Food was simple and amazing. I highly recommend the quiche and both mille feuilles. The tarts are also amazing, especially the lemon one. Since they forgot to apply the student discount, they offered me 3 cookies free of charge. Definitely will head back again!!

This might be my new favorite Patisserie 😊🥐 I enjoyed a pumpkin chai and a ham and cheese croissant. It was the perfect snack for a quick walk across the University Bridge. I definitely plan to come back and try some of the other pastries.

Simply the best French food outside of France! Delicious, affordable, and fast service! I love this place and have to stop in at least once when visiting Seattle!! 🇺🇲💙🤍❤️🇲🇫

Along with Le Panier and Nuflours Bakery, this is one of my three favorite bakeries in Seattle. I recommend getting their lunch deal, which gives you a sandwich, pastry and drink for an affordable price. You should try whatever appeals to you. Since everything we tried was amazing on both occasions we visited, I can’t recommend one thing over another. I will say though that the peach tea was unexpectedly wonderful, so if you’re in the mood to try something other than coffee, try that!

I visit here for buying almond croissant, but I was failed because I was late. At 1:00pm there were no almond croissant. I will visit again in the morning soon. Taste is full of butter and sugar flavor, similar to the real french bakery in France. Chocolate chou has full of custard creme inside, and it tastes milky and soft. I love this flavor, and I guess they are using good dairy product for ingredient. I bought choco chou, apple and cheese bread. Every breads are having great quality compared to the what I expected. Visit again for almknd croissant and millfeure!! Both are amazing!

Le Fournil is a quaint, unassuming French bakery where one can stop on the way to work or campus. I've been passing this place for about a year and finally managed to go. The first time I stopped was for a quiche; while good, I expected it to be less than $9. The second time I went in, I ordered a croissant and was pleasantly surprised by the flakiness and texture of the bread. I also noticed fresh baguettes! While I was impressed with the quality of the bread, customer service left a little to be desired. Unlike their coffee, I found the staff to be unwelcoming and, dare I say, pressed. Despite the minute shortcoming of price and "meh" customer service, I enjoyed the quality of the offerings and look forward to returning.

Sandwiches and pastries here are far from anything French in look or taste. At best, this place is comparable to a Safeway/Wholefoods bakery. The “baguette” is just bread shaped like one, stale and lifeless. The salmon sandwich is a strange salmon paste, completely off-putting. The roast beef sandwich is a sad and tasteless combination of some sliced deli beef and cheddar cheese. They also don’t get the orders right for the lunchboxes, send me two random pastries despite prior orders and instead of freshly squeezed orange juice (as said on the menu) they send me a janky Sunny D instead!

Update in 2023. The service is so sour it taints the food. Perhaps that is why it’s not so busy anymore. And what tastes and looks suspiciously like industrial custard in rather expensively priced pastry. Nicely done French-American style goods. The fruit pastries are nice. The chocolate ones a bit heavy handed and too sweet.

Got the rhubarb tart and it was good. Had the cookie crust and was not too sweet. I can see why it was the last one. Service was quick and also this place is self service so you have to bus your own table. There were at least 10 tables inside. Glad to see this bakery survived the pandemic.

We visited Le Fournil around 10 a.m. on a Saturday and was easy to get a seat. By the time we left around 11:30 a.m., the place was already quite full. They have a great selection of cakes, tarts, and croissants. We ordered an almond croissant, a latte, and a chocolate Mille-feuille. The almond croissant was pretty standard, but the chocolate mille-feuille was fantastic. The cream was incredibly silky and smooth, and the flavor was perfectly balanced. The flaky puff pastry provided a lovely textural contrast. The latte was also good--a standard, well-made coffee that went perfectly with the pastries. The also offers lunch options, which we would love to try on our next visit.

