"Situated in the heart of Saint Vincent, this restaurant has the feel of an old granary (“grenier” in the Aosta valley dialect) with an open fireplace, sheaves of wheat hanging from the ceiling, and old tools on the walls. In this surprising setting, the Mazzotti brothers’ cuisine delights guests with carefully prepared and unexpectedly modern dishes, including home-made bread, specialities from the Aosta Valley and traditional Italian dishes (a few fish options also feature on the menu). The extensive wine list showcases a selection of carefully chosen labels from the region." - Michelin Inspector

Fabulous restaurant. The food was incredible and great value. Lovely staff that work so hard. My husband had an amazing burger and my goats cheese salad was delicious. Would definitely recommend

I'm so glad we found this place because, besides the multitude of food options, we discovered that the dishes were made with local ingredients from the area. We recommend you try the Foie Gras Trilogy because it was very good and worth the money. They're usually pretty busy, so it's best to make a reservation. We were very lucky to find easy a table but it was an exception, from what we understood. We sat inside. And it's good not to rush, as it can take a while for the food to come, but believe me, it's worth it.

Best meal of the trip! Delfine invented the best burger I’ve ever had, just for me: beef, onion chutney, guacamole, salad. So good, and dairy free! Everything we tried was delicious, and catered to different tastes. Great value, I can’t recommend this place enough!

A delightful discovery on the way to the Argentier Mountain. We discovered this cozy restaurant on our way to the slopes and we were delighted by its character and delicious food. The food was rich and made with local products and we enjoyed every bit of it. The portions were generous and the price reasonable. Their cheese&mushroom on roasted bread (crout) was a dream for the palate and the eyes as their burgers were enriched with local cheese. Their salt-caramel&cream and nutella crêpes were completely decadent and absolutely addictive. Based on my personal experience I would totally recommend the Grenier.

A wonderful meal for starving TMB hikers. This place hits all the right points: close to the trail, large portions, delicious food, and nice attentive staff. Had a great blue cheese salad as a starter. The cheese in the salad was excellent, as were the tomatoes. Had a glass of red wine that blew me away. The mushroom fondue was so good. Had the brownie chocolate ice cream dessert, which was also great. Back in my hotel room across the street KO’d with a satisfied full belly. Probably won’t need to eat for 24 hours!

Great food, great atmosphere, amazing host! He even went out of his way to find us in the village after we had left because we left a hat behind. Would recommend!

Tasty fondue, took a little while to come but I don't mind that. You have to book ahead really if busy in Argentiere

We had a great experience at Le Grenier. Wr chose the menu of the day and were so happy we did! The salad (forgot to take pic) was fresh and tasty, and the duck with mushrooms was cooked to perfection, so yummy! Delphine is an amazing cook and Manu is so nice and relaxed, you feel instantly at ease. We chose the salted caramel crepe for dessert...no pic again snd it was delicious. I would recommend this little gem to anyone visiting the area.

Yelp
Just a lovely little cafe with gracious host and nice food. I can barely speak French but in spite of that I was greeted warmly and enjoyed a tasty, affordable lunch of wine, salad, crepe and espresso for under 22 EUR.
