the situation which was entirely and squarely of their own making. Agressive and provided less than zero help or solutions. There are bars along the Seine, make yourself a favour and skip this poor excuse of an establishment. Based on the reviews I’m seeing here, the unexpected cancellation has a been blessing in disguise.

Stopped at several boat restaurants along the Seine this evening, either they were half empty and "booked up" or the selection was bad. Flow had several kitchens and table seating across from the boats. The menu was simple and easy We had chicken tacos, a chicken Sando, sweet potato fries and chips and guacamole, with. French twist. Every thing was great. Especially the tacos and the sandwich. Great service good prices

Flow is very much alright. Located right on the Seine, it's a decent place to watch the boats go by and have a drink. I had the empanadas which were surprisingly very good. Paired with that, I had a very warm beer, which is never a good thing on a hot summer day. At least it was shaded.

We went to Flow yesterday for apéros at their outdoor cafe (not on barge). The young staff behind the counter needs attitude adjustment. I've lived in Paris for 14-years, I speak French, and I know what rude is, but they were downright awful. Just bad attitude, it's like how dare you ask for a bottle of wine when I'm gossiping with my co-worker. You literally had to go through different counters pay at one counter, go to another counter to pick up wine. The area where we went to pick up the wine she had such a bad attitude, she was downright disrespectful. I really wanted to cancel our order and move to the next cafe.BAD, BAD, BAD. Fortunately, later the wait-staff started their shift, and they were quite pleasant. BTW, we were a group of 15 and spent a lot of money. But if they don't want our business we'll go somewhere else. NO, WE WILL NOT GO BACK.

Great spot to sit on a nice day in Paris and have a beer along the river. They have nice chairs where you can just sit and people watch. I would stick to beer though as they drinks they were pouring were a bit small if you want something else. Yes the prices even for beer are a bit much, but you are paying for the location and the view.

A double decker boat lounge with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Upbeat pop music, reasonably priced drinks and a lively atmospheres of millennials and Gen X We stopped in for a drink during a stroll along the water -- our first stop before hitting the food trucks down the street recommended by a good friend of ours. we waited about 5-10 minutes to order our drinks at the walk up bar, and they served them on the spot! Definitely stop in here for sunset drinks to get the mood up before a night out in Paris! Only downside may be crowding but on this night

Perfect post work drinks spot! One of the many bars along the river but this is probably the "lower" end as in not as fancy. BUT 4 stars because their cheeseburger is JUICY. I don't rate places like this to a fancy restaurant but rather rate them out of 5 for a bar on the river where you for the view and the vibe and not the highest quality local produce ingredients. Based on that a 17 euro fat juicy cheeseburger and awesome view with 25 euro bottle of Chard will get 4 stars! One star less for the sub par fries but clearly, as you can see in my pic, we ordered two tubs of them and ate everything that came with the burger. Fo shizzles going back after work on a sunny day. It gets bbbbusy quick so go prepared to lounge and drink outside for a bit while looking at the river!

The bouncers here are rude and racist and fatphobic so don't go unless you're a skinny white girl because they'll make up some reason to not let you inside--wouldn't let my group with beautiful black girls in because the group was too large but let a group of white girls much larger in who were behind us in line

Absolutely horrified by what we just observed. While sitting at Flow, a member of their staff took a wash tub full of opaque brown liquid full of solids (including plastic straws) and dumped it down the storm drain. Who does that? We know she was aware of the straws as she attempted to scrape them the rest of the way into the drain. SHAME!

Super for a quick drink and a small bite to eat. Good drinks for a reasonable price. The bartenders speak perfect French and don't look down on you for trying to speak with them. Great views of the Seine and the Grand Palais at sunset. Mostly Millennial and Gen Z-ers, but super fun overall!

My husband and I revisited Flow three years after celebrating our engagement with them on the Seine. We were welcomed into the restaurant, prior to opening, in the torrential rain, and treated to the most gracious and impeccable service. The staff was warmly finishing their meal together and were so kind to offer us a port in the storm, literally. Upon departure, two waiters fished for an abandoned umbrella to offer us. Beautiful views, delectable offering, top notch service= a most memorable and treasured Parisian experience.

I live in France so I know what bad service means and I'm used to it. I've had nice experiences at Flow before but the last one was not ok, so that's why I'm writing. Waitress was rude (above French levels of rudeness and average shitty service), they told us the kitchen was closed when there were people eating right next to us. It's extremely overpriced because it overlooks the river and we knew that. But for those prices, staff should be better prepared. Go to Rosa Bonheur, right next to it.

Too expensive, small pours, but the view is wonderful and the chairs are comfortable!

The service here was great, the waiters and bartenders were very patient with my broken French. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant did not give me any motion sickness being that it's on a boat. The burgers were seasoned, I've had better but they were still pretty good. Overall a great experience

I thought my husband and I would love this breezy, fun place for drinks along the river. I was met with rudeness by the service staff. One woman took my order and then just went on break, without filling my order. I placed the order again (in my very poor French) with another women and she looked at me as if I had leprosy (and I don't). I came to the inevitable conclusion that they did not want me there and didn't want my money - so we left. It was really a very uncomfortable experience that put a damper on the whole day. It gave me great empathy for people who come to the US and don't speak English.

Words can't describe location, crowd, service, and just the place, so much positive around one would forget anything from this world. Beautiful bar and outside lounge and has some great moments & memories......try it without second thought.

Possibly the best burger I have ever had!! And the perfect location makes the lofty prices worth it all!
