I enjoyed eating at a restaurant that challenged my perception of flavor combinations. I also loved the quality treatment of the raw ingredients. And the fact that each dish was accompanied by one vegetable in different ways of treatment, which gave excellent results for each dish. It was delicious, amazing, special and indulgent. The service was excellent, the wine was delicious and we had an unforgettable evening. And from here I let the pictures do the talking…

The staff is so friendly and cheerful. And the atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasant. The lunch menu is a great value, they even altered the pork to white fish because I’m Pesco vegetarian. The food is great but u fortunately too salty for my personal taste. But it could be me. In general I still enjoyed the dining experience

A hidden gem in the old town of Avignon. The chef has an exquisite taste for wide-range Mediterranean flavors which he combines into original and well-balanced dishes, also playing with textures. We had the 50 eur menu with 3 courses, and enjoyed every bit(e) of it. In fact, the plentiful appetizers make it longer and very enjoyable. The service is very accurate and friendly, the atmosphere stylish yet relaxed.

The dishes are absolutely delicious, the presentation is elegant, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and pleasant. I would also like to highlight the friendly staff, who are attentive to guests and make the experience even more enjoyable. I came here for lunch with my bf (yes please reserve). I got the normal lunch menu (cheaper) and my bf got the inspiration menu (more expensive). We did share everything anyway but I would recommend to get the more expensive menu because the food is simply better 😊 The normal menu I got was just some chicken strips dipped in pepper sauce...it was fine I guess but maybe I expected a bit more at a restaurant on the Michelin guide. Of course, everything was great! The services was good and the ambiance of the place was very nice. All in all, I would recommend the slightly more expensive menu for lunch here 👍

First Michelin restaurant for me, admittedly, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. But wow. I did the entree+plate+desert+wine for €25 and added the cheese plate. Best mushroom soup I've ever had, that pork skin gratin on top was 🔥. Pork tenderloin so tender and juicy I cut it with my fork. Amazing sweet-savory olive jam paired with several excellent cheeses. Simple but well made bread. And that molten chocolate cake with ice cream and strawberry foam...the food was amazing and made me sad that it'll be hard to replicate without the Provencal local ingredients. The service was pristine. I was not dressed up, but they made me feel completely welcome, explained the different courses, and checked on me regularly. I want to come back for the larger menu next time!
