A unique panorama and the best rack of lamb we've ever eaten
The Michelin-starred restaurant on the top floor of the Hotel De Paris Monte Carlo has an incredible panoramic view of Monte Carlo including the Casino. Spacious, quiet restaurant with attentive and attentive service. And above all with first-class Mediterranean cuisine, rack of lamb from Provence in a savoury crust, it was the best lamb we have ever had. The soufflé Gran Marnier is a local "must have", it is simply delicious. Overall a very pleasant experience.