Needed brunch items for a town hall meeting at my workplace. After checking several places on Yelp this place had an easy to maneuver website, as well as a good selection of food. I quickly ordered mini quiches, a tray of croissants, a bucket of coffee, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The food was hot, fresh and got decent feedback from the attendees. Usually there's food left over. Not this time! I gave the review 4 stars because the food was 45 minutes late. Also the coffee was not very flavorful. Otherwise a good experience. I'm glad I brought in bagels, cream cheese and yogurt. I had not used them before and there wasn't any communication prior so I wanted to be on the safe side and have something to set out.

Pros: the baguette breakfast sandwich was good, very French. Retail parking is quite convenient. 10% off student discount is nice. Cons: croissant was disappointing, Costco makes better croissants. The pumpkin pie chai was way too sweet. It's not French, it's American, which isn't a problem but it isn't what it says it is.

Came here at like 8am, and there were a few other people in the line. A customer cut us which was rude, the service was ok. We asked if the orange juice was freshly squeezed and the cashier who took our order said yes so we ordered that and the lemonade next to it in the fridge. Overall everything was very mid at best, i didn't like the vibe of the place, most of the food was subpar, service was ok. 2 might be a little harsh but im so disappointed in this spot , wouldn't come back Orange juice 5/10. We both remarked that it didn't really taste fresh squeezed to us, not a fan of Lemonade 4/10. We didn't ask if it was freshly made but I assumed it was bc the orange juice right next to it was, didn't taste like it, very bad. Just not sweet or good. Mango tart 7/10. Liked how it had multiple fruit on it, not too sweet, good light mango flavor, the crust was how I wanted it. Pretty good, also very pretty Ham and cheese 5/10. We asked them to warm it up and they did, but it was not good. Cheese was not gooey, not enough. The croissant was not good, maybe bitter, not a fan.

Ordered lunch boxes and tarts on their website. Website is really navigable and up do date. The place is small and charming. They have 20 parking spots in the garage which its connected to the bakery. Everything was delicious! Wish they have one in north seattle.

Review only for catering/boxed lunch. The pictures of the actual bakery look very delicious and the boxed lunch was pretty simple. Of note, the orange juice is not their fresh squeezed one (pre-bottled Tropicana), which is just something to note. Lunch comes with a sandwich or salad, a dessert/tart, and a drink. I had the salmon salad sandwich and tried a classic mixed fruit tart. The overall meal was much better than a regular boxed lunch (like a chain Panera), especially the tart, which was a very tasty little treat to accompany the sandwich (much preferred to the bag of chips/cookie/apple in most catered lunches).

I got one of their pear tarts and it was yummy. The pear was soft and the crust was crumbly and there was a hint of rosemary which was interesting. I really liked one of the workers there who was very patient when I couldn't decide what to get. They gave lots of suggestions and was really nice especially since it was my first time visiting the area. This place was cute and cozy and I hope to come back if I visit again.

Around 11am on a weekday the non-refrigerated pastry case was getting pretty empty, I had about 4-5 different options (croissant, chocolate croissant, raisin croissant/roll). I got the raisin croissant/roll (4/5 stars), which was much better that it looked: fresh and flakey. I didn't love the gooey center, I saw a few bits of gelatin and maybe some yellow custard (or egg wash?). The coconut macaron (4/5 stars, not a macaroon) was also good. It had a subtle coconut scent and strong coconut flavor.

The so-called "TooGoodToGo Surprise Bag with a $15 value" contained only two types of croissants, worth $9. This means I received 40% less than what was advertised, which felt misleading and dishonest. Additionally, I found a piece of a man's facial hair (black, curly, and very short) inside the chocolate croissant. After taking a couple of bites, I tossed them out. The croissants had a fried texture rather than a crispy one. You would get better value buying croissants at Costco.

