The restaurant inside the Courchevel 1850 Cheval Blanc Hotel is open all day, so you can dine there for lunch and dinner.
Compared to ski resort restaurants, it lacks some atmosphere and unique features; there are no parties or performances.
However, it maintains the dining standards of a world-class luxury hotel. The service is excellent, and the food is prepared precisely. The side dishes for main courses range from simple fries and mashed potatoes to stir-fried vegetables, steamed vegetables, and steamed broccoli... basically, they'll accommodate your requests.
The steaks, burgers, pasta, and fish are all very good.
It primarily caters to hotel guests with partial reservations, so you can't go wrong, but it's not the restaurant I'd most recommend.
