A unique panorama and the best rack of lamb we've ever eaten The Michelin-starred restaurant on the top floor of the Hotel De Paris Monte Carlo has an incredible panoramic view of Monte Carlo including the Casino. Spacious, quiet restaurant with attentive and attentive service. And above all with first-class Mediterranean cuisine, rack of lamb from Provence in a savoury crust, it was the best lamb we have ever had. The soufflé Gran Marnier is a local "must have", it is simply delicious. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Quality of food and culinary technique were outstanding. The pigeon breast and rack of lamb were tender and flavorful. We would recommend the 4-course taster menu (Constellation Menu). The Grand Marnier soufflé deserves special mention - but the taste can be overwhelmed by too much liquor. Service was attentive as you would expect of a restaurant of this standing. Patrons were smartly-dressed, even for lunch, luckily we were not too shabby! Complimentary tray of chocolates at the end of the meal was a delightful surprise.

This was the best dinner dining out as a couple we have ever experienced in our lives. And we’ve eaten at the best places in NYC,Florida,Europe etc. Incredible attentiveness paired with outstanding cuisine and atmosphere all meshed together for perfection. The manager, whose name escapes me, made for such a memorable experience. The servers were also so professional and polished and personable. Really a model in how hospitality in a restaurant should operate. Thank you for the most amazing memories.

Le Grill at Hôtel de Paris is an absolutely exceptional restaurant. The cuisine is outstanding – every dish was perfectly executed and full of flavor. The terrace view is simply breathtaking, making the whole dining experience unforgettable. Service is truly world-class – professional, elegant, yet warm and natural at the same time. The atmosphere is refined but never stiff, striking the perfect balance. A must-visit when in Monte Carlo.

The food and service was great. And you can’t beat the view! We had a table on the 8th fl terrace and they had pashminas/covers for the ladies who may be cold with the wind. Very attentive servers, all compliments! I would definitely recommend especially at sunset with your partner!

Wow! Just wow! My husband and I visited for the last evening of our stay in Monaco and we were blown away! The food was nothing short of incredible and the service next level!