The mistress, myself, and my brother had an unfortunate start to the morning. After attempting to secure a table at Voula's, we were cruelly reminded that Saturday brunch, in this god forsaken city, is not something to be conducted on a whim. One gaffe later--we missed our spot in line at Voula's--we were on the road again in search of something to fill our bellies with. Le Fournil to the rescue. The small bakery feels like a time capsule from the 1980s. Elevator music played softly. The floors were linoleum. The line--unlike the one found at another coffee shop we attempted to visit--was quick. And the pastries? Pretty good. But the affordability may have been the biggest draw. After taking out a bank loan to afford coffee and breakfast for two at the Volunteer Park Cafe, I was ready for something that hurt my wallet less. Le Fournil delivered. The Croque combo, which included a serviceable egg sandwhich and a latte, was only 10.99. In this city, that's hard to find. Three and a half stars. Solid pastries and a refreshing break from the crowd-choked trendy bakeries found elsewhere. Would likely visit again.

First time stopping in here on a rainy day. Nothing stood out as amazing, but also nothing awful. Very middle of the road French bakery. The croissants seemed almost under-done? But still tasted yummy! I got the almond croissant and the danishes looked good too. Service was good, quick and easy. I also got a hazelnut latte, which was pretty good. Great specials tho! Croissant + coffee deal for $8

The baguette sandwiches was pretty good, the chocolate espresso cookie was good too. Got some food catered here at work.

I love this place! The breakfast special is a great deal you get a croissant of your choice plus a 12oz drink. I also enjoy getting a sandwich for lunch on a fresh baked baguette. They are always very friendly and the service is excellent! I love coming here to start my day. They have free WiFi and it's a nice place to sit and people watch. A huge bonus is the free parking in the parking garage right next to it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a little taste of France in Seattle.

Fantastic French Cafe in Eastlake. Their breakfast special and lunch specials are a great deal. Baguette sandwich, drink, and dessert for 13 USD. Desserts are not that sweet which I loved. They also do cakes to order for about 30 USD, which can be ordered kn advance through their website. Great service and efficient operations. Ambiance is cute with seating for about 25 people. Never packed, and reliable wifi. Clean ambiance. Parking covered in back, up to 1 hour.my go to place for baguette sandwiches and French food!

An awesome little cafe just south of the university bridge! There's some parking in a garage but spaces are a little tight for those who aren't great parkers. They have awesome breakfast and lunch specials! Great deal with a drink + pastry/sandwich. Their baguettes sandwiches are great, ham & Swiss and roast beef and & cheddar were tasty. The almond brioche toast is soft, fluffy and sweet. Maybe warm up the chocolate croissant if you pick that up later so the chocolate is gooey. I've only tried their raspberry tart out of all their dessert pastries but highly recommend that. They all look great!

This is more of a 3.5 rating as they were inconsistent. My coworkers and I wanted to try our their almond crossaint one day so we went and grab them. Apparently it's a popular item that gets sold out before 8, they recommend calling told hold one if you want one. We were lucky enough to grab one and were excited. However, it was kind of disappointing. There was no flaky texture and no almond pieces, and the almond flavor was not there. I'm a little surprised at why this was a popular item, so I wasn't sure I was going to be back. However, another of my coworkers decided to buy some pastries for us and this place was near her place and it was Soo much better: Chocolate croissant - delicious, flaky, good flavor, I love the smaller serving size as well Raspberry crossaint with a glazed -- not overly sweet, have a good flaky texture, another winner Fruit tart/chocolate eclair/muille fille -- good flavor, but a little too soft that it becomes messy to eat. Overall, the other pastries was so much better than that almond crossaint that I can see myself coming back to try their other stuff

A cute bakery tucked into the neighborhood in Eastlake right by the University Bridge. I stopped by for a pastry after my morning walk and was SO happy that I did. They close pretty early (3PM) so would definitely stop by for breakfast or lunch! The almond croissant is a game-changer -- I've had many before and this was definitely one of my favorite. It was flaky and the almond filling was SO. GOOD.

The pastries are delicious and fresh. The apples on top of the tarte were also very fresh and flavorful! Currently, the apple tarte and chocolate croissant are my favorite. The breads are glossy and gorgeous. But once take a bit, you can feel the airy and light texture melting in your mouth. Also tried the red velvet macaron. It was filled with delicious cream cheese and it wasn't too sweet. When I was ordering, the lady was super patient with me even though I was indecisive and asked lot of questions. Definitely want to visit again when I'm nearby.

Flaky pastry layers were so good!! The only thing was that the cream was a little too sweet for me. Might come back to try some of the savory croissants now :)

First, the food and pastries are worthy of 4-5 stars. Customer service is also worthy of receiving 4-5 stars. So why the 1-star rating? On my visit today, I decided to watch the person preparing the food. This person clearly believes that wearing latex gloves means that they can touch anything before touching your food. Before my food was prepared, I watched him clean a cutting board and the bottom shelf of two small refrigerators. He then proceeded to open an oven door and touch other surfaces immediately before making everyone's food. This was all done wearing the same gloves without washing or wiping his hands off on anything. It pains me to give a one-star review to a place I always visit. Especially since the bakery is attached to the building, I live in. However, the occasional lapse in food quality or customer service is accepatable to me. Mistakes happen. What I'm not willing to overlook is someone not following health and safety standards. Any customer would be ok if their order took a minute or two longer so the cook could change gloves and/or wash their hands. When I choose to revisit the bakery, I will happily update my rating if I notice a change in behavior while preparing food.

I love their pate sandwich. Last time I was there I had a cream puff. It was pretty yummy. Wish I had one now.

Service, coffee and tarts were amazing! It's located right by the lake and you can grab you tart and coffee and sit my by the lake! It's beautiful! We also ordered a ton of French pastries for our wedding and the ones that were brought out (by the lack luster Ray's staff) were amazing. And the delivery was flawless!

The best french bakery! Better tarts than bakery nouveau and they have specials! Doesn't cost an arm and a leg like bakery nouveau. I found this place as a student at UW since my professor used them to cater a meeting. Fell in love with their tuna salad sandwich! Best in Seattle!

I had to get a few pastry items so I decided to head on over to Eastlake area to come by Le Fournil. It's a small cafe at the bottom of an apartment/condo building and next to a flower shop. Came by mid afternoon and it wasn't too busy so I was able to browse the pastry counter at ease. A few things looked tasty, so I decided to get a Cream Puff and a Mille Feuille. If you like creamy, custardy pastries/dessert items, this may fit right in your wheelhouse. Both were equally good, the cream was ever so loving and satisfying, the shell of the puff and puff pastry of the mille feuille was also quite good being crisp and nicely made. Wise choices and we enjoyed it very much! Staff was friendly, at least the gal that helped me, prices are fine, they have a large selection of baked goods with breads, croissants, all kinds of pastries, lunch menu with soups, salads, sandwiches, and quiches for fancier lunch go-er. If you get here by car, good luck, parking is quite limited, you can park in the garage but there are only like 6 spots, and people park like sh!t and it will be a tight fit, some are time sensitive as well. If the bridge is up, you can forget about making a left out of the garage going towards downtown. Anyways, I would come back to get more stuff.

I walked across the bridge to this bakery and ordered a lemon tart, cinnamon roll, and 12 oz drip coffee. The lemon tart struck a balance between tart and sweet, with a lovely texture and garnish. This type of tart has a thin crust, which is sad for a crust lover! I had been craving cinnamon rolls for weeks so when I saw they had some I pounced on them. While tasty, the roll wasn't the gooey, doughy texture I was expecting. Instead it's texture was more of the flaky layers of a croissant. It wasn't bad, just not what I was expecting. The frosting was a bit too sweet/fake tasting. The coffee was good and hot! Overall, this is a good option if you're craving typical French pastries like croissants, eclairs, tarts, and mini cakes. But more exotic pastries, like turmeric monkey bread, which must be found elsewhere

Everything was delicious! We love to look for French bakeries when we're in big cities and Le Fournil did not disappoint. We tried the quiche, a sandwich and a couple types of pastries as well as the coffee. Everything was great. There's a parking garage that had plenty of space. It's a narrow entry right by the flower shop.

I've been told this is an asian thing to say (which i am) but it's so good because it's not too sweet! My moms new favourite place that we chose it for her birthday cakes/tarts! All within like, a month. The first bite is when we fell in love. It's always super busy, but they're really quick to help and even the customers are super helpful and kind! I love this place. The location can be sort of hard to get to if you don't see the parking the first time, and if the parking lot is full you're sorta sol, but it's worth the wait. They stuff the eclairs SO full there's never any air pockets (we've literally been back like 4 times now lol) and the surprising rosemary pear(?) i believe tart is AMAZING! We haven't tried the sandwiches yet, but i'm sure those are great as well. Definitely DEFINITELY worth the trip! Wish I had pics to share, but we dive in too quickly

I love this bakery! My friend and I went on Sunday during mid morning and it wasn't too busy but then it definitely got busy while we were eating. They had a small seating area, and browsing through their pastry shelf was a feast to the eyes itself! I ordered the salmon salad sandwich and my friend ordered the ham and swiss sandwich, both part of their lunch menu. The lunch menu came with a drink and a pastry option. The salmon salad sandwich was an absolute delight. My friend noted that the baguette they used for the sandwiches was very delicious as well, it had a wonderful crust but still soft on the inside. I had a cheese tart with my lunch and my friend had the mixed fruit tart, and both of them we thoroughly enjoyed. The fruit tasted fresh and cream custards they used for both were light but very flavorful. We shared a vanilla mille-feuille together and it was delicious, the puff pastry was cooked to perfection and the vanilla cream was wonderful as well. We brought home the strawberry tart, blueberry tart, raspberry tart, and mixed fruit tart as we really liked the place and can't wait to try out more of their selections!

I ordered from here for lunch and got the Camembert sandwich that had tomato, lettuce, and mustard on a baguette. The bread was so good and I really enjoyed the sandwich, although I scraped off some of the mustard because there was too much for my taste. I also grabbed a café eclair which was pretty good, although I don't think it was quite worth the almost $7 that it cost. I would however come back to try some more pastries!

If you're in the area and looking for a French treat not a bad call. The croissant were ok the pastries were the better offering.

Ordered couple times here since this is the only bakery in the Eastlake / Portage Bay area. I normally get their chocolate or coffee eclairs (coffee is much better) and their vanilla cream puffs are great. The eclairs were not cheap and were $6 each; it wasn't the most amazing hence the 3 stars. I wouldn't want to spend $12 on 2 eclairs next time. If I am spending about $6 per pasty, that French thing needs to wow me. Their quiches are good. I haven't tried their croissants. I've had one of their tarts before and it was really sweet even for someone who loves sweets. Smells good during lunch but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. The price needs to match the quality.

I'm always disappointed when I go here. I guess I keep going because I remember when it was a really good bakery. The pastries here are fine but not exceptional. It's convenient for me for when I come back from my Saturday morning event to get some baked goods. That said, it has clearly been sold to somebody who is less interested in quality. Also, seems like it's owned now by somebody who is less interested in good service either. Last time I went there, I ordered some items which I enjoy, and they were fine. Not bad, but not worth the prices. The service wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. Nobody was rude to me, but also it felt like they were just doing their jobs and at one point they served a couple of other people who had arrived after me before getting me my order. So, if you're not very particular about baked goods and you're not so worried about great service, this isn't a bad place. That said, I'm going to have to start looking around for a different bakery after my weekly Saturday morning event. I really enjoy having high-quality baked goods and am tired of being disappointed.

I had very high expectations for this place, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. But I understand the difficult times, and I'll definitely be back to try more things, and hopefully rectify this review. The place is not exactly on the way of your usual errands, unless you live in the neighborhood, so you have to plan for it. It has an attached covered parking with a parking entrance in the store, which is quite convenient. The lineup of pastries is actually quite impressive, they look good, in particular the tarts (which unfortunately I did not try). The viennoiserie lineup was very limited, not sure if due to covid or the time of day (approx 2:15PM). Anyway, I'm a Napoleon/mille feuille fanatic, so I had to try it. It looked dry and not fresh, but I got it anyway. Then we got a chocolate mousse and a cream puff. The mille feuille was a real disappointment, the puff pastry was very soggy, and the cream tasted old. If they told me that it was a frozen one from some time ago, I would believe it, it tasted like it. The cream puff had a layer of chocolate frosting on top that was too sugary and grainy. The puff itself was stale (was a bit hard) and the cream was ok. The chocolate mousse felt stale too, it was very sticky and heavy, not light and airy like a mousse should be. I have to say that the tarts looked very good, and I'll definitely go back to try them. Regarding the three items I tried, I cannot stop thinking that they froze a bunch of stuff when they had to close for covid, and they're now selling it on reopening. Feels like unbelievable, but that's what the taste is leading me to believe. Anyway, I'm giving 3* because I realize the hardship of covid, otherwise I'd go lower. I'll be back to try more things.

I came here on a whim with my friend and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! We came for lunch and the lunch deal is seriously so amazing. You get so much the reasonable price you pay! The sandwiches are incredibly filling and the pastries are truthfully so authentic. They aren't too sweet, but are filled with so much flavor and are baked to perfection. I don't remember the name of the pastry I had wow, even thinking about it is making me salivate! I also had a latte here, and there wasn't anything too special about it. Just an average cup of coffee that went perfectly with the pastry. I will be coming here again to try all the different varieties! Super authentic, fair priced, and delicious!

Great service, stunning chicken salad sandwich, good chai. What a sweet find in Eastlake!

I saw a spate of recent negative reviews (but only a few reviews at all), and wanted to make sure and contrast that with my consistent experience. My family and I have come to Le Fournil many times since the pandemic started. We have ordered by phone, online, and in person, and they are always trying their hardest to help us get what we want and make sure they have it right. Their food is delicious. I'm sorry some people apparently got items they didn't like, but I can't think of anything I've ever bought there that wasn't above good and usually great. Last week, I had a tuna baguette sandwich and a lemon tart, and I was nearly crying with how perfect the bread, the tuna salad, and the tart were. The caramelized orange peel baked slightly into the tart to offset the sweetness; the perfect tangy bitterness of the lemon. So good. I think they may be getting more reviews from people who have a complaint than the hundreds that pass through weekly, including the frequent return visits from workers and residents nearby! I was hoping to go there this evening, but realize they close at 4 pm today. That's the only complaint I have (their closing time), but a bakery has to be open early and sell out, and people right now certainly don't show up at 5 pm much less 7 pm.

We love this traditional French bakery! The sandwiches and pastries are delicious. We especially love the chocolate eclairs.

Got the mocha, ricotta spinach croissant and chocolate croissant. The croissants were not very soft and the coffee was just regular diner style coffee. Not worth the price.

Nice little bakery. You can pick up a few baked goods at a reasonable price. I got a "Danish" pastry that was a good size for about $4. They had chocolate croissants but I didn't see any plain ones which i think is weird since I went in for one. They have baguettes and cakes and tarts. The biggest disappointment was the late of variety I was expecting. Their cases had a lot of empty spaces so either the places sells out of a lot before 11am or they don't make a lot. Could have been the time of day or something but it seemed like a sandwich shop that sold some French pastries. I went in expecting it to be the other way wrong. The pastries I samples were good but there is a closer French Bakery to me so I doubt I will go back. However if you live in the Eastlake area, then it's a nice place to visit. I will warn you that the staff is slow. The guy who rung me up built a line as he was ringing people up and taking things from cases as leisurely pace. The two other workers were milling around talking but clearly not on a break.

The best bakery in town for me with outstanding service, delicious and affordable pastries made with the freshest and best ingredients. Always a pleasure to visit. Thank you le Fournil!

Tarts were spot on, so were the croissants. We have eaten almost everything this bakery put out and never been disappointed. The ambiance is very average. The only complete damper was the person who was taking our order- she was morose and packed our large order with a lot of disdain ! Did not respond to our thank-you's nor made any attempt to make the purchase friendly which the younger staff normally does- Shame !

I'm unsure what went wrong here. We ordered delivery of a bunch of pastry and everything was stale or for lack of a better definition "soggy" except for the mille feuille, which was very good. Macarons, madeleines and eclairs were clearly stale. The madeleines also had an off taste, like they'd been stored in a fridge with something off. The almond croissant was over filled to the point of having no layers. It also tasted like something you'd get from a Safeway at 1am on the discount rack. Bad or cheap butter? It was all so bad we ended up tossing it all out except the Mille feuille.

Let me start by saying very great location, amazing food and coffee delicious. BUT IV NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY ANYONE AND STAFF IN MY LIFE. I walk in one guy ahead of me and the excuss my french asian lady working espresso machine didnt even greet me and was working on. ONE COFFEE. I said hi how are you with a smile. She still didnt acknowledge me for three minutes so far! One staff lady said are you going to ring out the customer and replied yes I will.... thats after another 3 minutes. So I kindly waited. Finally it took a third person 6 minutes to come ask what I would like. All I wanted was a coffee. I thought those stamp cards were for coffee just saw them for my first time Iv been living across the way for few months and love stamp cards and handed it with out noticing the design on it is poor and didnt see small print that stamps r for lunch only... what ever that is. Now i read it wrong the ladies say ummmm those are for lunch... instead of making me feel like i should have known that. What should have been said oh sorry ma'am those are not for coffee only during lunch! Oh my mad!!! Then i go sit down.... it gets busy, but not in a way 3 people cant run the show. I asked kindly can I speak with owner. Excuse my french asian lady had the nerve to say. Who is asking.... well im pretty sure I just asked? Why dies that mater anyways? Im a paying customer and its my birthday! Im sitting here watching u have my empty cup for another 5 minutes sit. While others are getting there stuff before me. This is all on camera. So if you watch the replay im pretty spot on. She said well owner not in today... i said okay when is he in? Well i don't know who are you? I said i need to explain to him how I just was treated and I will not do that with you. She replies im sorry were really busy? Thats why i ignored u and waited to take care of your paid coffee... To me this was just crazy and had to be not real because I leave reviews every where I go and i come here once a week and I wish i never came today. Next time greet everyone the same if your busy let the customer know cuz ai just think your purposely angry at life with no smile cuz im there.

I do not give out very many 5 stars but based on my first experience here - they are definitely 5 stars and I will be back. It is a smaller bakery - but has plenty of seating - not that far from the University (10 minutes or so) that makes great desserts. Parking is good - in the small garage behind them. The entrance to the garage is slightly north of the bakery - next to the small flower shop and parking is free. There is a door in the garage that goes directly into the Bakery. First of all they make a great Almond Mocha and put it in a real cup (not cardboard). They do ask if you want almond syrup or milk - since Almond Mocha's are changing to a Mocha made with Almond milk - that is a good idea. Next the Almond Croissant I had was like I am use to from back east. Out here they think a Croissant with 5 or 6 almonds on top qualifies as an Almond Croissant. NOPE - here they also put a lot of almond paste in the Croissant - making the treat delicious. It was also airy and a decent size. Topping the list is the service which is friendly and helpful so overall - I am a customer.

Really love this French bakery and especially their pastries! I have been coming here for years for the occasional chocolate croissant and coffee. I am not usually in the area but it happens to next to my dentist so I will treat myself after I go to the dentist haha. The staff are always very friendly and they have really great deals like breakfast combo or lunch combo. Definitely worth stopping by! It also happens to be next to a lovely floral shop.
